Original Sun Jar by Suck UK - Pink
Original Sun Jar by Suck UK - Pink
Definitely one for the ladies! There's something about the Sun Jar which has kept it firmly fixed in our top sellers list since its arrival at PB HQ. Perhaps it's the stylish yet quirky design, perhaps its the Sun Jars's Eco sensibility? Whatever it is about Sun Jar that you can't resist it seems bound to remain an intriguing and popular member of the PB portfolio. And now the Sun Jar is back, this time with a wickedly glamorous twist. The glass jar has been given a Hot-Pink makeover making this new addition to the Sun Jar family a must-have for glamorous girls! If you're new to the Sun Jar craze and would like to know more about how it works then read on. When the Sun Jar is placed in sunlight the solar cell creates an electrical current that charges the battery over a few hours. This energy is then used at night to power the three LED lamps inside the jar. Simple! Made with a traditional Mason jar and high tech energy efficient lighting! Captured inside the jar are a highly efficient solar cell, rechargeable battery and low energy LED lamps. The light is diffused by the hot pink frosted jar and gives the appearance of sunlight emitting from the inside. The warm coloured LED lights are used to give a more natural and warm light. The Sun Jar has no switch. In fact there are no visible controls at all. There is a clever light sensor inside that automatically activates the lights when it gets dark or the lights are turned out! However there is an override switch inside the lid to turn off the light at night and conserve battery life. Mason Jars are not only beautiful but by their very nature they are completely water tight - so your Pink Sun Jar can happily be left outside in any weather condition. A perfect garden light or night light for a kids bedroom and now with the vibrant Pink design it will make a fantastic party light! And dont forget there are three colours to choose from now, yellow, blue and pink. Dimensions: Weight - 100mm Depth - 100mm Height - 160mm

Wreck This Journal
A new edition of Keri Smith's bestseller, with updated material Think of Wreck This Journal as the anarchist's Artist's Way -- the book for those who've always wanted to draw outside the lines but were afraid to do it. For anyone who's ever wished to, but had trouble starting, keeping, or finishing a journal or sketchbook comes Wreck This Journal, an illustrated book featuring a subversive collection of suggestions, asking readers to muster up their best mistake - and mess-making abilities to fill the pages of the book (and destroy them). Through a series of creatively and quirkily illustrated prompts, acclaimed artist Keri Smith encourages journalers to engage in "destructive" acts - poking holes through pages, adding photos and defacing them, painting with coffee, colouring outside the lines, and more - in order to experience the true creative process. With Keri Smith's unique sensibility, readers are introduced to a new way of art and journal making, discovering novel ways to escape the fear of the blank page and fully engage in the creative process.
