The S/S '17 shows wrapped up way back in September/October 2016, so we all need a little refresher of the hottest trends set down by the fashion gods for this season!

We've got the top 10 cutest and most wearable trends right here for you!

Metallic Fabrics
We're absolutely loving the futuristic, uber-cool trend of metallic fabrics that was all over the S/S '17 runways. Pair a metallic silver/gold skirt with a basic white button-down, a glitzy gold top with black skinny pants, or go the whole hog with a metallic dress—the world's your shiny oyster!

Tie-dye
There's nothing like a little throwback to help us fall in love with a fashion trend, so we naturally love this trend that reminds us of our craft classes back in school. If you're a fan of fun, colourful prints, this one is right up your alley.

Ruffles
Ruffles have been in and out of vogue for the past few seasons, and looks like they're planning to continue popping up every now and then! And we aren't complaining, because ruffles are super versatile. You can go super girly and cute with a ruffle-y dress, or office chic with a high-necked ruffle shirt and a pencil skirt.

Pink all over
Whether it's a dusty mauve, a fiery fuchsia, or a pleasant mid-tone pink, it's all on trend right now! Combine various shades of the same family of pink to put together the perfect pink ensemble from top to toe, and channel your inner girly girl.

Boxy/Boyfriend Shirts
Buh-bye, slim silhouettes—it's time to make room for the androgynous boxy boyfriend shirt. This shirt is perfect for casual outfits where you want to look cute without spending too much time wondering what to wear. Simply pair with a high-waisted pair of skinny jeans and some cool, basic sneakers to complete the look.

Zebra print
For those of you who love monochromatic prints, the zebra print is a good option this season for when you're feeling extra sexy. Wear a zebra print dress, or pair one zebra print piece with a plain white piece.

Gingham
It's time to go back to your school days with some classic gingham! This elegant yet cute print is perfect for office wear when you're bored of the basic neutral pieces.

Emojis
Who says that fashion trends stop at clothing and accessories? We believe in extending them to our decor too! Channel the S/S '17 emoji trend by funking up your house with a few emoji cushions.

Denim dresses
Last season, it was denim shirts. This season, they've switched it up to denim dresses! We absolutely love this trend for the simple reason that it's such a quick, no-brainer outfit to put on. No need to fuss with finding matching tops and bottoms that look trendy—just pop on a denim dress, throw on a pair of white sneakers, and you're good to go.

Kitten heels
Another trend that's great for you if you wear formals to office! Most women prefer wearing heels rather than flats, because they add a touch of glam to the outfit. But let's get real—it simply isn't practical or appealing to wear stilettos from 9 to 5! Here's where kitten heels save the day. They're cute as heck, but won't leave you craving a foot massage.

The last few seasons have seen a rise in minimalist style, inspired by the Scandi fash pack, but the tides are changing, prints are back. In a big way. Not just an injection of pattern or an embroidered jacket, this season is all about maximalism. Print clashes, garish but genius detailing and florals like you've never seen them before.

Take inspiration from Anna Dello Russo and go OTT, break all the rules. Want to match leopard print with floral? Go for it. Or three different types of stripes in one look? Go on, we dare you.

Minimalists, look away. Print is back in a big way, and it's set to be the A/W16 season's dominating trend. No, not dainty florals or Breton stripes, but bold animal print!

Whether you're a daring fashion darling or a more demure doll, there's a print that'll work for you. Be bold and clash 'em, or add a dash of this trend with a statement ICONEMESIS phone case. Beliza has created an animal print swimsuit with a difference- zebra print! Who knew it could be so chic?

Radio 1's Big Weekend was an even bigger success this year and with so many incredible acts you'd have been mad to miss it!

First up we give you Rita Ora, who not only wore an amazing gladiator style, warrior dress and black leather thigh high boots with full on sex appeal but also decided to hit out at ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris!

The singer introduced the song I Will Never Let You Down by saying 'You know when there is a song and no matter what happens the music still stands for itself'. It was produced by Calvin and he'd previously banned her from performing it...

To add to the list it had to be Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris's new girl with the never-ending legs. The singer performed in a sheer silver, fringed bodysuit with her gorgeous legs on show, right before headliners the Foo Fighters were due to come on.

When the Foo Fighters performed, lead singer Dave Grohl began by admitting how obsessed he is with Taylor Swift, stating that she's a tough act to follow and joked that she may need a restraining order - eek! They also went on to dedicate a song to her, Congregation, as it was written in her home town.

Snoop Dogg put on yet another amazing performance and we had to add him to the list as he took a snap with singer Charli XCX. Captioning it 'I don't care I love it... show time'. The rapper also used his performance as a time to show his support for Norwich City FC club, as he wore a custom-made home kit Tee of the club, with 'Dogg' printed on the back.

Charli XCX changed into a wild zebra print two-piece for her performance and entertained the crowd by jumping around on stage with a giant inflatable guitar.

Nick Grimshaw helped Fearne Cotton co-present the Big Weekend ahead of Fearne's departure from Radio 1. Fearne had her last show as DJ earlier this week; what better way for a perfect send off than to host the Big Weekend?!

Yes that's right, men can wear animal print too - Unleash your wild side and combine leopard, zebra and snake prints with denim jeans or even with each other to mix and match! Pop some accessories such as snapbacks, rucksacks into your look.

...And if you happen to lose your pants for whatever reason, try to make it look like you've got a sense of humour with a pair of animal print boxer shorts!
