It's Thanksgiving today! No matter where you're located you well know that Thanksgiving means families coming together to share a delectable feast centred around a large roasted turkey, participate in giant balloon-filled parades and watch American football. If you’re situated in the States specifically, than you know it’s also the night with the worst traffic in urban areas. #travelrush. But what if you just want to focus on the festivities and just want some last minute ideas? We have you covered!

The key is to incorporate the most important ingredients of the meal. Try some celery root to mashed potatoes for an unexpected twist on the traditional mash.Go for basic Brussels sprouts - that take only 10 minutes! Or go for a carrot mash or glazed sweet potatoes and you have vegetables sorted. For stuffing why not stick to a delicious cranberry sauce by using oranges, allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon to add flavour to the fresh cranberries. Unfortunately you will have to serve turkey but there are a few quick fixes. Go for ready made turkey and serve it on a platter or some restaurants will cool the turkey for you if you bring it in advance. And there you have the entire thanksgiving dinner ready in less than 45 minutes!

After dinner it's time for the Thanksgiving parade, the most famous is the Macy's parade in New York. We've all seen those Friends episodes with that three hour parade with floats, costumes, and huge helium balloons in the shape of cartoon characters including Mickey Mouse and Felix the Cat. If you're still watching Friends re-runs just make sure you don't get your head stuck into a turkey like Monica!

Go for a comfy Thanksgiving outfit! And since we’re on the Friends references - maybe slacks are not your best bet. But you can get away with a chunky faux-fur coat a long jumper dress or a loose top and a pair of black trousers. The perfect outfit ideas to eat as much as you please without worrying about uncomfortable, skinny clothing that still look elegant and oh-so-chic!

We want to wish you a warm Thanksgiving and to help you prepare for the festivities, we have rounded up of the best quick fixes around!

Yesterday at LAX airport Louis Tomlinson go into an altercation with a paparazzi and two 'fans'. Louis tried to stop a paparazzi from taking photographs of him and his girlfriend Eleanor Calder, and the video looks like Louis tripped and accidentally brought the pap down with him. He then turns around to see two female fans physically attacking his girlfriend, so he runs over to protect her, shouting "What the hell is happening? Can we get some help?".

The female 'fan' who received an eye injury, claiming she was pushed to the floor by Louis was quoted  saying Louis was "going to jail". However, a source has told the Mirror that "the video from the incident shows what really happened and tells the story. Those girls were attacking Eleanor and Louis rushed in and pushed them away".

Louis was released on £16,000 bail, and is due to appear in court on March 29.

The first thing we noticed about model Heena Bhalla is the killer eyebrows! But amazing eyebrows aside, there's a whole lot to this beautiful bombshell that we discovered when we interviewed her. Here's what we learnt about the 25-year-old model who runs a personalised gifting company and was a finalist in Grazia's Cover Girl Hunt 2015.

How did you get into modelling?
It wasn't the "I always wanted to be a model" cliché in my case! My mom and family pushed me to give it a shot. I took time to acknowledge my love for the ramp. But when I did, I gave my heart and soul, and there has been no looking back!

Biggest perks of being a model?
I get to travel and be paid for it! I love living out of a suitcase, seeing new places, and meeting new people with amazing creativity to unleash.

Your fitness mantra?
RUN! Doesn't take no brains, just go for a run on a sad, happy, lonely hungover day. Just go run!

Your biggest fashion pet peeve?
Trying to wear too many trends at once.

Name a brand/label/designer that you could be an ambassador of.
Adidas!

Your favourite photoshoot/show so far?
There have been many shoots where I not only got good pictures, but got to polish my skills because of the pepple involved in it. One that comes to mind was one of my first shoots with Manav Parhawk for 64 facets

When not shooting, you're found wearing...?
Rugged jeans and a t-shirt with my Adidas superstar sneakers! I can live in them.

Name the makeup products that you swear by.
Aloe vera gel—I'm currently using Innisfree's, and it's magical. Other than that, just a lip balm for the day!

Tips for those gorgeous eyebrows?
I have always had a good growth! It's important to shape them well, and not be afraid to let them be bushy, let them grow. I fill them in with some Embark shadow by MAC before stepping out! Eyebrows make a huge difference

Name an international supermodel that you look up to.
Coco Rocha. Absolutely LOVE her!

Heena sure seems like a super fun girl to hang out with, and we can't wait to see where her modelling career takes her!

In February, during a snowstorm in New Hampshire, I had the honor of speaking at a Bernie Sanders rally. Having been politically minded throughout my life, I felt it only natural to support the candidate I believed in. The Internet, however, felt otherwise. After posting a picture of myself at the rally and a video of my speech about Bernie’s positions on equal pay, maternity leave, and economic inequality, I was trolled heavily. Commenters said I had “an excess of beauty and lack of brain” and told me to “shut up and show us your tits.” But I was also criticized in a very specific way— for seeking attention. They wrote me off as “a desperate attention whore,” saying I was taking part in the conversation only because everybody else was too.

I realized then that I’ve been called an attention whore so often that I had almost gotten used to it. And as women we are accused of seeking attention more than men are, whether for speaking out politically, as I did, for dressing a certain way, or for even posting a selfie. Our culture has a double standard that runs so deep, many women have actually built up an automatic defense—attempting to be a step ahead of potential critics by making sure we have “real” reasons for anything we say or do.

Often it’s men propelling these acts of sexism, but women discount one another too: Think about how many times you’ve heard a woman say about another woman, “Oh, she’s just doing that for attention.” We’ve internalized this trope. Our society tells women we can’t be, say, sexy and confident and opinionated about politics. This would allow us too much power. Instead our society asks us to declare and defend our motivations, which makes us second-guess them, all while men do what they please without question.

I see it all the time, particularly when my girlfriends are getting ready to go out. They encounter this moment when they think, I don’t want to look like I tried too hard. They don’t want to be seen as desperate or vain. But my guy friends don’t think twice about whether this shirt or that cologne will make them seem attention seeking. The truth is that both groups want to be noticed. Yet we view a man’s desire for attention as a natural instinct; with a woman, we label her a narcissist.

Look at pop culture: Mick Jagger is 73, and he still sometimes wears his shirt open and gyrates onstage. We understand that this is a part of his performance and artistic brand. Meanwhile, when Madonna, who is 58 and a revolutionary in that same kind of artistic sexuality, wears a sheer dress to the Met Gala, critics call her “a hot mess” who’s “desperate.” But isn’t she just making one of her signature political statements about female sexuality (and, incidentally, about our ageist, sexist culture too)? In any case, they are both performers who undoubtedly like attention. So why does Madonna get flak for it while Jagger is celebrated?

It’s absurd to think that desire for attention doesn’t drive both women and men. Why are women scrutinized for it more, then? And if a woman dresses up because she does want attention, male or otherwise, does that make her guilty of something? Or less “serious”? Our society doesn’t question men’s motivations for taking their shirt off, or shaving, or talking about politics—nor should it. Wanting attention is genderless. It’s human.

In August a young woman, Karina Vetrano, was raped and murdered while on a jog in Queens, New York. The New York Daily News published an article about “the brainy and beautiful victim,” including a selfie of Vetrano from her Instagram. One commenter said, “Poor girl yes. But she put herself out there like a Kardashian carbon copy.” Later he added, “If you’re going to be out there, be prepared for the attention, good and bad.” This is how far the attention accusation can go: It validates the idea that this woman’s actions—wearing makeup, posting selfies—might have contributed to her senseless murder. Would you have seen the same type of comment had the victim been male? Doubtful. Women should be allowed to be themselves and live the way they want to, just as Vetrano did.

The ideal feminist world shouldn’t be one where women suppress their human instincts for attention and desire. We shouldn’t be weighed down with the responsibility of explaining our every move. We shouldn’t have to apologize for wanting attention either. We don’t owe anyone an explanation. It’s not our responsibility to change the way we are seen—it’s society’s responsibility to change the way it sees us.

'The Hills' was a reality series which ran from 2006 until 2010, it followed Lauren Conrad and her friends from 'Laguna Beach'. As the show hits its 10 year anniversary, we have begun to feel nostalgic. Also the promise of a new show called :'The Hills: That Was Then, This is Now' has got us all excited. We can't wait to finally found if the show was written, or 'unwritten'. She what I did there? Scroll the gallery above to see what the stars look like now, and read below to find our where they are...

1. Lauren Conrad

Lauren was the star of the show, despite not appearing in the final season. Confession, she is the main reason I wanted to work in fashion after seeing her and Whitney intern for Teen Vogue. Lauren has written successful novels, has her own fashion line Paper Crowns and has a line at Kohl's called LC by Lauren Conrad. She' s married to William Tell, they tied the knot in 2014.

2. Kristin Cavallari

Kristin and LC were long-term rivals, and are apparently still not on speaking terms. Kristin is a jewelry and shoe designer, as well as being an author of 'Balancing in Heels'. She married Jay Cutler, and they have two sons together- Camden and Jaxon.

3. Lo Bosworth

Lo was a non-character, she mainly just popped up to stir drama and act as LC's shadow. However, she's stepped out of LC's shadow and has gone on to have a successful career. She has her own lifestyle blog and runs a YouTube channel. She has also started a podcast called Lady Lovin'.

4. Audrina Partridge

Every girl could relate to Audrina, she had her heart broken and we all watched it happen. When her and LC fell out, it was arguably the saddest moment in the entire show. Audrina now runs a blog, has appeared on reality shows like 'Dancing With the Stars'. Plus she has very recently had a baby with Corey Bohan (the BMX rider), and she blogged her birthing experience.

5. Whitney Port

Whitney was often the voice of reason on on 'The Hills'. She went off to star in her own spin off 'The City'. Now she focuses on her brand Whitney Eve! She married Tom Rosenman in 2015, who was an associate produce one 'The City'.

6. Stephanie Pratt

Steph has arguably had the biggest transformation looks wise, but career wise the smallest. She has gone from reality show to reality show. Now being a regular on 'Made In Chelsea', where she went from fan favourite to one of the most disliked cast members- sound familiar anyone?

7. Heidi and Spencer

Just going to do a two-in-one summary here, because they are still joined at the hip. Speidi, one of the most hated reality TV couples ever, are still going strong!

8. Justin Bobby

Justin "Bobby" Brescia, the resident bad boy/heart-throb on the show. He dated both Audrina and Kristin, and broke Audrina's heart multiple times. He's not in the public eye anymore, and runs his own hair care business called 'Barbalon & Products by Justin Bobby Brescia'. FYI, he is still hot AF.

Kylie Jenner’s Twitter account was hacked on Sunday. Indecent and offensive comments were posted to her 16 million followers. Tweets included ‘I love being famous with no talent’, while another one read ‘Well my sex tape with Tyga was trash’.

Rather than immediately deleting the tweets, the 18-year-old responded to them on Snapchat. ‘So my Twitter was hacked and I don’t really care, I’m just letting him have fun’, the reality TV star said. However, she did immediately address the sex tape rumour. ‘Guys, you are never going to see a sex tape from me. It’s not going to happen’ she said.

On a more positive note, Kendall and Kylie’s exclusive summer collection for PacSun is out, and it looks great. Ranging from $17 to $80, the collection runs the gamut from soft pink rompers to knit crop tops and cool graphic tees.
