They say hair is an ornament, but we believe it can also be the most important accessory on you when things are looking a little dull.

A small tweak in the way you wear your hair can change everything -- it can make a boring outfit look glamourous and even take you back in time. Feeling the 80s vibe? No problem, do up your hair on parted buns and put on a crop top, denims and you should be good to go!

Blogger Charuta Yadav of Moda Yalda has some detailed advice for all you girls out there who wake up early just to work some serious magic onto their hair. Read on!

Boxer Braid Pigtails
These braids have been in trend for a while now and trust us these aren't going anywhere. Perfect to add the right amount of edge to any outfit.

Space Buns
These epitomise quirky and cute in a hairdo. Perfect to go on with you patched denim jacket for fall

Top Knot Or A Man bun
Running and have no time for a perfect hairstyle? Grab some hair from the front and tie them in a top knot. We bet this style will make you look like a million bucks.

Side Dutch Braid
Side dutch braid is prefect for a sophisticated vintage look for a brunch on a beautiful autumn day.

Accessories Your Ponytail
Give your low ponytail a bohemian twist by adding a dream catcher charm or add similar accessories. Absolutely perfect for a day out!

Liking her advice so far? Go on and see all the products you'd need to acquire hair finesse just like in all her pictures above.

We may not be little girls anymore, but that does not mean we have to rule out every style our parents imposed on us as kids!

Most hairstyles which were lost in our growing years, usually have a knack for coming back when we're adults; and that's exactly what's happened with our fave trend, Pigtails.

This hairdo is not only popular on the runway, but has also been spotted on the streets -- and we absolutely love it!

Moreover, fashion inspirations FKA Twigs, ALexa Chung, Janelle Monae, the Kardashian sisters, and many more have been seen rocking the hairdo, and we'd like to confirm that two tails are better than one!

Draw inspiration from pro-pigtail style influencer and beauty blogger Kayley Melissa, who shows us how braids can look sexy and chic at the same time.

Don't forget all the products you need to keep your hair silky and shiny in order to experiment with all our fave runway trends.

Kim Kardashian proved that there’s no age limit when it comes to rocking pigtails in her adorable snap showing her and daughter North with matching French-braided pigtails a few weeks ago!

Pigtails have also been seen on celebrities such as Alexa Chung, Gwen Stefani, Jess Glynne, Leona Lewis and Rita Ora.

If you’d love to wear pigtails but are worried you might look North’s age if you do, check out this video from Farah Dhukai on how to nail the dutch braid just like North's aunt, Khloe Kardashian!

Are you ready for the scoop on day 4 of AIFW? Here are our top 5!

Pero by Aneeth Arora
All the hopes we had from this collection have been fulfilled and more! The suspended pigtails, the schoolgirl checks combined with autumn chic - we can definitely say we are in looove.

Niki Mahajan
Always known to be inspired by Indian regional designs, Niki’s collection did not disappoint. It was a gorgeous traditional milieu of bright hues like red and yellow, combined with neutrals.

Mandira Wirk
Inspired by the 18th century art movement of Rococo, this collection had some gorgeous, intricate embroidery, and elaborate motifs. Malaika Arora instantly upped the glam quotient of this show by turning showstopper.

EKA by Rina Singh
This collection was the stuff of dreams if you’re an earth tones kinda gal! Loads of neutrals, and deep, autumn hues made the designs effortlessly elegant.

Ashima-Leena
Jewel tones ruled this collection, and we are not complaining about that! The beautiful tones, flowy silhouettes, and traditional prints had us going gaga.

One of the most easy to put together AND easy to recognize costumes is the creepily precocious Wednesday Addams. If you have a creative group of friends, you can add a Morticia, Gomez, Pugsley, Uncle Fester, Cousin It - the possibilities are endless!

To pull off a convincing Wednesday, all you need is a black dress with a white peter pan collar. Part your hair down the middle and split it into two long pigtails. Throw on some black tights and saddle shoes, and you're ready to hit the street!

With stunning red carpet looks, comes with the best beauty looks, accessories, even nails at the Met Gala event. This year's theme, China: Looking through the glass may been a tricky one for attendees as they can misinterpret the theme in the eyes of many.

So even with the little details such as their makeup, accessories, and mostly headpieces for this event, they put the extra effort to embrace and flawlessly wear the theme appropriately. Here are some of the best looks we've picked from this years Met Gala.

1. Red, Bold Lips: From Chloe Sevingy, Jessica Chastain and Carey Mulligan, these ladies wore crimson, to bright red orange hues on their lips.

2. Nude Battle: Rosie Hungtinton Whiteley, Candice Swanepoel, and Kendall Jenner - these stunning ladies with the freshest faces were the belles of the night.

3. Floral, Intricate, Dazzling Headpieces: While Selena Gomez, Chrissy Teigen, and Georgia May Jagger looked ethereal in their floral headpieces, we've got Rihanna, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Zendaya Coleman wore extravagant head pieces to live up to the gala's theme.

4. High ponytails, topknots, pigtails, bangs and bobs: Stars let their hair do the talking for the most part, but with the exception of Beyonce who nailed this year's look from head to toe. But we do love and adore, Dakota Johnson's new do with her lovely soft bob.

5. Striking Eyes: From an unrecognizable Adriana Lima, to Karlie Kloss' jade eyeliner, Vanessa Hudgen's smokey eyes and once again Dakota's perfect winged eyeliner, sultry, striking eyes were a hit.

Some honorable mentions: Cara Delevingne's faux body art, Katy Perry's short wig, and Miley's new hair color.
