A new season is the perfect excuse to get a new hair style, and the trends emerging are seriously cool. We didn't think hair colour could get more creative, after the influx of pastels and multi-tonal delights rocked by Instagram stars over the last few seasons, but we were wrong.

Go bold with warm peach and holographic hair (yeah, that's a thing) or dark and alluring with smokey lilac, grey ombre and pumpkin spice shades. The hottest hair for 2017? Rose gold like Kylie Jenner- she's always a few steps ahead when it comes to hair and this look is no different.

Scroll the gallery above for all the inspiration you need to nail the new must-have hair trends, and shop below for products to keep your colour on point...

NY based fashion and accessories emporium Chain Candy is founded and run by Lexie Noel, who gives us the inside scoop on what inspires her and how her brand came about!

Read on for our exclusive Q&A with Lexie!

Describe Chain Candy in 3 words...

- Colorful, fun, and expressive.

How did Chain Candy come to be?

When I was in high school, it was hard for me to find clothing that was different from stores I’d shop at in Soho, New York. I felt like everything was the same. I was always a creative individual; I learned the basics of screen printing around the age of 14 & took sewing classes. I took my illustration & started to develop some garments that were personal for just myself.

When I was 17, Chain Candy was born providing made to order garments that are either custom printed or hand dyed, cut & sewn in my studio here in Brooklyn New York.

Where do you get your inspiration from?

I get my inspiration from blends of colors and life it’s self. I try to combine them both together for something almost everyone can relate to and won’t find it anywhere else.

What is your favorite piece from your collection available on Shopcade.com?

My favorite piece is my Go Away Pastel Ombre Sweatshirt. I love the colors and the coziness of the sweater, I always get complements and giggles when wearing it!

How would you sum up the Chain Candy customer?

I think the Chain Candy customer and I are the same. The fun out going person always wanting the rad pieces of clothing and jewelry in their closet.

Can you give us a clue about your next collection?

As fall is approaching the next collection will be including some awesome brand new iron on patches and jackets!

Tell us something no-one else knows about Chain Candy...

A lot of people assume I’m a huge company when reality, it’s just me handcrafting each item one by one. It all comes from a small studio!

It's FRIYAY morning and we're already prepping for the evening! We've made an extra effort today to look all dolled up so we can go for a night out after work and not look like a tired mess. It's easy and not intimidating if you follow our advice mentioned below.

1. Hydrate with Hyalurotic Acid
Any moisture with hyaluroric acid goes into the skin and smoothens out any makeup that you've had on throughout the day! It just melts right into your skin, leaving it smooth, shiny and refreshed. Well, at least this time you don't need coffee to look awakened!

2. Turn your eyeliner into a smokey eye in a jiffy!
Take the same moisturiser and buff it around your eyes, so you kind of smoothen out the day's eyeliner. Then take a little cream pot of eyeshadow and add a little colouring on top. Do up your eyes the way you want and viola! There you are -- from eyeliner to eyeshadow!

3. Illuminate your skin
Let the foundation you'd already applied in the morning be the way it is and use some illuminating powder on the tip of your nose, around the hairline, jawline, basically everywhere you would otherwise contour. This will not only make you shine but also look fresh.

4. Ombre lip, ahoy!
We all love our lips red, don't we?! But why not give that colour a twist and play around with textures? Use a sheer red lipstick around the lip and then apply a nude colour in the middle and blend blend blend! The result will be a beautiful ombre lip that will pair perfectly with your smokey eye. You can try this with different colours as well!

We’ve come very far from French manicure and shiny transparent nail paint coats! While we still love our classic trends, it’s important to stay up to date and try out some new nail art trends that has taken social media by a storm. These out pronto!

Multi-coloured nails
The best way to do this is by keeping all the colours vaguely related! Use various shades of the same tone (greys and neutrals), or colours that are different yet highly complimentary (neon!).

Ombre nails
Ombre is just as fantastic on our nails as it is on our hair! It’s probably best to get this art done on your nails by a professional and you can dabble in various colours all at once whilst still remaining classy. Go for colours that are not too much of a contrast! Eg. Blood red and black are a fantastic combination.

Matte nails
Matte nails have been dominating over glossy nails these days and we totally feel why! Not only do they look elegant, but also are very easy to achieve. What’s best is you can simply use a ready-made matte lacquer as a top coat on your already applied glossy nail paint to make the nail matte.

Graphic nails
The best looking trend yet! Use sticky tapes to mark out the areas that need paining, go ahead and paint the nail with colours of your choice! Stick to shades of the same colour so your nails don’t look weirdly colourful! This cool trend can be adapted into stripes, half and half colours or tri-colour.

Odd one out
Easiest of all, choose to paint one nail differently with either glitter, shimmer or metallic nail paint! You can also choose to give one nail the glossy effect it deserves to stand out and you’re good to go!

Excited to try them? Find all shades you need below to get started.

Payal Singhal

The first words that jumped to our mind when we laid eyes on Payal Singhal’s collection were “modern maharani”. The pastel floral patterns and flowing ghagras, paired with ever-so-slightly deep-cut blouses and beautiful dupattas made for a dreamy collection indeed.

Amit Aggarwal
Loads of structure and volume dominated this collection, almost bordering on outlandish. We love how Amit Aggarwal really meant business with the term “A-line” when it came to his dresses!

Nikhil Thampi
Always known for his out-of-the-box aesthetic, Nikhil Thampi’s latest collection featured models walking down a pitch dark ramp holding illuminated frames, ensuring that each design had 100% of your attention. He featured shimmery eyes, ombre lips, sculpted hair, and loads of metallics in his collection.

Urvashi Kaur
Urvashi experimented with different fabrics from soft malmal to coarse khadi, and added a modern touch to old Indian dressing with frayed edges and asymmetrical designs.

Nishka Lulla
With pastel hues, crop tops, palazzo pants, and light summery trenches, Nishka Lulla effortlessly nailed the perfect summer aesthetic.

This trend has been working fabulously for makeup artists for a while, making them look instantly more glamorous.

But now, it's been made easy enough for any of us to rock it! Ombre lips combine two colors, which adds dimension and intrigue to your look.

Try rosy pink with maroon, or purplish tones with deep reds. You can ombre from the center outwards, and make sure to put the lighter color in the center of your bottom lip for fuller-looking lips!

Watch the tutorial and get that luscious ombré lips on!
