Now, assuming you’ve already bought into this bag trend and delightfully ditched your shoulder straps to go hands-free, it’s time to expand your collection. And if not- where have you been?! Bum bags, fanny packs, belt bags- whatever you’re calling them- are still big news come Spring Summer 2018 and have been updated in a wave of new sizes, embellishments and styling tips. Saint Laurent’s were teeny tiny, Marc Jacobs’ were XXL and Fenty x Puma’s sporty styles were somewhere in between slung over the shoulder. Look to Rihanna for inspiration, along with Kendall Jenner who turned out to be a connoisseur venturing out with vintage Chanel and Louis Vuitton. On the street, the elegant Gucci Marmont bags whittling the waists of streetstyle stars continue to sell out in eye-catching colours and textures.

To stand out from the crowd, wear it your way. No matter what material, size or colour you go for, belting a bum bag on the waist over a fantastic dress screams ladylike and it’ll make an envy-inducing addition to a laid-back suit. Placing it lower down on the hips comes across as much less try-hard and the coolest girls are still hoisting theirs cross body, with the pouch at the front or back.

Snap up the best bum bags around now with our edit below.

1) Your style is very sports luxe yet classy and lady like. Tell us more about it.
My moods are constantly influencing the way I dress. I don't stick to a particular style, I like to experiment without having to compromise on comfort. In simple words my style reflects my state of mind. You’re likely to see me in androgynous, urban chic and boho styles.

2) What made you want to start a blog?
The idea of documenting my emotions and thoughts behind why I wear what I wear & how I feel about it :-)

3) Name some of your favourite bloggers and why?
There are so many talented bloggers I follow. Among the Indian bloggers, on top of my list is Rhea Gupte. She writes like a dream and I love her aesthetics. The Glamourai, trop rouge and Camila Coelho are some of the international Fashion /beauty bloggers I like.

4) Top 5 steal suggestions for fall according to you
Thigh high boots, Classic duster coat, Pinstripes Pant suit, Slick back hair and Graphic Scarves

The paper bag waist pants. I love them but don't have the body frame to pull them off as I need to be tad bit slimmer from my hips. #goals

I'm personally liking the pant suits and gold metallic palettes

9) What is the hardest part about being a blogger and how do you keep up with it?

All-black outfits hold a special place in our hearts—black on black is an infallible combination that flatters every single person, has a slimming effect, and looks chicer than any other colour there is!

So here is some celebrity inspo on different ways you can rock the classic combo of black on black. We selected the best ones from Hollywood as well as right here at home in B-town.

Crop top + leggings like Bella Hadid
If you have a flat belly like Bella and want to flaunt it, pair a black crop top and leggings together.

Bodycon dress + stilettos like Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian
A bodycon dress is the perfect clubbing outfit when paired with a sexy pair of black heels. If you wanna cover up a little more, go the Kourtney way and add a smart faux leather jacket.

Plunging neckline + strappy heels like Irina Shayk
This is what you should go for on nights when you want to feel extra sexy!

Romper + strappy heels like Alia Bhatt
What do you do when you want a cute outfit but don't feel like wearing a dress and don't have the patience to coordinate tops and bottoms? You wear a romper, of course!

Peplum top + stilettos like Parineeti Chopra
A black peplum top is a great, subtle way to add some dimension to your hips if you're lacking in the curves department but still want to look slim.

Bold jumpsuit + red lips like Kendall Jenner
No one does sexy like Kendall. All-black + red lips is a timeless combination!

A cute little pair of heels is a staple in every closet. But there's a first step to every journey, and if you're the girl that needs a little help with working her heels, we got your back. Use these tips and tricks to perfect your strut!

Find the perfect shoe:
The kind of high heels you wear can definitely impact your walk. Start off with a pair of wedges, as those are the easiest on the foot and are less likely to hurt!

You can then slowly graduate to platforms, chunky heels, and stilettos when you're comfortable.

Fix your posture:
Ever noticed how runway models walk with one foot directly in front of the other, and are usually with their backs straight and their hips out? These aren't just moves for show, they're actually tricks used to avoid injury! Try it, you'll instantly see a difference.

Prep yourself:
As with all new shoes, heels take time to break in as well. But you can speed up this process by rubbing a little petroleum jelly on the inner rim of your shoe before putting them on. As you walk, your shoes will begin to loosen up and adapt to your feet. This trick also avoids friction burn and shoe bite.

Practice makes perfect:
We are well aware that the perfect walk doesn't come easy. So the only way to combat this is to work them heels as much as possible! Try wearing your heels around the house on lazy days, and practice walking around your room in front of the mirror. You'll be a pro catwalker in no time!

By Nainika Agrawal There are so many kinds of jeans in the fashion world these days that it can be a bit confusing—what exactly does each style mean, and whom does it suit best?

Here's your quick yet complete guide to different styles of jeans!

Skinny jeans
This name is pretty self-explanatory. They're super slim fit jeans that cling to your body. They look best on people with long legs and slim hips.

Boyfriend jeans
These are jeans that are fitted at the hips and the seat, but have a relaxed fit at the leg. They are usually cuffed at the bottom. They generally look better on women of medium to tall heights with curvy hips and larger thighs.

Mom jeans
These are basically high waisted jeans with a comfort fit. Great for hiding that tummy!

Boot cut jeans
These are jeans that have a straight fit on the legs, and taper outwards at the bottom. They look good on pretty much any body type.

From enveloped minis to bodycons to flouncy skirts and pencil skirts, there’s a vast variety of skirts out there from choose from. But not only can the process of doing so can be very daunting but also difficult because the science behind choosing skirts is often misunderstood. Every different body shape demands a different type and following are the 4 most common body types and the skirts they should wear.

Apple shape
High waist, flouncy skirts If you have a slim lower body but carry a little weight around the middle, you’d want to invest in high waist, flouncy skirts.

Why? Your waistband will hit the thinnest part of the torso and flare out over the stomach, masking the larger mid-section. Also, the short hemline will show off those slender legs.

Banana shape
Body conscious mini skirts If you’re waist, shoulders and hip are all around the same width, you’d look beyond fantastic in body-conscious skirts. Why? A form fitting skirt will showcase your curves and again, the short hemline will show off those legs. Who doesn’t want that, right?

Hourglass shape
Pencil skirts If you’re curve with a well defined waist, chances are you’d want to don pencil skirts to accentuate that hip. It also helps in hiding the hip! Why? For those seeking a dramatic way to flaunt their curves, look no further than pencil skirts and peplums are an option for an extra-added touch to your silhouette.

Pear shape
A-line skirts If hips are the widest part of your body, we are use you’d look fantastic in A-line skirts! Why? These skirts highlight the smallest part of your waist and flares out over hips, minimizing the width over your bottom half.

Following the current fashion trends is all well and good, but it's way more important to dress appropriately for your figure in order to look your best. Not everything looks the same on different body types! It can definitely be a little tricky to know what works for your body's specific shape, so Shopcade's here to help you find the best cuts and shapes to make you look super sexy.

Pear-shaped body
If you have full hips and a large waist coupled with small shoulders and bust, this is your body type. Try to make the top half of your outfit busy, so that it draws attention away from your fuller lower half. Do this by wearing patterned tops and a statement necklace, paired with unprinted bottoms.

Another trick to balance your upper half with your lower half is to create the illusion of balance. Do this by wearing clothes that make your shoulders look broader, like cap-sleeved tops, jackets with accentuated shoulders etc.

Apple-shaped body
If you have a large bust and weight around your tummy, you have an apple-shaped figure. The key to dressing for you is to create the illusion of an hourglass shape on your upper half. Do this by choosing tops that are cinched around the waist or just under your bust. You can also draw attention away from your torso by wearing tops with embroidered or flared sleeves.

Hourglass figure
If you have a large bust, a defined waist, and large hips, you have an hourglass figure. To look your best, choose tops that have a slightly low V-neck. Go for well-tailored, form-fitting clothing as opposed to loose, slouchy clothing. Stay away from large details like ruffles.

Do you want a Kim Kardashian butt or a Kylie Minogue butt? As much as the trend for big and small booties have alternated with extreme frequency over the past 2 decades, one thing is clear: whatever size or shape bum you have, keeping it toned and taut shows off just how proud you are of the derriere you were born with! Look to our tips below on how you too can have a gluteus maximus that's magnificent to behold...

1) There are many butt enhancing exercises one can do with no equipment at all! In time and with discipline, you can easily achieve the bum of your dreams. For example, a single-leg glute bridge entails lying on your back with bent knees (feet flat on the ground), extending one leg, squeezing your butt cheeks as you exhale, then pushing your hips upward. Lower your hips slowly until hovering just above the floor - and repeat!

2) There's some overlap between keeping a fit bum and keeping strong, toned thighs. Check our our Beach Body Blitz: Leg Day post for info on squats and lunges! "I simply don't have the time!" is a feeble excuse not to get your booty in shape; you reckon Gigi Hadid sits around on her arse all day? Just like kegel exercises which can be done anytime, anywhere (SATC's Samantha admitted to doing them at lunch), you can easily work out those butt muscles by clenching the crap outta them at your desk.

3) Still searching for an intensive butt firming solution? Rock out with a twerkout! In all seriousness: if you've had enough of running and cycling to make your derriere stand out, twerking can make your bum a thing of beauty.

Tip 2: High rise is a great option if you’re on the curvier side of the spectrum. It helps hide the extra weight in the middle and creates the illusion of length.

Tip 3: Try a larger pockets if you’d like to hide your rear and vice-versa if you’re looking to enhance it.

Next step: shopping according to your body shape:

Pear shaped: If you’re heavier at the hips, avoid skinnies as they tend to create a tapered look. Your best bet: a low-rise flare, which helps streamline your body and make you look taller.

Athletic: Can rock straight-legged styles just as well as flared. If you’d like to look curvier, a mid-rise jean with a slight boot-cut can help create a curvy silhouette.

We've all been there. Desperately trying to heave ourselves into a tiny pair of jeans, inexplicably swearing at everything in the changing room, before collapsing in a huff and swearing off cake for life.

Well, this nightmare is officially a thing of the past with our handy guide to picking the perfect pair of jeans for your body shape, starting with these general tips for buying jeans...

Tip 1: Stretchy denim is always the most flattering. Not only does it work on most body types, it moulds to your body shape over time, and is most comfortable.
Tip 2: Curvier or heavier women can benefit from a higher rise, which helps hide the extra weight in the middle and creates a leg-lengthening effect.
Tip 3: Opt for larger pockets if you’d like to hide a larger bum and vice-versa if you’re looking to enhance your bum.

Once you’ve got those three tips down, find out what to look out for when it comes to your body shape:

Hourglass: This curvy body shape can pull off wide-legged jeans without looking too heavy. Opt for a mid-rise with a flat front to flatter at the right places.

Pear shaped: If you’re heavier at the hips, avoid the tapered look that skinny jeans can create. Instead, opt for a low-rise flare which helps streamline your body and make you look taller.

Athletic: Athletic bodies can rock straight-legged styles just as well as they can flared styles. If you’d like to look curvier, a mid-rise jean with a slight boot-cut can help create a curvy silhouette.

Petite: If you’re petite, you can embrace your short stature by opting for cropped skinnies, although regular-length skinny jeans are also very flattering turned up.
