KIMSU is putting Berlin’s jewellery scene on the map. Launched there in October 2017 after less than a year of development, founders Sue Woo Kim and Roberto Bertinetti deliver sophisticated handcrafted jewellery but they also strive to empower women and be respectful to the environment as they do so. Every KIMSU piece works on different levels: they’re designed to be aesthetically pleasing and to help the woman wearing it find her strength and confidently get in touch with her feminine side. The original and sometimes abstract geometric forms of the earrings, necklaces and rings imitate strong symbols of strength and have an intriguing architectural air. And only recycled silver is used by the self-described ethical and socially responsible brand, along with the finest coloured gemstones and a unique and exclusive shade of gold.

KIMSU definitely plays to and expresses its founders’ strengths and passions as well. Creative Director Kim received a gold ring for her first birthday, as per Korean tradition, which sparked her personal passion for jewellery; and her interior design and architecture background is very evident in the visual aesthetic, graphics and the jewellery itself which she designs. Business and marketing is Bertinetti's forte and focus as brand CEO following years of working in digital marketing and being part of an entrepreneurial family. Based on the belief that the tiniest symbols and gestures can ignite a passion within, dynamic triangles, circles and rectangles all star in KIMSU’s standout debut collection. We’ve got our eye on one of the layered circle rings or the dramatic drop earrings we’ll be tucking our hair behind our ears to show off.

We’re predicting big things for KIMSU so shop our edit of key styles below to be able to smugly say you owned it first.

Obsessing over this glam make up look from @paintedglamour! The cooler grey blue tones are just so perfect for this time of year. I love the colour clash with her hair too, it seems like the look has been well thought out! #motd #nyxcosmetics #makeupinspo #AW17 Photo Credit: @NyxCosmetics on Twitter

Whilst we can't stop talking about whether Justin and Selena will get back together - will they won't they? When will the saga end? - Something is really like to dwell over for a moment is her style. I love Selena's outfit for BFA 2017. This silk beige looks wonderful on her, especially with her blonde hair and a slick of dark lipstick. She shows us that even completely covered and adorned in a thick faux fur you can look gorgeous. As always Selena wears Coach. Image: Elle.com

I would name this photo: Brothers of Winter. An image that celebrates the beginning of the month of December. I also love how platinum blonde hair looks on pale people. But in my opinion, this hair colour looks best on girls and boys that have a very cool undertone in their skin tone. When boys or girls that fake tanning their body dyed their hair with this colour, it can look a lit bit off or wash out their entire complexion I think. What are your thoughts on platinum blonde hair? Photo Credit: @pinterest #platinumblonde #holidays #december #christmas #hairstyle

This eye makeup look in actress Madelaine Petsch is absolutely stunning. I adore how the foiled coppery eyeshadow on her lids, resembles her hair colour. Such a cool visual effect. I was thinking that blondes could play with gold eyeshadow, brunettes with bronzed eyeshadow and black hair girls with shimmery charcoal to create this exact effect but with their hair colour! Would you try it? Photo Credit: Byrdie.com #eyemakeup #makeup #beauty #celebs #holidays
