It's back. The festival that created its own unique dress code is returning this weekend and if you're one of the lucky show goers we have a few tips for you. Packing for Coachella doesn't have to be a daunting task. You don't need to acquire a Native American headdress to impress. In fact, avoiding fancy dress and going for a chicer approach will make more of a statement. So assuming, you’ve already sorted out your luggage, we’ll help you with the packing.

Do's and don'ts when packing for Coachella…

Don't bring a one-piece

Jumpsuits and bodysuits look cute but they’re a no-no at a festival, as you'll be stuck in long toilet cues and you'll have to change in and out of your one-piece. Instead, go for the simpler version with a bralette, cut-off jean shorts and western-style booties.

Do light layering

Considering you'll be faced with the adverse weather of the desert, see-sawing between high and low degrees it's best to resort to layering. Wear your swimsuit top, with a flowing skirt or denim shorts, your booties and a kimono or denim jacket for after dark.

Do practical bags

Backpacks and cross-body bags are your safest bet come festival season. You can store larger items with ease: say your water bottle, SPF, phone and deodorant while leaving your arms and hands free to fist pump and dance the night away.

Don't do sandals

We know the model pack often strolls the California polo fields in sandals which looks adorable during the day but not so practical during the gigs. Instead, go for cute white sneakers or ankle boots that will elevate your outfit and keep your toes safe at the same time.

Do glitter make up

Add some extra sparkle by adopting the festival look without going full unicorn. Some stick-on gems, glitter eyeshadow and shimmering lip balm will leave you looking fresh and ready to party. Avoid heavy eyeliners and dark eyeshadow as they tend to smudge in the heat.

Editor's Pick: Add a dab of self-tan before you hit the festival for an extra glow. Just remember to wash your hands immediately after applying it and stay away from stain-prone clothing like your whites and crochet bikini tops.

Now you're done and ready to party the weekend away! See you in the fields…

Coachella and florals go together like peanut butter and jelly so you KNOW you need the print in your bag when you head out to the desert.

From shorts to dresses, the print is a must have for this boho inspired festival weekend. In this list I’ve prepared 4 different looks to get your floral on, from tassel bags to killer shades you’ll be sure to steal the show.

You can mix and match your florals or keep it to a minimum with one piece. I’m loving the jean shorts in this list because they aren’t necessarily a print but still have an ode to floral. Don’t forget your accessories! Long, dainty necklaces and colored earring studs are a must and the one’s right here are perfect.

Coachella is fun for every aspect of fashion but shoes might be the best part of the whole weekend (or two). Shoes define your look and if you don’t incorporate a rad pair of low heeled boots, you ain’t got it goin' on!

On the contrary it’s fun to play around with unconventional mid-no heel shoes and basing your outfit around them.In this list I’ve concentrated on lace up gladiators, boots, tassels and minimal sandals.

All of these keep you cool, temperature wise and other! All of the shoes in this list are grade A festival attire and they would look fab with concho belts, broad rimmed hats and off the shoulder tops.

Coachella is a hard weekend to pack for; you’re in the desert, you’re sweating, it’s a 24 hour affair and you have to look great for every part of it. So what do you do? You pack the ultimate beauty kit which I’ve provided for you in this list.

These items will help you look great with little to no effort while keeping you hair and skin moisturized and taken care of. Let’s start with your make up. A lot of girls have a hard time ditching their makeup so if you need to have something going on, these are the places you should be concentrating on. To give an overall solid beauty look for the dessert concentrate on brows, lashes, cheeks and lips.

These are easy to reapply, take with you and once you got those areas down, you don’t really need anything else. If you HAVE to have a foundation I would say go for a very light powder or foundation because you’re sweating and your dancing, which doesn’t sound like a great mix for a heavy foundation.

A few other items in this list are a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner to keep your hair hydrated and looking great. A detangler brush and salt spray will help keep the styling of your hair easy and short.

Get your prep on with all the items in this list!

So you’re not a boho girl. What do you wear to Coachella without feeling boxed in to the florals and fringe trends? Well I got you. On the opposite end of the spectrum I’m thinking “sporty-chic” and it’s got your name written all over it.

When I envision this look I think monochromatic and minimalism for your weekend in the desert, playing up accessories and shoes. Light weight pieces for sure, paired with a solid moto jacket to drape over your arms, fab sunnies and flatform shoes. This look is a fun way to stand out and get on those best dressed lists you see after the big weekend.

Get all the best pieces from this list and get your sporty-chic on at the festival!

Revolve has unveiled their newest lookbook and it is Coachella Fashion gold. With styles for girls that aren’t afraid to show a little skin, awesome accessories and great outfit combos this lookbook is some serious eye candy.

When planning for the big weekend (or two) it’s always a good idea to plan out your outfits and shop ahead of time for inspiration and pieces that you want to bring along, which is where this little lookbook comes in handy.

My favorite looks are the polka dot romper with the western belt, the red twist top with humungous bell sleeves and all of the awesome boots and hats throughout, which are all great for frolicking the polo fields and parties in Palm Springs.

In this list you can shop the inspiration and put your own looks together with these drool-worthy pieces. Shop the looks and get Coachella ready!

Festival season is officially here!! Although I don't attend the big music fests, I do adore the boho look that's wildly popular this time of year.

These months will see their share of embroidered tops, peasant dresses, and maxi skirts, but some of the cutest pieces of the season are handbags! From rainbow striped canvas totes that will carry literally all your belongings, to fringed crossbody bags, to embroidered designer satchels, they're all here!

Shop our top picks of bags you'll likely spot at any music festival, and if you're headed this year to Coachella, well you're in luck!

Festival season means peasant tops, off the shoulder denim dresses, wide-brimmed hats, and lace-up espadrilles. Some things

I absolutely love this spring/summer are: button-down 70's miniskirts, especially in bold colors! And pastel hues, baby blue sunhats or dusty rose suede boots.

And don't forget embroidered pieces from bell-sleeved tops to denim skirts to jackets. Florals, bright colors, whites, and lace are always your friend! Finally, crop tops let you soak up some sun.

Dance away with friends in style at Coachella with our top picks below!
