She was the one that brought nylon to the catwalk in the 1980s and has continued to be a fashion icon and inspiration over the years. #icon #Prada Credit: British Vogue

N* 21 hit the catwalk and presented this maxi hat. That’s the lesson we are learning for next season: go big or go home! #hats

Another make up look that I have touched upon before is the blocked colour eyeshadow trend. This was recently spotted at the likes of Marni and Prada shows. Dior even matched their red, yellow and pink sunglasses to their eyeliner of choice. I love eyeshadows and my Morphe palette has been my best make up friend for months now. I am always experimenting with colours so it's great to see this manifest on the catwalk. Even better it's been kept really simple. All you need to do is swatch a colour across your lid et voila. An easy make up look that's also really fun. Image: Indigital

Our cute little furry friends became models during Milan Fashion Week. Carried by models like Gigi Hadid, the Tod’s runway featured puppies! The most exciting show of the season was definitely Tod’s. They hacked the fashion system! Everyone’s attention were on the puppies instead of the designs. What do you think of puppies being more fashionable than you? #puppies #tods #fashion #runway #catwalk #dogs #animals

Saint Laurent took the city of Paris to present its collection Fall-Winter 2018/2019 and dozens of models paraded on the catwalk dyed by black. The velvet and sequins were the main fabrics, and designs were full of colourful flowers giving some life to the final result, and we can pass the shoulder pads returning us to the 80's. 19 year old Anok Yai is the first black woman to open a Prada show since Naomi Campbell in 1997. It is a statement for black empowerment and beauty, a particularly hot topic this year. #Prada #catwalk Credit: British Vogue

The Gucci set for the Milan Fashion Week was an operating table in the middle of the catwalk. Talk about original ideas. #Milan #fashionweek Credit: Vogue Paris

London Fashion Week is a stage for us all to show off our best #OOTDs. Some of the looks in the crowds are just as good, sometimes even better than, the looks on the catwalk. I love this (image: Vogue) look, classically British and totally stylish. The layering is great. Polo necks are always perfect to layer and I really love that denim is followed by a dogtooth material. A perfect fabric fusion.

New York Fashion Week saw some seriously insane footwear. On the catwalk and on the streets heels were hitting the curb and were ahead of it. These Parabal Gurung are a definite stand out. The red and pink colours are stunning alone and together they're even better. I love the pointed toe and cute tied bow. I just can't imagine a better shoe. Image: Getty Images

Do you remember the hair clip that caused a furore in the 90s? ç In an attack of nostalgia the catwalk has rescued them. This season the fashion shows are surrounded by these accessories given us a back to the past. Credits>:Pinterest
