i recently have such a love for crystals.  I find very interesting that you can use them for healing and protection purposes and at the same time, the make a great decoration piece.   I definitely looking for a rose quartz (my Chinese zodiac stone cuz I'm a rat) and an amethyst because who doesn't love amethyst? photo credit: @amrezy on Twittter  #crystals #spiritual #healing #rosequartz #vibe

Everyone is still talking about the cute pregnancy announcement by Kylie Jenner, who after of 9 months of speculation and a social media cleanse broke the news of the birth of her baby girl. As any new mummy she's going to need all the help she can get. On the search for answers and a bit of entertainment, we have prepared a list of the funniest mummy bloggers around.

It's difficult becoming a new mom, probably one of the toughest jobs as it comes with no manual. At least that was the case until an array of mommy amateurs dominated the blogosphere sharing their pearls of wisdom, from activities to recipes and must needed rants. And though the role of the mummy blogger has evolved welcoming new ones every year, it's remained true in its core. In creating a community and a sense of comradery amongst young moms.

Aby Moore created this blog to document her daughter's childhood after falling accidentally pregnant a month before starting IVF treatment. Her sleek and glossy blog is a great tool for fellow mum entrepreneurs who need a few words of inspiration. Aby is also a consultant and coach.

precious jewellery has been recently stolen from a palace in Venice. This gorgeous peacock is one of the pieces. I adore weird jewellery pieces, that look like art. Even if I can't wear them, I just can look it and displays them as decoration on a vanity. You guys like particular pieces of jewellery too? A quick glance at a recent streetstyle album will provide all the evidence you need that the beret has replaced the beanie as the fash pack’s go-to hat. Pushed forward to cover the hair line, back to frame a fringe or placed jauntily at an angle, you can wear it any way you want and it still manages to look oh-so French cool. Blame Dior for starting the trend with leather berets because brands and designers have taken the hat shape and really run with it- crafting them in all sorts of wonderful shades and textures. Wool, sequins, velvet- you name it, there’s probably a beret made in it. And it’s also become an unlikely site for empowering slogans that definitely won’t be obscured by a winter coat. Add in the fact that it’s cold and you want to keep your head warm, there’s no reason not to rock one.

Well, only if they fit your head properly. A too-tight beret is not a good look for anyone but you don’t want them to be too baggy either because the effect is less chic outfit accent and more sloppy. Having the kind of hair that will retain the beret hat shape for hours after wear or a forehead that indents easily are other potential deterrents. Keeping the beret on at all times in public (inside and outside) could overcome them or equal sweaty/greasy-looking hair; and how insulating or waterproof is a sequin or net-like style exactly? Not very. Some berets are simply worn for decoration.

Glitters, sequins and sparkles are not only on apparel, its a beauty trend too! Fashion just can’t help itself of doing it over the top right? If the trend is glitter, it is just on everything! But ofcourse I’m not complaining because more sparkle more glamour! Who doesn’t want to shine like a Christmas tree during holiday season. As decoration are catching everyones attention, glitter makeup is just perfect to divert eyes on you again! All jokes aside… This trend is major in fashion right now! Try it for your New Years or Christmas party. It just suits the holiday vibes perfectly. Put some shimmer on your lids and you’re party ready! #glitter #eyemakeup #beauty #trend #glittereyes #sparkle #shimmer #glamour

Don’t worry if you haven’t put your Christmas tree up yet. There’s still around three weeks before the big day and after the first winter snow flurry a few days ago, this weekend kind of seems like the perfect time. You’ll need somewhere to put the gifts you’re due to give and receive and these trees do add a festive flourish to your home or desk.

Christmas trees themselves are a surprisingly divisive subject. Some swear by real trees, while others can think of nothing worse than sweeping up needles until early January. And do you go for natural-looking green or a colour that can be matched and clashed with your interiors? Decorating can be a fun group activity, if you can bear to share creative control, and the ornaments range from ultra-stylish to sentimental. Edible shapes can be plucked straight off the branches.

Stockholm home of designer Amelia Widell, featured on #ELLEDecoration has my heart fluttering. The pastel, sorbet shades are calming but alive and sophisticated. I aspire to have a wall clad in this many frames. There is something about the treasure trove of books and photos that should look cluttered but instead gives the whole room personality. Would you use a room like this as inspiration? Image: ELLE Decoration #decor #interiordesign #interiors #home #homestyle #hygge #scandinavian #interiordesigner #design #homeware
