Tantouring is here to ease your frantic pre-office contour routine!
The love child of contouring and tanning, tantouring is the easiest way to rock an effortless, Kim Kardashian-esque sculpted look when you don’t have time to do an all-out makeup routine.
Here’s how to achieve it in four easy steps:
1. Stock up: self-tanner (3 shades darker than your skin), flat foundation brush, buffer brush A self-tanner in a mousse texture is ideal, because it’s easy to blend and gives a natural, flawless finish.
2. Put down a light layer of self-tanner all over your face, using the flat foundation brush. This helps to give an even base. Think of it as doing what primer does for your makeup.
3. Sculpt your face. Use the same brush as step #2, and apply the self-tanner where you’d normally contour: under the cheekbones, the hairline, the jawline, and the sides of your nose.
4. Buff it in. Using the buffer brush, blend all the product in to make it look nice and natural. After letting it sit on your face for 2-3 hours, wash off the product.
And that’s all you have to do to proudly proclaim, “I woke up like this!”
