Without further ado, let’s explore the styles you need to bookmark in 2016.
Fit and flare: A sophisticated version of the ‘70s bell bottom, this style gives your rear a good shape and flares out at the knee. It can be slightly tricky to pull off, especially if you’re bottom-heavy. A pair of wedges can totally change to look around.
Patchwork denim: Denims in varying shades patched together. Very grunge! You can even DIY this effect onto an old pair of jeans.
Culottes: Every man repeller’s favourite piece of clothing, this continues into 2016. Ditch the formal version for a frayed denim version. A nice pair of block heels will really help balance the look.
Overalls: Overalls too continue to be present on the runways and the streets. Throw in an old vest and just-out-of-bed hair to the mix, and you’re golden.
Girlfriend jeans: Like your boyfriend’s, only a little more structured around the hips and thighs. These too taper as they go downward, and pair excellently with your Birkenstocks.
