The Minions have landed their very own cover on Vogue. How this happened after Kim Kardashian graced the fashion bible we don't have a clue, because anyone can see how naturally stylish these little yellow creatures are!
Forget about all the trends this summer, forget about wearing stripes, being a 'haute' hippy or looking like a rock goddess from the 70's. It's all about 'Utility Chic', so if your outfit doesn't include some dungarees then it is all wrong!
Don't even mention anything about wearing purple or pink- it's all about yellow, it's the Minions' signature colour, so it automatically qualifies as the colour of the year in ours and apparently Vogue's book too.
OK, before you think the world has literally gone mad, this is all part of Vogue's 'mockumentary' series to launch their new video section on their website.
The result is pretty hilarious with Suzy Menkes interviewing designers about the influence these yellow creatures have had on the world of fashion. It's a hoot and a cracking way to launch Vogue Video.
Scroll through the gallery to see the Minions' awesome cover (not on sale YET, but we think Vogue should release it) and watch the video to see how the Minions' have been inspiring plenty of designers.
Look like fashion's biggest icons with our pick of dungarees and some mellow yellow pieces to rock this summer season.
