It's tempting to drink sugary, fizzy drinks during a boring/sleepy day at the office. But avoid doing this, as the sugar can add up and prevent your efforts to get rid of that belly.
Hydrate yourself a lot
Drink a lot of water and green tea. This will prevent bloating, and keep your tummy looking the slimmest it can. Plus, it'll help you stay full so that you don't feel like snacking on junk between meals.
Amp up the cardio
Wanna get rid of the extra fat? Put in the effort, and add an extra 10 minutes to your cardio regime everyday. You will soon see the results.
Have a light dinner
Try to minimise your carbs during dinner, as they can easily turn into fat overnight. Instead, opt for options like steamed vegetables, grilled fish/chicken, etc.
Avoid nights out for a couple of weeks
Nights out usually lead to alcoholic drinks, which are rich in empty calories and therefore hinder belly-reducing efforts. Simply staying away from the temptation to drink is the best way to stay on track with your effort to get a flatter belly!
