The Duke of Edinburgh was voted into 12th place this year, beating Prince Harry who is in 38th place (a huge 26 positions behind!)
While Prince Philip was described as always being “British, masculine and appropriate for his role”, his grandson was praised for his “huge zest for life”, with GQ commenting that “Prince Harry is the one royal who can do cool”.
The royal family are no strangers to the Best Dressed List with 18 month-old Prince George being voted into 49th place in 2015, along with his grandfather Prince Charles in 7th place in the same year and his father Prince William in 37th place in 2013.
Topping the GQ Best Dressed List for 2016 is star of The Danish Girl Eddie Redmayne, who is joined by Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw in second place and singing sensation Sam Smith in third place.
Also keeping it in the family are David and Romeo Beckham with the 40-year-old former England footballer taking fourth place and the 13-year-old model featuring in eighth place.
