Did Bey make a mistake?

Queen Bey attended Chanel Paris-Salzburg Metiers d'Art Collection in NYC recently. However, instead of wearing couture gowns of the brand, Bey decided to take it in a rather "casual" approach by wearing a bomber jacket, leather skirt, and boots in Chanel from head to toe.

She skipped the red carpet, but managed to rock her look flawlessly we must say. However, what caused Bey to opt out on wearing a dazzling gown to show off her toned body?

She's Queen Bey, so we guess she can do what she wants, eh?
