Catapulted into the spotlight thanks to her role as Anastasia Steele in Fifty Shades of Grey, Don Johnson and Melanie Griffith's daughter Dakota Johnson is the latest face to have graced the cover of Net-A-Porter's The Edit.
Having grown up on set thanks to her famous 'rents, Dakota's one millennial celebrity offspring who's able to comment on the evolution of celebrity culture in Hollywood.
"It almost feels like a free-for-all nowadays. There's no more mystery, no more elegance [in Hollywood]," she tells The Edit. "The Golden Globes for example, used to be so special. It was a time when you got to see your favourite people, who were making your favourite movies, all interacting with each other; having some witty banter, being enticing and charming.
"You don't see actors unless they were on the red carpet; they weren't publicly photographed all the time. Now anyone can take my picture, and I can take anyone's picture, at any moment. I feel like something has been lost."
