Chris Brown has proved, once again, that he is the worst. Literally the worst. What a wrongun.
He was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after a woman, identified as Baylee Curran, called the police saying he had threatened her with a gun.
Baylee has claimed that she was admiring his friend's diamond cross necklace when she was told to step away and later he pulled a weapon out. A lot of Chris Brown's fans have accused her of doing it as a publicity stunt, to which she has responded "Do you honestly think I wanted this, that I caused this? If somebody put a gun to your head what would you do? Call the police?".
Chris was released from police custody on a $250, 000 bail and his court date has been set for September 20th. The rapper took to social media whilst the police where outside, inviting them to obtain a warrant saying "You're going to walk right up in here and you're going to see nothing".
So those are all the details. Irregardless of whether he is found guilty or not, I've got one big question. WHY is he still in the public eye, releasing music and getting a load of money?! After the assault of Rihanna in 2009 he should have received no support from the public, or even from his fans. That kind of behaviour is disgusting and inexcusable. People do deserve second chances, but only if they show remorse and change. Chris Brown, since 2009, has been charged with other convictions for violence. Remember his fight with Drake in 2012, and then with Frank Ocean in 2013?
People brand him a "bad boy", but that's so wrong. He isn't a "bad boy" because that is a trivial term. Everyone may love a "bad boy", in the sense of a player who wears a leather jacket and smokes, not in the sense of someone who has been convicted for assaulting his girlfriend, attacking a fan and being involved in a hit-and-run. Seriously, everyone needs to boycott his music and stop giving him attention. He's a douche.
Drake makes a heartfelt speech confessing his love for Rihanna, and gets the girl. Chris Brown gets arrested on gun chargers, again. Always be the Drake people, always be the Drake.
