Not only were we pleased when we were invited to attend the Barrus fashion show last week, but we were even more ecstatic when we ran into Victoria Baker-Harber and Mark Francis Vandelli from Made In Chelsea after the show!
After chatting for a few minutes we decided to officially interview them and finding out what they loved about the amazing show.
Shopcade: What did you guys think about the show?
Victoria: I really like the fact that the designers went all out with colours, it was light and quite feminine. And I loved the sort of flamingo hemlines, which was very flowy and lovely.
Mark Francis: Yes and the dégradé was very interesting as well, bringing another additional feeling to the collection.
Shopcade: Did you see a particular trend that you would wear?
Victoria: Yes definitely the ruffles, which I have seen a lot in this week’s fashion week. They are classic but edgy at the same time whilst still being girly.
Mark Francis: The spanish influence of the collection really drawn me and it corresponds well with my personally style as well.
Shopcade: Let’s talk colour now! We saw a lot of different tones and colour scheme in this show, which one did you like the most?
Victoria: I’m a fan of the pinks and blues, they were definitely a strong aspect of the collection. I really enjoyed the whole salmon and fuchsia combination, which I will definitely wear myself.
Mark Francis: Yes the blue was exquisite! There was a very Yves Klein saturated blue feel to the show. The intensity of the colour, I thought was brilliant and an unexpected twist to the collection.
Shopcade: Perfect, Thank your time and enjoy your next shows!
And so we left the pair in the complete chaos of fashion week. Needless to say they looked fab as always!
