Book Was Better, The Babydoll
$14.99 $9.99
Book Was Better, The Babydoll
Our customers are thorough. Y'all are the sorts of people who will read the book, see the movie, and heatedly debate the merits of the two against each other. And, let's be honest, words rock. The book generally wins. Your own personal imagination trumps Michael Bay's any day. (Also, it generally involves fewer gratuitous explosions.) Using our highly scientific method of Google search results returned, we are relieved to see that the Internet agrees with us. We were a little concerned at first: search terms: movie was better = 2,210,000,000 results search terms: book was better = 2,040,000,000 results Oh wait. We're probably picking up references like "this movie was better than the last one." Let's refine that a little. search terms: "movie was better" + book = 754,000 results search terms: "book was better" + movie = 1,160,000 results That's more like it. We mentioned this was highly scientific, right? And by that we mean we used a Bunsen burner. Because it was there. This shirt is graced with the simple statement "The book was better." White ink on a black, babydoll (fitted) shirt.

Ladies' Hooded Pullover Tee with Thumb Cuffs
$39.99 $19.99
Ladies' Hooded Pullover Tee with Thumb Cuffs
We carried AbbyShot's Kingdom Hearts Hoodie for three years, and there were a couple things we loved about it. 1) It had that voluminous Organization XIII hood. 2) It introduced us to the concept of the thumb hole cut into the sleeve. That feature is called various things various places: thumbholes (with or without the space), thumb openings, thumb loops, and runner's thumb (which sounds like a type of cramp to us). We like thumb cuffs, despite (or possibly because of) the fact that they sound a bit Houdiniesque. If you haven't experienced them yet, let us tell you: you will love them. You may find yourself DIYing them into your favorite shirts, but when you get a shirt that comes with them, they're reinforced. So the construction's better, plus it keeps you from taking the scissors to your favorite shirt. As a result of y'all's requests, we've added black to the original charcoal grey, both of which have a sort of post-apocalyptic cyberpunk feel. Both are lightweight, perfect for layering, plus you don't have to worry about your wrists getting cold in that urban wasteland environment. This is a triblend fabric: 50% polyester / 37 1/2% combed and ringspun cotton / 12 1/2% rayon. It's pullover style, designed to fit snugly, and has bit of stretch to it to help you achieve that look. 4.0 oz. fabric is perfect for layering. The fabric has wicking and anti-microbial properties. Exposed tonal stitching and hood. Sleeves are super long; the cuffs alone are over 5 inches. Note: Please reference the table below to choose your size.
