Made in China Seasoning the Smoker Prior to use, fill drip bowl 1/2-full of water (for longer smoking periods, the drip bowl will require changing the water every 2-3 hours) Load feeder tube with minimum of 5 bisquettes (each bisquette burns for approximately 20 minutes) Open damper at the top of tower and plug in unit Turn on the smoke generator by pressing the Generator On/Off switch Pre-heat bisquette burner for 20 minutes Press bisquette advance button until bisquette is on the bisquette burner and wait 20-30 minutes. Weight: 57 lb. Use and Care Only use the Rosle grill outdoors in the open in a well-ventilated area. To protect the food and grill, temperatures should not exceed 626 F/300 C. Grill parts may warp at higher temperatures. Always wear protective grill gloves or barbecue mitts when grilling or adjusting the vents, as well as using a chimney starter. After cooking, extinguish the coals by closing the vents and placing the lid on the bowl. Wait until the charcoal kettle grill has cooled completely before cleaning or moving it. Thoroughly clean the grill regularly by removing the cooking and charcoal grates. Dispose of the ash from the bowl and the ash catcher. Clean the grill with a mild cleaning detergent and water.
