Dexter Board Game
If you've ever wanted to be a serial killer, we have some news for you. One, it's illegal. Two, it's pretty morally wrong, so you'd better get that idea out of your head. We recommend a good, violent video game where you can double-tap a bunch of zombies and save humanity. But if you're a fan of Dexter, we have another option: this board game. Travel the streets of Miami as Dexter, hunting down a suspect that's slipped through the cracks of the justice system. Collect your tools, murder the suspect, and head to the marina to get rid of the evidence to win the game. But it's not that easy! While doing all of this, you have to keep your nose clean at your day job and stay a step ahead of your opponents, who are itching to out you for the murderer you are. Dangerous Alphabet Book
Two children, treasure map in hand, and their pet gazelle sneak past their father, out of their house, and into a world beneath the city, where monsters and pirates roam. Will they find the treasure? Will they make it out alive? If you're tired of sappy, sweet, hokey alphabet books, Neil Gaiman and Gris Grimly have a treat for you. In the Dangerous Alphabet Book, two Victorian children and their wide-eyed pet gazelle slip away from their house and go into the underworld in search of treasure. When the sister gets kidnapped, her brother braves a labyrinth full of pirates, monsters, trolls, and other creatures to rescue her. Beautiful gothic illustrations in sepia tones and faded color washes fill this book, which is a must-have for Gaiman fans, or any wee geeks who love a scary story.
