The L.G.R. x oki-ni Limited Edition Maputo Sunglasses for spring/summer ’12, seen here in brown. We are proud to present this exclusive and limited edition collaboration with Italian sunglass masters, L.G.R. L.G.R. combine an aura of 1960s Italian elegance with exceptional production techniques to create some of the finest sunglasses currently available. This, their Maputo style, has been put back into production exclusively for us. The limited run of 40 pairs is a true rarity and we are delighted to present them to you. Handmade in Italy, the frame is made from 8mm cellulose acetate that is split between rich brown and a transparent. L.G.R. hand polish each frame to give it an unparalleled finish, while strong hinges provide both a comfortable fit and durability. A finishing touch is added by the L.G.R. and oki-ni logos, which feature on the inside of each arms in gold, as does the number of each individual piece. The Maputo is fitted with Barberini anti-reflect lenses, which offer 100% UV and infra- red protection. Tempered mineral glass offers excellent clarity and is also scratch and impact resistant, due to a chemical hardening process that makes use of acid salts and liquid hydrogen.The Maputo comes with a hard L.G.R. case and a cleaning cloth, both of which sport oki-ni and L.G.R. branding.

The L.G.R Tangeri Sunglasses, seen here in black. Inspired by a box of vintage sunglasses unearthed on a trip to Africa, L.G.R. sunglasses are the result of one man’s desire to create sunglasses that could match the authenticity and style of those vintage archetypes. Handmade and hand-polished, the classically-styled frame is fitted with tinted Barberini lenses finished with an anti-reflective mineral glass tempered lens, which are both incredibly scratch resistant and offer 100% UV and IR protection. The frame is similarly durable, being made from celluloid acetate, which can be bent to adapt shape without breaking. It also features intern-flex hindges, which allow the arm to extend beyond 90 degrees, for comfort.Each pair of L.G.R. sunglasses is handmade in Italy.

Handmade in Italy, the frame is made from 8mm cellulose acetate in black. L.G.R. hand polish each frame to give it an unparalleled finish, while strong hinges provide both a comfortable fit and durability. The L.G.R. and A.P.C. logos feature on the inside of the arms in gold, as does the number of each individual piece. The sunglasses are fitted with Barberini anti-reflect G15 lenses in green, which offer 100% UV and infra-red protection. The MYKITA x Bernhard Willhelm Philippe Sunglasses for autumn/winter ’11, seen here in grey. Continuing the ever-popular and innovative collaboration between MYKITA and Bernhard Willhelm, this pair of oversized sunglasses features a rounded bloated frame in matte grey, inspired by the art of Erwin Wurm. The shape and style of diving masks was also incorporated in the design, which is finish with polarised mirror lenses. Hand-assembled in the MYKITA factory in Berlin, this pair of sunglasses are fitted with plastic lenses that block all harmful wavelengths of light below 380nm (UVA and UVB). Toughness is added by break-resistant coating on the inside on the lens, plus they are polarized for anti-glare. Finally, the arms of the sunglasses are also made from a thermoplastic, meaning heat causes them to slightly change shape and mould to your face, for a better fit. The sunglasses come with a large, velvet-covered case.
