The award-winning museum tracks the history of the club from humble beginnings in 1878, showcasing the silverware collected along the way, along with the key administrators, managers and players who have helped to create the legend. The most recent museum exhibit 'An Audience with Sir Alex' is a state-of the-art 3D hologram of the former manager discussing his illustrious career at the club. You'll get to sit in the heights of the Sir Alex Ferguson Stand, check out your favourite player's peg in the dressing room and try the dug out. Finally, experience what it feels like to emerge from the players' tunnel! Availability: Seven days a week throughout the year (excluding match days and the 18 May - 10 June when important pre-season maintenance takes place). Introduction to Wakeboarding for Two in Buckinghamshire
Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire:: A cross between water-skiing, snowboarding and surfing, wakeboarding is perfect for the any aquatic thrill seeker. In fact with a fast learning curb, wakeboarding has emerged as fastest growing watersport in the country. After a full safety briefing, you'll have a chance to hit the water and put theory into practice on the cable ski. In order to get to grips with the basics of balance and manoeuvring, your session will start with on a knee board, before you progress to a fully-fledged wake board and continue learning. Have fun! Availability: One or two weekend dates each month between April to October. Weather: Very severe weather conditions might mean that wakeboarding is cancelled. Please call the venue if in any doubt. Duration: Lasts for approximately two hours, including a briefing (please arrive a few minutes in advance of the booked time to get ready). Feel free to stay on afterwards and watch other sessions taking place. Numbers On Day: Up to 20 people takie part and the centre is open to the public. Spectators: Spectators are welcome and can watch you (and laugh!) from the outdoor cafe, which sells food and drink. Dress Code: Special clothing and equipment will be provided on the day. However, please bring your own swimsuit and towels. Guidelines: Exit the M1 at j14 and head west towards Milton Keynes on the A509. 400 metres on, go over the first roundabout (third exit) keeping on the A509 and drive over the next roundabout (second exit) still on the A509 (with the lake on your left). At the next roundabout (near Siemens) turn left onto V10 Brickhill Street and at the next small roundabout turn left into the car park. Restrictions: Minimum age 8. Maximum weight 19 stone. Must be able to swim 50 metres comfortably. Please make any medical conditions known upon booking, e.g. back or neck problems, or MS, which can affect grip. Not suitable for pregnant women. Introduction to Clay Shooting for Two
Riseley, Bedfordshire:: With a fully loaded shotgun pulled tight to your shoulder, the wafting smell of gunpowder in the air and the clay in your sights, you and a friend will learn the basics of shooting with a fully qualified instructor. At one of the largest shooting clubs in the country you will receive private instruction and a large number of shots in your combined time slot. Within minutes even the most modest beginner will be picking off clays left, right and centre with the precision of a sharp shooter. Tea and coffee is provided on the day, and there are full restaurant facilities in the clubhouse where you can enjoy a full meal or a refreshing pint (after the action of course!) payable on the day. Happy hunting! Availability: Operates every day of the week including bank holidays. Closed Christmas, Boxing and New Year's Days. Weather: This experience will run in almost any weather conditions. Please call ahead if you have any concerns on the day. Duration: Your experience lasts for 30 minutes, but please allow an additional fifteen minutes for gun fitting and briefing. You are welcome to stay on-site for the remainder of the day. Numbers On Day: There will be others shooting at the venue on the same day. Spectators: There are safe areas for spectators who are also welcome to frequent the clubhouse and adjoining patio. Pets are not permitted on-site for safety reasons. Dress Code: Please dress with the vagaries of the British weather in mind for this outdoor experience. We recommend warm layers in which you can move freely. Guidelines: Exit the M1 at junction 13 and take the A421 towards Bedford, then join the A6 (Bedford). Follow this road right through the town centre and follow signs to Kettering. Riseley Road is a right hand turn approximately six miles outside of the town centre. Once on Riseley Road, turn left onto Knotting Lane and another left into the shooting ground. Restrictions: Minimum age is 12. Anyone 16 or under must be accompanied by a spectating adult. As the venue has wheelchair access, disabled participants are welcome (please advise details at the point of booking). Other Info: This shooting club is a member of the BASC (British Association for Shooting and Conservation) and the CPSA (Clay Pigeon Shooting Association) which grades the venue as premier plus.

Family Tour of Twickenham Stadium
Twickenham, Middlesex:: A guide will take you on a tour of Twickenham, capacity 82,000, including the England team dressing room, the Royal Box, the players' tunnel and even the hallowed turf from the pitchside. Also visit the interactive World Rugby Museum, which houses the most extensive collection of rugby memorabilia in the world and receive a ten per cent discount voucher to use in the rugby store at the end of the tour. Home to the RFU headquarter offices, the now iconic stadium's first rugby match took place on 2 October 1909 between first tenants Harlequins and Richmond. 15 January 1910 saw Twickenham's first international with England taking on Wales (commemorated during RBS Six Nations on 6th February 2010 when England faced Wales). Availability: The tour takes place on most days apart from Mondays and match days. Weather: Duration: Your experience lasts for around 90 minutes. The tour will start in The Rugby Store and finish in the museum. Numbers On Day: There will be up to 30 people on the tour. Spectators: Dress Code: Dress code is casual. It's a walking tour (including some steps) and some sections are outdoors, so wear comfy shoes and bring a brolly if it's a wet day. Beginner's Introduction to Golf
Golf isn't a sport that a beginner should best try without any coaching first, so head to a Marriott Golf Academy for the perfect introduction. Start off with a coffee before going to the academy or the driving range and spend the first hour on the basics of what is called the long game (long refers to the length of the shot, not the length of the game), including how to swing the club and strike the ball. During the second hour, learn some of the basics of the short game, including chipping and putting. A ten pound voucher towards lunch at the Marriott restaurant is included, along with a copy of the specially-produced 'Learn to Play Golf' programme.
