Of all the special events in your life, this is probably the one where you’ll want to look and feel your best so we’ve put together a guide to help you. The pre-wedding skincare guide… 


For your face 

Kick things off by establishing a routine. Start with a deep cleanse that meticulously cleans and helps soften, liquefy and wash away dirt and debris. Then it's time for exfoliation to remove dead skin cells from your face and start work on smooth, fresh skin. For a professional exfoliation treatment, try microdermabrasion or use gentle exfoliating scrubs, peels and acid exfoliators at home. So you have just signed up for many workout classes that are located at a convenient distance from your flat or office. Thankfully, workouts have evolved into a fun experience far from the tedious repetition of the coventional gym. From a zumba class, to ballet and barrecore, HIIT training or Hot Yoga, there's definitely a class for you. 


If you're making the effort to join your nearest gym or dance class you may as well look stylish while breaking a sweat. After figuring out your special athletic gear, including your sports bra leggings and trainers it's time for gym bag research. In this case, you will want to invest in a bag that is both chic and practical. Focus on styles with different compartments for shoes, makeup kit, fresh change of clothes and valuables. Multiple straps are also great if you want to carry your bag on your shoulder or by hand. Providing the right accoutrement for each workout can have a significant impact to our experience from a sartorial and practical perspective. Scroll down below and equip yourself only with the right stuff. 


SOUL CYCLE 

When it comes to a physically demanding class like soul cycle it’s important to opt for breathable separates. For example a quality sports bra paired with matching leggings can relieve some of the burden of excessive sweating. For socks, try sweat absorbing material which will motivate you to finish the class minus any unwelcome distractions. After the workout, wear a hoodie to allow the muscles to cool down gradually. 

MARATHON GIRL 

More than any other athletic leisure activity, running requires some deal of wardrobe preparation. As with any other outdoor workout you need to equip with an all-weather zip up that you can don over your tank top. Try a technical long-sleeve top that can easily be removed during cool down. For leggings, choose a pair with compression past the ankles for a speed run or a longer marathon. 

HOT YOGA 

In a class like hot yoga you know you’re going to sweat a ton so it’s important to wear breathable clothing like soul cycle but also loose enough that will allow you to strengthen, and unwind. Start with a tank and leggings and throw on a loose t-shirt on top that you can take off when it starts to get too hot for comfort. 

DANCE CLASS

For example a leotard with built-in support and the sense of freedom to move as you please. For bottoms a pair of leggings, ballerina tights and sweats will do the trick. I want to recommend you or your boyfriend some running trousers for him workout. The comfort and practicality are very important things. You have to choose something that is comfortable. As we welcome 2018, we tend to make plans about the goals we want to achieve in the new year. It's time to be more organised, more productive and less burnout. Which is why we have compiled a list of the best productivity hacks you can employ straight away. 


Get on the App Game 

If you want a quick productivity boost you can start by downloading a few apps. From todoist, calendly, and task rabbit you can track habits, make notes, set up reminders and track your progress!

Follow the 10 x 5 *2 Rule 

This is not a complicated Mathematical formula you need to solve. The (10+2)*5 simply means 10 minutes work + 2 minutes break multiplied by 5, completing 1 hour. Set a timetable Purchase a notebook and start making a strict schedule not allowing time for social media, turn off all email notifications and set time for a break too. 

Do a ten-minute workout 

Try an easy short workout in the morning. Exercise releases "endorphin" a happy hormone that can make you feel more relaxed and prone to focus.
