Nike cortez shoes are one of my favourite sneakers this year. As a devoted lover of Adidas Original sneakers, at first I felt a bit bad about wearing Nike sneakers. But I couldn’t help it because these sneakers were everywhere this season. Especially the red and blue version of this Classic Nike sneakers, this style was loved and worn multiple times by models and celebrities. Wear them with boyfriend jeans like I did to get the most out of this trend. #nike #nikecortez #cortez #sneakers #trainers #style #trend #fashion #streetstyle

Today airports are places for sweatshirts and trainers, a pair of sunglasses for the celebs. We expect to be queueing, dragging along a suitcase, queuing some more. But back in the seventies flying was an event, an airport a centre of glamour. Above are Sonny Bono and Cher, Cher looking amazing in knee high snakeskin boots and a matching belt, of course even then sunglasses were a must. Most likely they'll hop on a plane, have a cigarette and a glass of bubbles. Image: Elle.com

The ever growing demands of work and life require frequent flyers, frequent train hoppers and definitely a few frequent roadtrippers so it comes as no surprise that this is a gift guide that had to be done. The jetset troupe is no longer an elite few of wealthy groups setting off to Barbados at the drop of a hat, it's dare I say all of us? So it's about time we got the perfect attire for it. You'll want to start with luggage.

A cute, compact carry on with a matching suitcase or two, a cool laptop sleeve, eye mask, sunglasses and comfy wardrobe choices. Opt for a loosely fitted pair of trousers or a skirt, ankle boots or trainers and a big saul scarf can go a long way when you're looking to protect yourself from air conditioning but also create a cosy nook for a quick on board shut eye.

It's quite amazing that a trend which quite evocately carries the name 'ugly' in its description can have such an amazing popularity amongst the fashion pack. True, the admittedly ugly trainer is back with a vengeance staught from the guts of any self-respecting 80's movie. From the Breakfast Club to E.T and Back to the Future you must have caught a tv glimpse of that unmistakable chunky big trainer usually a bit worn out, sometimes with bold colourful leashes and in grey tones.

This time, the big difference is that in complete juxtaposition to its normally ugly demeanor, it's being styled with historically proclaimed 'girly' paraphernalia. From puffer skirts, romantic dresses, to your usual everyday business suit and skirt. All the major fashion influencers from Mariannα The Moss to Leandra Medine, Marianne Theodorsen and Pandora Sykes are sporting the trend with unexpected items like luxe vinyl trench coats or smart casual attire.

Invest now in a pair of 'ugly' trainers and immediately amp up your style without changing a thing in your normal wardrobe! Check out our gallery for more inspiration and shop your favourite styles from our exclusive edit below!

The weather has shifted and we're officially entering -dare we say it- winter. Which means it's time to invest on a few key items like a light leather jacket, a parka and a going out more sleek coat. Biker jackets are perfect for days out with girlfriends, or a afterwork drinks paired with a skirt and ankle boots - assimilating that rocker chic vibe.

Shearling jackets are quite similar in function - meaning they 're the go-to jacket for Autumn and give out a slightly more classic vibe. You can pair it with anything from leggings and trainers on your way to the gym or with your favourite party dress on a night out. If you're looking for a proper GOC you need something elegant with slim elongating lines that skim the floor. Pick one with a fastened belt to accentuate your waist.

If there's one coat though that is going to stick by you through thick and thin, rain and snow, mud and cold that is the parka. An added faux fur in the hoodie will instantly give it an ultra feminine and chic element adding many points of oomph to a very hardwearing jacket. Practical and stylish is really the best of both worlds.

Budgeting for jackets can be tough so we thought we'd treat you to a little sale! From luxe shearling coats at M&S to faux fur parkas from Topshop, extra cool biker jackets at Boohoo and elegant long check coats we definitely have something for you.

We don't necessarily associate white detailing and frills with winter which is why we absolutely love this trend: The white statement top has started appearing gradually more often on our feeds and the fashion pack is finding more creative ways to style it. Take model/ actress Emily Ratajkowski for one, who can't get enough of this look.

The beautiful actress pairs the top with high-waisted denim and bold coloured heels following the more chic and classic approach. Other fashion bloggers and editors opt for a more eccentric styling for example by layering it over skinny jeans like Yasmin Sewell and Pandora Sykes or clashing it with statement skirts and kitten heels or white trainers.
