There are many things you may have planned for this bank holiday weekend, but most of them probably didn’t take into consideration the constant rain. Luckily, we have a back up plan for you.

Two words: spring clean. Yep, you read that right. Bank holidays are the perfect opportunity to do it the right way, and with our tips, it’ll be done before you know it.

The first thing you need to do is set a nice atmosphere. Put on some good music and maybe invite a few friends over to help you. If you tell them they can take anything you don’t want, they’ll be sure to show up!

The second thing you need to remember is not to rush. You absolutely shouldn’t take all of your clothes out of your closet at once or you’ll feel discouraged and might just give up. Your spring clean shouldn’t leave your room in a bigger mess than it was in before…

Then take every article in your wardrobe and ask yourself if you’ve worn it in the past year. If you haven’t, then we guarantee you won’t wear it again. Unless the problem is that it’s ripped, in which case you should put it aside and make a point to repair it or bring it to the tailor within two days.

Once you have taken out all the clothes that you know you won’t wear anymore, we suggest making three piles for them: one with the clothes that you can sell, the other with the clothes that you can donate and finally a pile for the clothes that you can throw away.

And… you’re done! See, it’s really not as bad as you remembered it, is it?

We’re becoming increasingly conscious of both our health and the environment, and this has produced a move towards more ethical products, whether it’s for food, clothes or even beauty products.

Because let’s face it, there’s just something about putting organic products on our face that makes us feel cleaner, not to mention leaving us with a better conscience.

But next time you proudly purchase an ‘organic’ face cream or blush, don’t blindly trust the label. In the UK, there are no regulations for qualifying products as organic which means that many companies are labelling their cosmetics as natural or organic without containing the slightest organic ingredient.

Lobbyists are actively fight this, but in the meantime, if you aren’t sure whether you’re buying an organically made product, check its label and look out for Cosmos, NaTrue and NSF-ANSI certified products. They are independent companies that verify the whole process and can be trusted.

And if you don't feel like waste time reading labels, we did the work for you so all you have to do is shop our list of truly organic beauty products below! You’re welcome.

xoxo

And no, we’re not talking about her bold brows, but her head…

After a series of other celebs like Zoe Kravitz, Kristen Stewart and Katy Perry went for unexpected buzz cuts, Cara took it to the next level and went completely bald.

This time though, it’s not a fashion statement, but more of an artistic decision. Cara chose to shave her head for her upcoming role in Life In A Year for which she plays a cancer patient alongside Jaden Smith. And, as we all expected, she pulls it off amazingly…

Whether it’s to keep memories of our trip, update our friends and family or even make our followers jealous, we’re all guilty of posting a little too much on social media when we go on holidays…

And if you’re looking to keep up the posts, we’re about to give you all the most instagrammed holiday spots according to a recent study so you can plan your holidays accordingly.

Unsurprisingly, New York came out first, with Times Square as the most popular landmark, followed by the Empire State Building and the Brooklyn Bridge. There are over 2 posts of the city every minute!!!

What’s more unexpected is that Dubai was second, with a lot of people posting pictures of the Burj Khalifa.

Then comes LA, which we can’t say we’re surprised by, but with no particular landmark this time. We’re guessing people took pictures of the palm trees, their pretty brunches and their shopping bags? And we wouldn’t mind doing the same…

Barcelona came in 4th place, with a lot of photos posted of the Sagrada Familia and other landmarks around the city.

And finally, Tokyo came out in 5th. This one isn’t surprising really, and whether it’s pictures of the famous crossing, the beautiful temples or, most importantly, the food… we can’t wait to add to the already long list of pictures.

Now all you have to do is book your flights!

The London Marathon took place last Sunday and there’s something about it that makes us feel inspired… Could this be the moment we finally take up running?

Whether it’s because your friend who was always last in gym class managed to finish the race, or because your cousin raised over a thousand pounds or even because you heard about the 23 year-old club runner who finished first of all British runners and automatically qualified for the 2017 World Championships, there’s probably a part of you that wishes you had done it as well.

Of course, we don’t expect you to sign up for a marathon immediately, but here are a few tips on how to take up running:

Start with walking. This is mostly to avoid any injuries if your body isn’t used to running. If you start doing too much too soon, chances are you’ll get shin splints or knee injuries and then you’ll have to take a break from running which would kind of defeat the purpose, wouldn’t it? Experts usually recommend starting with a fixed ratio, like running 2min for every 5min walked, so find the one for you and stick to it.

Listen to your body. When you take up running, you should definitely feel some muscle pain, because your body isn’t used to it. But it’s important that you don’t ignore more severe pains and adjust your running accordingly.

Stay hydrated. It might be a good idea to bring a water bottle the first few times you go out on a run because it’s very important to stay hydrated.

Eat more. Your body is going to work harder than usual so you should make sure you increase your food intake. Eat carbohydrates to give your body more energy, and get some protein to help your body recover after the effort.

Get appropriate running gear. Not only will having a nice outfit motivate you to get out there, you will also run better if you have the right clothes. Some accessories are also worth investing in like a running watch if you’re not running outdoors so you can keep track of your pace and the distance you’ve run.

Make a good playlist. There is nothing more motivating than a good song, and with the right playlist you will probably end up surprising yourself.

Find the right route. Unless you’re running on a treadmill, a great part of running is that you can explore the outdoors. Try finding a park nearby so you don’t have to constantly wait at crossings or bump into people, and try switching up your routes to keep it interesting! Now all you need to do is start…

Diesel has just released a cool new collection from a collaboration with Naomi Campbell for Child At Heart, her Fashion For Relief initiative.

The collection is a series of clothes with drawings of hearts and ladybugs printed on them, and the designs have been made by children attending the Diesel HQ kindergarten in Italy. The result is a series of surprisingly cool t-shirts and hoodies that we can’t wait to get our hands on!

This isn’t Diesel’s first social involvement, as it has already collaborated on over 170 initiatives to tackle social issues, but this one is definitely one of favourites!

So get shopping if you’re looking to buy great clothes while raising money for a good cause...
