One trend set to be in everyone's wardrobe this season is denim. I can hear you thinking - denim isn't a new trend, we all have a favourite pair of jeans, just trust me this time it's different. This time you need a lot of denim, way past your fave pair of jeans. Selena is a perfect example of working denim in every kind of way. A personal best, however, has to be the classic double denim. Selena matches shades in her denim jacket and ripped jeans. Paired with a white tee and pumps this is an easy denim look. It makes me think I might be brace enough to brave the double denim his year. Everyone know the sock boot and stiletto are a match made in heaven. We all need a black pair and definitely a white pair to be on trend this spring. But you know there's no harm in having a third pair, right? And obviously it has to be one that stands out. Well this floral boot certainly does just that. This boots cries tonne paired with a simple all black outfit or some ripped blue jeans and a white tee for a lighter spring look. I've seen so many fun sock boots from designer catwalks to the high street and they really have the power to change an outfit. Image: Courtesy/Vogue.com

After appearing on the catwalks of the last winter season, tights became a crucial piece in the street style looks. Before, tights were a more sensual item, and now you can use it with your ripped jeans. Credits: Pinterest

Just yesterday we commented on the vast resurgence of the trainer being elevated to haute couture status. Actually, the simplest trainer paired with couture looks absolutely mesmerizing. Just ask any of its devotees like Street Style Influencer of the Year Veronika Heilbrunner or Fashion Director Lisa Aiken. But there's one fashion influencer that is absolutely dedicated to her trainers so much so that she didn't wear much else during Paris Couture Fashion Week. We're talking about model Kaia Gerber and her affinity to a pair of black high top Converse. Almost all of her off-duty looks comprised of styling variations of the trainers.

For a naughties throwback look, she paired a tomato red zipper sweater with ripped jeans and finished the look with a bright violet lipstick.

On the second say she appeared in a beautiful checked coat that she styled with a black hoodie, black vinyl leggings a small cross body bag, and a  pair of rose coloured tiny frame sunnies.

For her third off-duty look she opted for a pair blue checked trousers a zipped black hoodie, white tee and her fave black high top Converse Chuck Taylor's.

As I’ve said multiple or probably thousand times, this year everything is oversized! Our current mainstream is oversized fashion. We’ve moved from oversized sweaters to oversized blazers for 2018. Either belt your blazer or wear it free over a logo t-shirt to nail this trend. Perfect with your boyfriend or ripped jeans, oversized blazers are the new classic to suit jackets. Love and embrace this style because you will be seeing it everywhere you go! #style #streetstyle #blazers #fashion #oversized #streetwear

Who said that you had to leave the denim items in your wardrobe only for casual occasions? Just like the early naughties, the party jeans are gaining back their reputation as capable LBD alternatives. Emily Ratajkowski certainly thinks so. She sported a pair of straight legged denim jeans with ripped hems with an ethereal silky embroidered kimono by The Kooples to add a bit of glam to the outfit.

She wanted to add a bit more definition and sparkle to her evening look so she placed a pearl and crystal belt around her waist. She put her hair in a half - up Bardot-esque do for the ultimate effortless sexy result. She finished off the look with a pair of black heeled sandals and a leopard print bag.

For a more comprehensive evening look go for a sequinned black top, and pair it with a belt over the knee black boots and a bright coloured tote bag.

Let the top speak for itself and go for a statement off the shoulder ruffled top and pair it with mules and a cute leather clutch.

Channel your inner Victorian vibe and go for the appropriate volume sleeved shirt, soft leather mules and an embroidered drawstring bag. Ready to sport your denim this weekend?

Fashion can’t get enough of throwing back to the 70s! Well now one of the biggest trend is glam rock. Clashing the disco of the 70s and the punk rock of the 80s, fashion is taking us on a time travel. Who says you can’t wear sparkle and sequin with grunge boots? Or sequins with ripped jeans and sneakers? Well it’s the time we’ve all been waiting for! You don’t need to hide the glamour behind your closets, now you can take them on to streets because street style is embracing glam rock! #glam #rock #glamrock #streetstyle #seventies #eighties #throwback #trend #style

It's become more of a trend than ever now. People aren't just settling for ripped jeans anymore; it's about adding the fish nets too! I've got to agree it is a pretty good look and I'm definitely looking to try it out. #rippedjeans #fishnets Photo: sophierimmerr

There are many things you may have planned for this bank holiday weekend, but most of them probably didn’t take into consideration the constant rain. Luckily, we have a back up plan for you.

Two words: spring clean. Yep, you read that right. Bank holidays are the perfect opportunity to do it the right way, and with our tips, it’ll be done before you know it.

The first thing you need to do is set a nice atmosphere. Put on some good music and maybe invite a few friends over to help you. If you tell them they can take anything you don’t want, they’ll be sure to show up!

The second thing you need to remember is not to rush. You absolutely shouldn’t take all of your clothes out of your closet at once or you’ll feel discouraged and might just give up. Your spring clean shouldn’t leave your room in a bigger mess than it was in before…

Then take every article in your wardrobe and ask yourself if you’ve worn it in the past year. If you haven’t, then we guarantee you won’t wear it again. Unless the problem is that it’s ripped, in which case you should put it aside and make a point to repair it or bring it to the tailor within two days.

Once you have taken out all the clothes that you know you won’t wear anymore, we suggest making three piles for them: one with the clothes that you can sell, the other with the clothes that you can donate and finally a pile for the clothes that you can throw away.

And… you’re done! See, it’s really not as bad as you remembered it, is it?
