It was inevitable that a season overwhelmingly dressed in glitter, from sparkly make-up, crystal embellishment, chandelier earrings glitter heels, and shimmery stripes pyjamas, was meant to evoke a reaction in our social media. Enter KiraKira+ an app (filter) that adds extra glimmer to everything from stone decorated manicures to chandeliers and glasses of champagne. Think of an 80's "Dynasty" re-enactment gone deliciously overboard.

As of Tuesday morning, the app ranked third as the most popular paid ad in the Apple App Store for 99p. It's quite surprising considering that the app has been out since 2015 but took off in the last few days. Or not that surprising considering that the trends at the time favoured matte, underrated and ultimately normcore looks - quite a difference for the endless affinity for sparkle that we're experiencing at the moment. It recently received a lot of attention during London Fashion Week after Instagram's head of fashion partnerships Eva Chen, shared a video wearing silver glitter Chanel boots enhanced by the filter. She then strutted down the hallway of a London hotel sporting a sequin pantsuit and added a shimmery rainbow effect to a slip dress at the Asligh SS18 show.

Other KiraKira+ converts include model Rosie Huntington - Whiteley. The app is very easy to use, after downloading it switch the filters by swiping left or right and adjust the intensity of the effect. Kirakira+ can only be used for video not images, and can be easily uploaded to Instagram and Instagram stories.

We've already selected a few bright sparkly items that will boost your mood and your Instagram following!

Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid joined the London Pride parade this weekend in Oxford Circus celebrating the LGBT community.

The girls marched amongst thousands of Londoners who gathered to celebrate 50 years since homosexuality was legalised in the UK.

The famous models and pals held hands and laughed as they sported rainbow cowboy hats, cropped tops and low rise jeans.

Kendall went for an all-white showstopper which included a bandeau top and white boyfriend jeans topped with 90s inspired sunnies and white tennis shoes. As for accessories, she kept it chic with a plethora of dainty gold necklaces in different shades.

While Bella opted for an head-to-toe blue look complete with distressed jeans and grungy black Doc Martens boots.

Flick through our gallery for inspiration and then scroll down to recreate Kendall and Bella's unique summer looks.

The third city to be taken over by Fashion Week is Milan.

The city clearly showcased many of the trends present in New York’s vanguardist and London’s eccentric Street Styles, but with just a little extra touch of sophistication so typical of Italian style.

For the recurring styles we're talking Slogan Tees (yes, again!), Japanese prints and a lot of pink!

But we also spotted a few additional popular trends such as rainbow prints, athleisure (mixing up athletic pieces with very elegant ones), fish net socks (a great way to use fish nets without going for bare legs) and the extraordinary presence of the Alberta Ferretti cult knit with weekdays written on it.

Click through the Gallery to see the best Street Style looks and then scroll down to shop our selection of the MFW’s must-have trends.

Ça nous fait un peu penser à Jacobs by Marc Jacobs for Marc by Marc Jacobs.

On comprend.
