#18181f">If you’re thinking of going for the bold hair colour look follow these simple steps for long lasting beautiful hair:

- Good color starts with healthy hair. So make sure you use a keratin protecting shampoo, a nourishing mask and if you have dark hair make sure you go lighter gradually or you might seriously damage your hair.

- Avoid shampoos with sulphates and styling products containing alcohol

- Use a good quality hair dye, like the ones listed below.

- After you apply the hair dye make sure to rinse with cool water, for more long-lasting results. - Mix some colour in your hair conditioning - so that you can sneakily add a bit of colour every time you condition.

- Avoid heat styling. In general.

- Avoid prolonged sun exposure, and swimming pools straight after bleaching your hair. The result can be very unpredictable and also damage your hair quality.

CALVIN KLEIN's new collection has arrived, and now with Raf Simons at the helm, be prepared to invest in some iconic pieces from the legendary 1990s designers. Only a few days ago, we saw American beauty Kaia Gerber walking the Calvin SS18 catwalk in New York, and coincidentally the CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC first pieces have landed on ShopcadeWhen Raf Simons took over CALVIN KLEIN for Fall 2017, he was commended by the fashion scene.

The show garnered a star-studded front row including A$AP Rocky, Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwyneth Paltrow and Sofia Coppola. With a cinematic feel to the collection, David Bowie's lyrics “This is not America” opened the first show, and models graced the runway in Western shirts, cowboy boots, and Quaker-style oversized parkas. The Bowie lyrics from the show have been used to inspire SSENSE’s editorial shoot for the brand. The “wet” Editorial, shot and styled by Ana and Dank Steiner, also explains that the designer’s debut collection “does not ask to be defined. It is an alloy of work-wear, decadence, and functionality.

”The critically acclaimed Belgian designer has reinvented the all-American label and reinterpreted it to the modern America we know today, getting to the heart of the brand’s DNA. The new ready-to-wear line celebrates the diversity of America, cohabiting cross cultures, and reflects the environments and the coming together of different characters and cultures. Renamed CALVIN KLEIN 05W39NYC, the clothes stick to the original CALVIN KLEIN aesthetic, are simple and minimal, with classic underwear and denim.

Raf Simons mixes workwear with tailoring, western wear, and marching band uniforms, forming a parade and cross-section of America’s uniqueness. Innovative pieces include coats with plastic coated protection and varsity rib-knit sleeves severed from their sweaters. Following SSENSE’s editorial, the Canadian retailer has launched a capsule collection of CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC pieces including purple knit sleeves, a grey & pink cropped colour block sweater, and a cool black leather biker jacket

London Fashion Week is here and soon our eyes will be on the Parisian sidewalks. For this week, the fashion pack made a splash on the catwalk the front row and most importantly the streets were the conversation is quite different but equally sartorially sumptuous.

From oversized slogan tees to designer trainers the streets of London have never failed to provide us with ample material for style inspiration for the season ahead. This time around it was no different. We got a glimpse of anything and everything from heel height, to hairstyle trends, bag trends (yes we're seeing the GAIA ARK bag everywhere, and styling concepts such as teaming slogan tees and hoodies with vinyl or tulle skirts.

The vibrant colors were also making a splash in the streets of London as they did in NYC: orange, shocking pink, marigold, tomato red and mustard yellow. But we also spotted girls in tulle dresses and detailing or embellishments by Molly Goddard and Simone Rocha. There was another trend for bold, completely out there and blatant red. Yes, a full-on head-to-toe red outfit is going strong this season.

Finally, the check blazer and working girl outfit circa late 80's complete with geek cheek glasses and chandelier earrings were all the rage. And since we're talking about accessories, JW Anderson cross-body bags, Dior kitten heels, and Parisian berets were the best details on the street.

As much as we hate to admit the early 00's era of Paris Hilton in pink Juicy track suits, double denim x2 Justin and Britney, Christina Aguilera's dirty braided locks, oversized hoops and motorcross gear loving songstress Pink are all trending for 2017. Even though some of those trends especially worn in the early 00's period make us cringe slightly, incorporating a few items here with a 2017  approach will work wonders for your wardrobe this season!

Read on for the latest throwback staples of the season!

1. Velour Track Suit Ensemble

Before the rise of athleisure the velour tracksuit was a no-fail staple. Combined with an oversized bag, a Starbucks venti Latte and a miniature dog it was the celebrity uniform adorned by most starlets of the time. Many years after it's inevitable demise the velour tracksuit is having a come back. Vetement's collaboration with Juicy Couture for SS17 should have given us a hint. Kanye's YEEZY and Chloe are also adding this naughts staple into their collections. You can probably thank or cringe at Rihanna and Kylie Jenner for putting it back on the Insta Fash pack radar.

2. Trucker Cap

In the heyday of paparazzi and celebrity culture which was the early naughts they had to be accompanied by some much needed streetwear and paparazzi-proof attire. Black sunnies have always been favourable but headgear is also quite integral. For the early 00's that attire included the trucker cap. The ubiquitous accessory for every 20-something celebrity from Pharrell to Ashton Kutcher or Britney Spears. It was Hedi Slimane who resurfaced the the polarizing accessory for Saint Lauren's SS16 show. Nowadays, Gigi Hadid and Kylie and Kendall Jenner have all been spotted with the infamous cap.#2e2e2e">

3. Hot Pink

As fashion recycles every 20 years the early naughts adopted the early 80's trend of pastel pink. When it came to the early naughts Paris Hilton not only brought the flirty colour back but basically built her brand by sporting bold non apologetic fuchia-pink. Around the same time that Legally Blonde premiered by the way. And even though we have been drowning in pastel pink for the past few seasons you can attribute the rise of bold pink to Ballenciaga's SS17 collection. Just wondering when Paris Hilton's come back is due?

4. Motorcross Gear

The rise of early aughties hip-hop is undeniable and it quickly infused the fashion runways too. From Pharell Williams, to Pink, EVE, or Christina Aguilera's Dirrty video and most rappers of the time donning heavy leather tracksuits and jackets usually styled with braided hair and lots of 'bling' or 'bling-bling' if you're truly old - school. Nowadays, labels like Maison Margiela, Alyx Studio, Supreme and of course Rihanna's Fenty x Puma SS18 collection at NYFW are completely in racing-inspired gear mode.

5. Candy Coloured Sunglasses

Colorful sunglasses were everywhere in early 00's and adored by women and men equally. From Sisqo to Justin Timberlake Eve and the Olsen Twins (they've gone a long way we know), all 00's stars were sporting this trend. Nowadays you'll find the likes of Gigi Hadid and her entourage in similar rose coloured glasses.

6. Oversized Hoops

The oversized hoops are a symbol of RnB and Hip Hop music. From Lauren Hill, to Missy Elliot, and EVE it's the accessory that goes hand in hand with a bandana, baseball cap or sleek back pony tail. In the aughts the trend went more mainstream and was adored by many including Victoria Beckham. These days, you can see anyone from Kendall Jenner, to the Hadid sisters or Rihanna rocking those giant gold hoops from designers like Area or minimal ones from Lombardi and Nandi Naya.

7. Fishnets

We're not saying you should go full-on Avril Lavigne and "Hollaback Girl"-era Gwen Stefani, necessarily, but there's definitely something about this pop version of post punk fashion that us bubbling back up all over social media. Usually worn underneath low rise wide legged ripped jeans and peaking from the waist and calves. And of course, the fishnet top is a great way to add some interest under a slip dress—or just over a bandeau bra, for a fun flirty look.

8. Pointy slingback pumps

You can pinpoint this trend to the late 90's who resurfaced the super pointy kitten heel. It was in the early 00's though that the silhouette became more relaxed and transformed into a more elegant and feminine slingback pump with a mid-height lift. Doesn't Sophia Coppola's outfit look truly timeless?

There you have it! The eight 00's trends that are coming back in a major way. Which ones will you be sporting this season? Check out our exclusive edit of all the items that will give you that extra aughts edge!

Emma Stone is back in this year's anticipated film: Battle of The Sexes. Based on a true story and set in 1972, the movie highlights the topical gender pay gap, at a time when the United States Lawn Tennis Association had announced a new prize fund offering eight times less for women.

In the film, 29-year-old King is tired of the gender inequality in a sport where women were so shockingly deemed inferior as a means to justify the wage gap. This fuels her ambition to launch the Women's Tennis Association in order to provide an equal working space for women. This irritates most male players including ex-pro Bobby Riggs, played by Steve Carell, who challenges her to the most proficient test: a match or battle of the sexes which in his mind will prove that women are in fact inferior and thus deserve a lesser pay.

Apart from the women's issues and serious Oscar buzz, the film is filled with exquisite 70s fashion moments! Emma wears some amazing geek chic glasses throughout the film, with 70s flared jeans and a pink shirt. This week, the actress attended the premiere wearing a white Tom Ford dress with chain straps, white heels and a statement gold clutch bag. We've recreated a couple of Emma's looks below!

Battle of the Sexes will be released in the UK on 22 November.

Almost 20 years since Princess Diana's death her undisputed elegance and inimitable sense of style still wow the world. In fact, Kensington Palace has dedicated an exhibition entitled 'Diana: Her Fashion Story', featuring some of her most iconic looks. This extraordinary collection of garments includes Victor Edelstein's unforgettable pink velvet gown, famously worn at the White House when the Princess danced with John Travolta.

The truly fascinating thing about the Princess' style is that even today you'll find it to be quite relevant. Sure, we may have said goodbye to the ginormous shoulder pads of the 80's but mom jeans, polka dot dresses and baseball jackets are very much on trend and are all elements that defined her classic sense of style.
