As we close on yet another brilliant London Fashion Week we round up the most fashionable, jaw dropping and exquisitely chic moments of the past few days. LFW which opened on Friday, has featured more than 100 designers and included high profile shows.

For example, it was the first time Giorgio Armani had staged a catwalk event in London for more than 10 years. The 83-year-old designer said he had chosen London "for its "dynamism, energy and cosmopolitanism".

Donatella Versace showcased her younger range, Versus, which featured plenty of checks, bikinis and cowgirl-themed pieces. It wouldn't be London Fashion Week without a bit of avant garde. Hussein Chalayan's models took to the catwalk in very unusual and surreal headdresses.

As usual, London Fashion week attracted the rich, famous and, of course, beautiful - model Daisy Lowe arrived wearing a blue kimono, accompanied by her much-loved pooch. But it hasn't been glamour all the way. Dozens of anti-fur protestors gathered ahead of shows including Burberry. Speaking of Burberry the check pattern is now back minus the cheesy associations of the early naughts. This was all due to the brilliant styling that infused a new feel to the brand: look out for mismatched earrings. Christopher Bailey also followed in the footsteps of Dior and curated an exhibition in conjunction with the show - opening the brand to a much wider audience.

The show was a vintage Soho inspired extravaganza featuring old school coats, crystal details and wonderful metallics. British supermodel Jourdan Dunn closed Topshop's show in a barely-there chiffon maxi dress complete with the ubiquitous ruffles that have been a theme across the week. You can snap your own party girl look from £39, with the upper echelon reaching £395.

Her real strength though relied on her unexpected styling. The models wore practical flat boots, black brogues or else went barefoot. The models hopped from one platform to the next while doing a series of poses from the peace sign to Eddie Campbell dragging ample amounts of cigarette smoke.

This season the jewelry edit and the earring selection, in particular, has never been more exciting. Designers are offering a wide range of wondrous creations: from revamping everyday objects into masterful treasures, adding glitz and glam on party girl earrings, or even infusing mysticism in vintage looking majestic pieces. This season Céline, Stella McCartney and Michael Kors were only a few of the designers who presented a series of showstoppers.

The main styles that dominated the catwalks were ear cuffs that have successfully made the transition from a basic punk accessory to a jewellery classic as seen at Mulberry, Oscar de la Renta, and Saint-Laurent. Chandelier earrings were another great trend of the season, especially at Céline. The great news is that a statement earring can transform both a cocktail dress and a casual jeans and T-shirt combo.

The largest trend amongst designers were golden hoops in a vast array of colours, designs and embellishments especially at Alexander McQueen, Fendi and Michael Kors. The most impressive trend though was undoubtedly the mismatched route. Picking and mixing a silver hoop with a chunky gold number was especially popular at Marc Jacobs and Maison Margiela. The best thing is that you don't have to pay the hefty price tag to nail this look as any type of earring goes!

Have a look below at our exclusive edit of the earrings you need to own this season!

Its peak festival season, and time to sparkle! A festival is a lawless place where there are absolutely no rules, except one: you must wear glitter or a face tattoo.

Festival makeup should be worn loud and proud and as bold and bright as you like. There are different techniques on the scene. The first, is for the more minimalistic reveller, one colour around the eyes or a few stickers. Another method is stencilling a face tattoo, just be careful to keep it straight! And lastly, layering different sizes and colours for the ultimate effect.

Don’t forget to party without your glitter face on! Find our range of glitter dust and face tattoos below.

Sienna Miller walked into Wimbledon this year in sartorial splendour. Wearing a Ralph Lauren lemon yellow sundress, the star of the recent Young Vic play “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof”, emulated modern elegance.

Sienna steered away from the cliche tennis whites and garden party florals and swapped her chiffon and silks for linen. Linen is strange choice for some, an old fashioned one perhaps. However, contrary to the grandmother's-wardrobe association we once made, linen is on the rise and is a must-have this summer! Matched with the right accessories, it echoes both cool authenticity and summer sophistication.

Do not fear, you don’t have to be Sienna to pull off this casual classic. Lucy Williams, the ultimate style influencer is sporting linen. The eponymous label Three Graces and Paloma Wool as well as queen of e-commerce cool, store “Lisa says Gah” and blogger Song of Style are wearing it.

We are delighted that some key fashion players have designed some beautiful pieces, from palazzo trousers to crop tops and sundresses. There is something for everyone! Buy a linen sundresses or crop top and high wasted skirt and pair with cat eye sunglasses or dramatic tassel earrings. Do wear linen the contemporary way and style it with some cool accessories for a relaxed and laid-back look!

The summer has arrived and the warm temperatures have decidedly settled in. That means the usual Sundays spend lying in bed and watching endless Netflix episodes back to back can give place to funner activities…

And if you’re stuck on what it is exactly that you could be doing after your brunch in the sun, we have a list of unusual but super fun activities to do outdoors!

Take an outdoor yoga class! Yoga in a sweaty studio might not be your thing, but it’s a whole different experience doing downward dogs in a parc at sunset!

Rent a dog for the day and take it for a walk in a neighbourhood you’ve never been to before! You’ll be surprised how many other dog owners you befriend on the way…

Spend the night in a treehouse. This may seem completely unachievable but Airbnb actually has a ton of unusual places up to rent so you can finally live out your childhood dreams!Go for a tandem ride across the countryside with a friend or your significant other!

Watch an old-school film in an outdoor cinema. Whether you go to a drive-in cinema in a field or a to a huge screening on a rooftop in the middle of the city, this is sure to be a lot more fun that watching Netflix in bed…

Go to a market and challenge yourself to buying only foods you’ve never tasted before! You may end up discovering a whole new love for Ethiopian food!

Go to a silent disco cruise at night. Our personal recommendation is going to an organised boat party for a guaranteed fun night out!

Go swimming in a lake. Because it’s so much more enjoyable than spending your time in a pool filled with chlorine and crying children…

Last year, Taylor Swift hosted the star-studded Fourth of July party everyone was talking about as her famous squad reunited in her multi-million dollar mansion in Rhode Island.

Her fashionista pals including Cara Delevingne, Gigi Hadid, and Blake Lively lounged by the pool and enjoyed the fireworks taking full advantage of massive inflatable slides and ping-pong tables… and even though we know we probably won’t get a chance to attend this year’s festivities either, who says we can’t dress up for the occasion anyway?

So no matter what your plans are, you need to make sure your outfit is up to standard, because the 4th of July only comes around once a year.

Luckily, we have all you need to make the night memorable. The only rule you need to stick to is of course to find a way to incorporate some red, white, and blue to show off your patriotic mood, but once you keep that in mind, everything goes.

Start with the essentials and get yourself a swimsuit that’ll get you noticed as you float in the inflatable swans of your swimming pool.

Then, opt for a cute outfit like jean shorts with a gingham shirt for the day, and maybe add a red bandana if you want to spice up your look a little.

Finally, it’s time for the outfit of the night, and if you don’t go over the top for this one then when will you? Go for a red flattering bodycon dress with heels if you’re feeling daring or a more elegant blue jumpsuit if you’re spending the night with family…

Oh, and if that wasn’t enough to convince you, Missguided have an exciting 50% off everything, so now you really have no excuses!

Live from 1st July-4th July midnight. CODE: AMERICANBABE

PS: We dare you to go for the nipple tassel t-shirt if you’re feeling truly wild.
