This season the desert tones of the wild west are everywhere. Muted yellow, dusty rose and warm, glowing tan are dominating our Instagram feeds. These tones evoke a sense of mystery and adventure - think lonesome cowgirls with tumbledown tresses and freckled noses chasing the sun across the dunes.

It’s no wonder Roxy made the romantic outlaw their muse for the summer collection. Their latest swimwear offering blends timeless silhouettes with maverick twists and draws on western staples like oversized button-downs, artisan embroidery and bold earthy hues.

Our favourite pieces for long relaxing days in the sun include the Little Bandits one-piece suit#1155cc"> in berry and blue-toned botanical print, the gorgeous Bohemian Vibes Athletic Tri Bikini Top and matching bikini bottoms. As always, Roxy lead the way with cool-girl aesthetics and functional design. Soft resistant stretch fabrics make the new collection as ideal for sunbathing as it is for water sports and island adventures.

Come sundown, throw a chunky knit over your western-inspired bikini - we love the Livin’ Sunday Cardigan for understated beach babe vibes. If you hurry you can snatch the cardigan and an array of other special finds with an extra 30% OFF as part of the Roxy Memorial Day Sale.

Are you ready to channel your inner outlaw?

Browse our favourite pieces by Roxy in the edit below and ready your summer line-up for the pool, the beach and beyond...

Dakota Johnson belongs to Hollywood royalty but made her own name, starring in Fifty Shades of Grey and later becoming a Gucci muse. Now the actress is set to star in the much-anticipated adaptation of the horror film Suspiria.

She'll be heading up the cast of the 1977 classic alongside Chloe Grace Moretz, Mia Goth and an unrecognizable Tilda Swinton. The Fifty Shades of Grey star is known for her role choices as well as her understated style.

For red carpet she opts for long silhouettes, like the white Proenza Schouler number she rocked at a screening of Call Me By Your Name, in New York. Usually you'll find her in Gucci, whether it's the Met Gala, Fashion Week or the Oscars, where she donned a show-stopping gold gown…

For her off-duty looks you'll find her sporting a simple pair of denim cut-offs with a plain shirt, or slogan tee,  a fedora hat, sunnies and an indie scarf. Her hack for remaining chic at all times is adding designer accessories such as an oversized Gucci tote, a velvet duster coat and Gucci brogues.

The past few years  Alicia Vikander has been going from strength to strength both in her acting roles but in her style evolution as well. Her break out year was 2015 when she released seven films, won an academy award for her role as Gerta in the  Danish Girl and landed her first Vogue cover, too. This Oscar winner obviously knows a thing or two about style. She sports unapologetic vibes in her new movie as Lara Croft in Tomb Raider after gaining six kilos of muscle and donned combat shorts and double revolver's to portray the action heroine.

Apart from her action star wardrobe, her fashion credentials are more aspirational including a gig as a Louis Vuitton spokesmodel. It doesn't hurt that Vikander is graceful and poised due to her rigorous dance training at the Swedish Royal Ballet School. She continues to carry that Scandi chic factor working with stylist Victoria Sekrier taking her through awards seasons, premieres and appearances, striking a balance between fashion innovation and nonchalance. Even though her looks are timeless, Vikander likes to blend muted minimal options with sleek tailoring and neutral colours with a few boho details creating her own unique style (a mix of the Marc Jacobs and Chloe girl).

As a model and muse for Nicholas Ghesquiere's Louis Vuitton, she always looks flawless on the red carpet with diverse outfits from high-necked gowns or strapless finds. Other designer favourites include Gucci, Rodarte, McQueen, and emerging brands like Barbara Casasola. If you want to infuse a bit of her everyday style try a long boho skirt a top denim jacket and mules. For an evening look go for the GANNI lace black dress paired with strappy sandals and a crossbody tiny evening bag.

Alessandro Michele's show last week was a jam-packed show of cyborgs, and odd museum paraphernalia that lingered between style and a futuristic horror film. Gucci AW18 presented a surgeon’s room where models strutted the designs whilst carrying frightening replicas of their own heads, and creepy animals such as snakes, chameleons or baby dragons. However, showgoers took a different approach. They arrived in decidedly more conservative styles influenced by the House's staples: leopard and GG logos.

On Wednesday, the day of the Gucci Fall 2018 runway show, the fashion pack arrived in the newest pieces by Michele. This year it was all about logos and the double G, worn in two-piece suits, or statement hosiery. Logomania, the trend resurfacing from the early naughts, had appeared in many fashion Houses including Loewe and Fendi and the fashion gliteratti of 2018 is more than happy to oblige.

On the other side of the spectrum, the equally scrumptious leopard trend appeared more dynamic than ever. British minimalist Paul Surridge, presented his second collection for Roberto Cavalli on Friday. His muse? Sharon Stone’s character, Catherine Tramell, in Basic Instinct. The end result was a more demure approach on the House’s longstanding affinity for the leopard print that’s ultra glamorous nonetheless. Street style stars went for excess by pairing it in two’s and threes including cosy coats and pencil skirts. They even added velvet items for an extra layer of luxe in deep blue and crimson red.

Try to emulate the quintessential Milanese style by infusing the leopard print and logos. Start by purchasing a classic GG belt and a leopard print jacket paired with jeans and white ankle boots. If you want to try the look head-to-toe, clash your prints or blend different sized leopard prints for maximum effect.

In every Jean Paul Gaultier show, fun and entertainment are a must. As usual in the haute couture shows of the French creator, Coco Rocha, his muse and friend, closed the show. However, this time she did not do it alone, she was accompanied by her daughter, Ioni, how cute is that ?. Credits: Pinterest

Happy Friday! We introduce you to a new instalment at Shopcade. Every week we will present an influencer, content creator or fashion muse that we find inspiring. #222222">This week we sat down with blogger and creator of Hues of White, Santina Harisson to talk about creating a blog in 2017, inspiration, morning routines and how to style denim!

#222222">
#222222">What compelled you to start a blog?

I founded huesofwhite.com in October 2016 as a way to express my love of Art, Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle. You will find chronicles of my daily musings and personal styling on huesofwhite.com. I also want to make people feel beautiful, confident in what they are wearing and inspire my readers through visual content and affordable clothing. My blog for me, represents who I am, a colourful, fun, likes to try anything kind of girl!
#222222">
#222222">What's your relationship with fashion? How did it start and what motivates you to keep at it?

I’ve always admired fashion from a young age and use to really enjoy trying on my mum’s vintage clothing and putting a little of her Chanel red lipstick on and thinking just how much I loved clothes! As I’ve always been interested in fashion and interior, I wanted to create an outlet where I could express my love for this industry. So whilst talking to my friend in PR early last year, the concept of Hues of White came about and I haven’t looked back since!
#222222">
#222222">How would you define your personal style? Do you have any icons people accounts that you follow?

My personal style is always evolving and the older I’m getting the better my decisions! I love to admire street styles and take note from these kind of girls. For me styling is all about working with what you currently have in your wardrobe whilst pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. My icons for inspiration are Lucy Williams, Aimee Song and Alexandra Spencer (she’s created the eclectic brand Realisation Par). Three different styles, three different takes on fashion but they wear things that identify to their personality!

You have an affinity for denim. What makes it special? And what do you look for in a quality denim purchase?

It’s no secret that I am a super huge fan of denim and they form an important piece to my wardrobe - I basically live in them if I’m honest! But what I think makes denim so special is that you can constantly find new ways to wear them. They are super versatile so I can wear the same pair in the day for a casual relaxed look and then completely transform them for an evening look, like these PAIGE jeans I am wearing from TRILOGY store, in London. I genuinely haven’t been able to take them off! The straight cut with raw hem is perfect for the AW17 trend and the quality of these are super sturdy so they don’t lose their fit. Which for me is the most important thing I look for when I purchase any kind of denim.
#222222">
#222222">Can you give us 3 ways to style denim?

To me, denim is the perfect base with which to pair anything that shows a little more or pushes you out of your comfort zone.

Going to work? Pair your jeans with a railroad-striped blazer and a T-shirt. It’s the perfect outfit equation for starting your day off right like I have here in my Paige Jeans from Trilogy Store.

For a casual look, try pairing bold accessories like a red scarf or bag, plus a printed top. It’s a sure fire way to make your jeans feel fresh.

Date Night? Slip on a pair of your statement heels teamed with either your favourite skinny or boyfriend style jeans, a lace top and you’re ready to start the night off right!
#222222">
#222222">What's the biggest misconception about having your own blog?

That it’s the easiest job in the world, because it’s far from that- it requires a lot of creative work and hours!
#222222">
#222222">What's your morning routine like?

Mornings at home are my favourite, and I love that I get to start the day how I want (it’s the only part of the day where I can slow down and enjoy my time!) My morning ritual normally includes playing a little music to get the day started off positively and I love making my own breakfast which tends to be a super bowl of ACAI in some form, mixed with fruit and granola (which my kids love!) whilst sipping a cup or two of coffee! I don’t wear a lot of makeup, and always try to keep it to a minimum but my morning routine is generally made up of tried-and-true look of natural makeup and gently waved hair and prepping my skin with REN’s gentle cleansing gel and supplement moisturising cream. I can’t live without these and pop them along in my bag wherever I go.
#222222">
#222222">What projects are you working on now?

Every time I get approached for a collaboration or get offered a job, I feel like it's a stamp of approval because it means my opinion matters so the products I have been working on mean the world to me. I have just finished working with Trilogy Stores on the perfect pair of Denim Pants for AW17 (here) but I am currently working with DUNE London to show you three ways to wear this season’s hottest boot trend and three ways to dress up sneakers! I am also currently working on something super special with REN and Olivia Rubin. So watch this space!

Chanel's SS17 Couture show at PFW was just held at the Grand Palais, and it was a 1920s inspired spectacle of extravagance and beauty. Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Lily-Rose Depp all walked, and stole the show.

Lily-Depp, Karl Lagerfeld's newest muse accompanied him down the runway at the finale in a ruffled pink piece, looking the spitting image of her mother Vanessa. Kendall wore a heavily embellished flapper-style dress, whilst Bella rocked an edgier number.
