This makeup look on Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is beyond, BEYOND. We all know that she has a stunning face, to say the least, but I just love this work of makeup artist Hung Vanngo. The smoke out wing is a look that he does for most of the clients that work with him, but this looks really suits Rosie's eye shape and I really like how he keeps the lips very balmy and juicy but no glossy.  photo credit: @hungvanngo on twitter  #beauty #makeup #look #mua

We’re becoming increasingly conscious of both our health and the environment, and this has produced a move towards more ethical products, whether it’s for food, clothes or even beauty products.

Because let’s face it, there’s just something about putting organic products on our face that makes us feel cleaner, not to mention leaving us with a better conscience.

But next time you proudly purchase an ‘organic’ face cream or blush, don’t blindly trust the label. In the UK, there are no regulations for qualifying products as organic which means that many companies are labelling their cosmetics as natural or organic without containing the slightest organic ingredient.

Lobbyists are actively fight this, but in the meantime, if you aren’t sure whether you’re buying an organically made product, check its label and look out for Cosmos, NaTrue and NSF-ANSI certified products. They are independent companies that verify the whole process and can be trusted.

And if you don't feel like waste time reading labels, we did the work for you so all you have to do is shop our list of truly organic beauty products below! You’re welcome.

Manny Gutierrez has been one of our go-to beauty gurus for a long time now, and he's finally getting the recognition he deserves!

He has boldly and fiercely paved the way for fellow male makeup artists to get their share of the spotlight, and represents a very niche group in the beauty community.

Maybelline has recently made Manny, along with fellow YouTuber MakeupShayla, the face of their new Big Shot campaign, making him the first male ambassador of the brand. We think this is a HUGE deal, and are so happy for him!

Not only does this move put Manny on the map, it also is a big step forward in incorporating diversity into the beauty world. Congratulations, Manny! We think you're the bomb dot com, and totally deserve this incredible opportunity <3

It adds the volume and character to any simple outfit and it can be worn in multiple ways to create different styles and of course it is super cozy! A recent obsession, actually there are two and I can't decide which one I love more, but it has to be a trench coat and the over the knee boots that are chic essentials to have for that diva take over.

12) Ketan Bhatia, fashion show director & Choreographer (Insta handle: K10BHATIA
