With yet another fashion month behind us we bracefully look into the future and the next season trends. With minimalistic in New York, Milan went bold, while London and Paris kept a balance between glitter mania and minimal fresh makeup. More specifically we've seen everything from simplistic to shimmering, and rhinestone studded makeup.

GLITTER, GLITTER

The most predominant beauty trend that emerged from Fashion month was glitter. Make up artists truly found innovative ways to add a little sparkle to the models skin. Apart from shiny lip balm, glitter eyelids at Stella Jean and Topshop we were mesmerised by the stick-on stones at Givenchy, Jeremy Scott and Dries Van Noten. One thing is for sure: In SS18 we're going to shine!

GLOWING SKIN

As we all know the foundations of a great make up routine is the base, the treatments to offer a youthful clear glowing complexion. And no we're not talking about age here. At Vercace the original supermodels Naomi, Cindy and Claudia showed us how it's done. While Isabel Marant and Bottega Venetta focused on clear skin and Issey Miyake revealed the ultimate youth trick: pinkish primer around cheekbones and the eyes.

LIPS THAT POP

Cherry blossom is the perfect example for the tonal colour on our lips for SS18. Bright and beautiful that was the choice of hue at Max Mara Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana.

BRIGHT EYES

Electro-pop eyes were all the rage at Missoni in orange, pink and aquamarine while at Marni the tendency was absolutely aquatic: blues, greens and deep turquoises. Think Kylie Minogue circa 2001.

CROPED BOB & FRINGES

The cropped bob is here to stay apparently and the accompanying fringes are also trending but not in the severe Anna Wintour fashion but mostly sweeping like Tom Ford. Fendi took it one step further by adding bright hairflips in blue, green and petrol.

CALVIN KLEIN's new collection has arrived, and now with Raf Simons at the helm, be prepared to invest in some iconic pieces from the legendary 1990s designers. Only a few days ago, we saw American beauty Kaia Gerber walking the Calvin SS18 catwalk in New York, and coincidentally the CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC first pieces have landed on ShopcadeWhen Raf Simons took over CALVIN KLEIN for Fall 2017, he was commended by the fashion scene.

The show garnered a star-studded front row including A$AP Rocky, Sarah Jessica Parker, Gwyneth Paltrow and Sofia Coppola. With a cinematic feel to the collection, David Bowie's lyrics “This is not America” opened the first show, and models graced the runway in Western shirts, cowboy boots, and Quaker-style oversized parkas. The Bowie lyrics from the show have been used to inspire SSENSE’s editorial shoot for the brand. The “wet” Editorial, shot and styled by Ana and Dank Steiner, also explains that the designer’s debut collection “does not ask to be defined. It is an alloy of work-wear, decadence, and functionality.

”The critically acclaimed Belgian designer has reinvented the all-American label and reinterpreted it to the modern America we know today, getting to the heart of the brand’s DNA. The new ready-to-wear line celebrates the diversity of America, cohabiting cross cultures, and reflects the environments and the coming together of different characters and cultures. Renamed CALVIN KLEIN 05W39NYC, the clothes stick to the original CALVIN KLEIN aesthetic, are simple and minimal, with classic underwear and denim.

Raf Simons mixes workwear with tailoring, western wear, and marching band uniforms, forming a parade and cross-section of America’s uniqueness. Innovative pieces include coats with plastic coated protection and varsity rib-knit sleeves severed from their sweaters. Following SSENSE’s editorial, the Canadian retailer has launched a capsule collection of CALVIN KLEIN 205W39NYC pieces including purple knit sleeves, a grey & pink cropped colour block sweater, and a cool black leather biker jacket

Available on Shopcade selected below, or see the full collection here.

As much as we hate to admit the early 00's era of Paris Hilton in pink Juicy track suits, double denim x2 Justin and Britney, Christina Aguilera's dirty braided locks, oversized hoops and motorcross gear loving songstress Pink are all trending for 2017. Even though some of those trends especially worn in the early 00's period make us cringe slightly, incorporating a few items here with a 2017  approach will work wonders for your wardrobe this season!

Read on for the latest throwback staples of the season!

1. Velour Track Suit Ensemble

Before the rise of athleisure the velour tracksuit was a no-fail staple. Combined with an oversized bag, a Starbucks venti Latte and a miniature dog it was the celebrity uniform adorned by most starlets of the time. Many years after it's inevitable demise the velour tracksuit is having a come back. Vetement's collaboration with Juicy Couture for SS17 should have given us a hint. Kanye's YEEZY and Chloe are also adding this naughts staple into their collections. You can probably thank or cringe at Rihanna and Kylie Jenner for putting it back on the Insta Fash pack radar.

2. Trucker Cap

In the heyday of paparazzi and celebrity culture which was the early naughts they had to be accompanied by some much needed streetwear and paparazzi-proof attire. Black sunnies have always been favourable but headgear is also quite integral. For the early 00's that attire included the trucker cap. The ubiquitous accessory for every 20-something celebrity from Pharrell to Ashton Kutcher or Britney Spears. It was Hedi Slimane who resurfaced the the polarizing accessory for Saint Lauren's SS16 show. Nowadays, Gigi Hadid and Kylie and Kendall Jenner have all been spotted with the infamous cap.#2e2e2e">

3. Hot Pink

As fashion recycles every 20 years the early naughts adopted the early 80's trend of pastel pink. When it came to the early naughts Paris Hilton not only brought the flirty colour back but basically built her brand by sporting bold non apologetic fuchia-pink. Around the same time that Legally Blonde premiered by the way. And even though we have been drowning in pastel pink for the past few seasons you can attribute the rise of bold pink to Ballenciaga's SS17 collection. Just wondering when Paris Hilton's come back is due?

4. Motorcross Gear

The rise of early aughties hip-hop is undeniable and it quickly infused the fashion runways too. From Pharell Williams, to Pink, EVE, or Christina Aguilera's Dirrty video and most rappers of the time donning heavy leather tracksuits and jackets usually styled with braided hair and lots of 'bling' or 'bling-bling' if you're truly old - school. Nowadays, labels like Maison Margiela, Alyx Studio, Supreme and of course Rihanna's Fenty x Puma SS18 collection at NYFW are completely in racing-inspired gear mode.

5. Candy Coloured Sunglasses

Colorful sunglasses were everywhere in early 00's and adored by women and men equally. From Sisqo to Justin Timberlake Eve and the Olsen Twins (they've gone a long way we know), all 00's stars were sporting this trend. Nowadays you'll find the likes of Gigi Hadid and her entourage in similar rose coloured glasses.

6. Oversized Hoops

The oversized hoops are a symbol of RnB and Hip Hop music. From Lauren Hill, to Missy Elliot, and EVE it's the accessory that goes hand in hand with a bandana, baseball cap or sleek back pony tail. In the aughts the trend went more mainstream and was adored by many including Victoria Beckham. These days, you can see anyone from Kendall Jenner, to the Hadid sisters or Rihanna rocking those giant gold hoops from designers like Area or minimal ones from Lombardi and Nandi Naya.

7. Fishnets

We're not saying you should go full-on Avril Lavigne and "Hollaback Girl"-era Gwen Stefani, necessarily, but there's definitely something about this pop version of post punk fashion that us bubbling back up all over social media. Usually worn underneath low rise wide legged ripped jeans and peaking from the waist and calves. And of course, the fishnet top is a great way to add some interest under a slip dress—or just over a bandeau bra, for a fun flirty look.

8. Pointy slingback pumps

You can pinpoint this trend to the late 90's who resurfaced the super pointy kitten heel. It was in the early 00's though that the silhouette became more relaxed and transformed into a more elegant and feminine slingback pump with a mid-height lift. Doesn't Sophia Coppola's outfit look truly timeless?

There you have it! The eight 00's trends that are coming back in a major way. Which ones will you be sporting this season? Check out our exclusive edit of all the items that will give you that extra aughts edge!

It seems as if since the beginning of time a magic fairy godmother awarded all French women with effortless style and elegance. From 60's Brigitte Bardot to Vanessa Paradis and Jeanne Damas there's no denying that Parisian chic is very specific yet unattainable. But what does that mean for the rest of us? We here at Shopcade have aimed to dissect the authentic French style and follow a few simple rules to nail it this summer.

Beauty & Hair

The first rule of the School of French style is that there simply are no general rules. Developing your individual style is part of the process. This process never fails to involve mineral toning water, eye cream and a great SPF cream. A thorough beauty routine with quality products makes all the difference for French women as they wear minimal make up. "I only wear red lipstick everyday, "said Jeanne Damas in a recent interview for Man Repeller. French girls emphasize on taking care of their skin instead of covering it up with endless layers of make up. They wear little foundation, use hair spray for a sexy out of bed look and have a signature scent!

Show off your Pins

Baring your legs as much as possible like French style blogger Camille Charriére is another Parisian staple. Sport your mini summer dresses, vinyl red skirts, LBDs or uber chic culottes which are basically very cool and elegant ways to nail French chic.

Where Did You Get That Shirt?

All Parisian girls own a great white shirt in their wardrobe as it's ultimately versatile and oh so chic. You can literally pair it with anything that may hang in your wardrobe: from jean bell bottoms to a pencil skirt, a pair of denim shorts, with smart trousers at the office even worn loosely over your swimsuit at the beach. Go for a white crisp shirt fitted or oversized and try a Breton design - another French girl favourite.

Quality outerwear

Even though we're in July we can recognise a quality outerwear item in all seasons. From a boxy blazer, to an elongating raincoat or a simple rock n roll biker jacket the options are endless.. Take cues from French chic and really look which outerwear items will look best with your wardrobe essentials.

Comfy flats

Especially for daytime, comfort is key to the laissez-faire nonchalant Parisian look. So invest in ballet flats, chic sandals, espadrilles and white trainers to elevate your everyday look. They can really romanticise an outfit instantly.

Accessories

When it comes to accessories they should always include a great hat, basket bag, earrings, and a quality watch. Less is definetely more so "Before you leave the house, take a look in the mirror, and take one thing off", as the mother of Parisian chic Coco Chanel used to say.

Style icons

Brigitte Bardot, Jane Birkin, Vanessa Paradis and Clemence Poesy are among many of the greats. For new sources of inspiration, follow Parisian blogger Camille Charrière, Jeanne Damas, Camille Rowe, Lily Rose Depp and Louise Follain on Instagram.

Aside from your charming personality and your widest smile, a killer outfit is arguably the most important thing to bring to a date. And if it's a Valentine's Day date, the stakes are even higher. Your outfit is not only going to boost your confidence, but it'll also have your date's eyes glued to you all night!

If you are facing some trouble finding this perfect outfit, then you have come to the right place. We have put together five foolproof outfit ideas that can suit pretty much any occasion! Whether it's a casual evening or a fancy affair, you just might find something to suit your needs.

1) A romper:
A romper can be easy, low-fuss, and still be high fashion if you need it to be. Opt for a tailored black or white piece for something upscale, or tone it down with prints and sandals for a casual date.

2) A midi skirt:
This skirt can again be made extra glam but with minimal effort. Pair any midi skirt, whether fitted or loose, with a white tank top and some heels. Don't forget a cute little structured bag to amp it up!

3) Jeans and heels:
Denim is something that you can pretty much never go wrong with. Put on your comfiest skinny jeans, and tuck a loose printed blouse or top into it. Pair this with some black pumps and an oversized bag for a casual glam look.

4) Culotte pants:
Culottes are on trend this season, and this look can fit any date vibe. Pair it with a fitted crop top for some contrast, and tie up shoes (both heels and flats work) for some eyecatching goodness.

5) A shirt dress:
For another easygoing yet chic piece, you can put on a shirt dress with a waistbelt to add some shape to your look. Whether paired with sandals and no makeup or a statement lip and strappy heels, you'll have a winner on your hands no matter what.

As opposed to the dark and smoky vibes of nighttime and party makeup, daytime makeup is more subdued. You would ideally want to look fresh faced and awake, and packing on too much product. And of course, in the heat of the Indian sun, you want to use long lasting products which won't melt away over time. We have compiled a list of the daytime makeup tips for you, so you can look amazing with minimal effort!

1) Skincare is the key
Any painting requires a cared for and clean canvas, and the same applies to makeup and your skin. Use a traditional cleanser-toner-moisturizer-sunscreen routine every morning before you put on your makeup for the day, and you'll instantly find your makeup applying more smoothly and evenly.

2) Less is more
It's all about restraint when it comes to day makeup. Instead of a full coverage liquid foundation that might look a little heavy, mix a few drops of foundation or BB cream into your moisturiser for a light and even finish with a healthy glow. Top with a light dusting of powder foundation for extra coverage. If you feel like you still need more coverage, use a skin toned concealer and a detail brush to spot conceal any blemishes or imperfections.

3) Aim for a soft focus glow
If you want a little more glam in your life, then remember to be smart about it. Try and avoid overly glittery products, so you don't catch the sunlight like a disco ball! Instead, opt for creamy products that have a natural sheen, which will blur out your skin and give a healthy glow to it.

4) Blush it up
When you first wake up, your skin can look a little lifeless and drained. So while applying your makeup, don't forget to put on a light light layer of any matte peachy blush. This will bring some colour back to the face, and will help the skin look healthy throughout the day.

5) Brighten the eyes
Add a nude or skin toned liner to the waterlines of your eyes, and pop on some lengthening mascara to make yourself look wide awake and ready to seize the day. For an extra pop of glam, add an eyeshadow with a sheen to the inner corner of the eyes. Your eyes will look wider and brighter, which is exactly what you need!

Priyanka Chopra has taken over Bollywood, Hollywood, and now the world! She was recently appointed a Global Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund), and we are so incredibly happy for her!

She recently shared a few snippets of the ceremony where she was inducted, and is all smiles in the same. The ceremony was part of UNICEF's 70th anniversary celebration, which makes her big day even more special! A few of the other celebrity ambassadors such as David Bekham, Millie Bobby Brown, Orlando Bloom and Jackie Chan were present at the ceremony as well. She was officially inducted by colleagues Bekham and Brown.

PC also shared pictures of the chic outfit she wore to the event, which consisted of a long and flowy navy blue dress, paired with minimal makeup and classic black pumps. We thought that her outfit was the perfect fit for the occasion! Congratulations, desi girl, we can't wait to watch the strides you make at UNICEF! #foreverychild

2) Vidya Balan for Filmfare
This month's Filmfare has a stunning black and white cover, with an equally stunning Vidya Balan as their cover star! Sporting a gorgeous smoky eye and a some killer brows, we are in complete love her high fashion look.

3) Deepika Padukone for Elle
Elle turns 20 this year, and Bollywood A-listers are all in celebration of the it. Deepika Padukone is all kinds of glowing on the celebratory cover, wearing a gorgeous deep red one-shouldered dress paired with some statement earrings and a no-makeup makeup look. Love!

4) Ranveer Singh for Elle Man
Ranveer is giving us some serious Jon Snow vibes on the cover of Elle Man this month, and we're kinda diggin' it. Messy hair, fur-collared coat, grim expression, complete with his signature moustache, his look is sexy af.
