Such a cool look from Binky Felstead! A red tartan shirt dress has been styled with some classic black knee high boots - what a cracking outfit! The baker boy hat is a great trendy addition too. #ootd #binkyfelstead #outfitinspo #fashion #inthestyle Photo Credit: @BinkyFelstead on Twitter

This is a great 90’s inspired look. I love the Bardot style printed top, which gives a nod to modern fashion trends. A baker boy style hat is a fabulous accessory choice too! #ootd #motelrocks #fashion #outfitinspo Photo Credit: @MotelRocks on Twitter

I'm loving this outfit. the denim jacket with the black legging is such a comfy and casual look for every day, but it's the leather boots and the pink hat that gives a cowboy girl vibe to the outfit that it's just so cool. And I also really like how the pink hat blends so beautifully with the colours of the ambients. You guys like hats? Photo Credit: @paigedenim on Twitter #fashion #denim #cowboygirl #paigedenim #hats

Never fear, the Superdry sale is here to get your smart-casual uniform on point. Get up to 50% off the slick outerwear, brilliant basics and more that the British streetwear brand does so well in its own distinctive way. Spotted on everyone from David Beckham and Leonardo DiCaprio to Pippa Middleton and Kristen Stewart, on-trend Americana is very much a part of Superdry’s design DNA, only the hand-drawn graphics are Japanese-inspired and the whole aesthetic is tailored and pulled together in a diverse way. Factor in the premium fabrics, intricate details and the fact some styles are inherently unisex as well, and you have a collection of wardrobe superheroes every season.

It’s obvious that co-founders and creative collaborators Julian Dunkerton and James Holder are always thinking ‘how can we do this differently’ because Superdry continues to innovate and stay ahead of the curve. Don’t be surprised to find body con dresses and contemporary Chelsea boots among the womenswear, while fresh new logos and modern motifs transform otherwise simple tops for men that are worth collecting. Every style is universally appealing but still manages to feel exclusive which is no mean feat.

’Tis the party season after all and Superdry is the ultimate antidote to all the try-hard glamour. The shimmering silver dress is an effortless entrance-maker in its own right, just like a perfectly shaped pair of brown boots. And if you’re still looking for a winning winter hat or last minute Christmas gift, one of the colourful logo beanies will fit the bill.

Check out the collection highlights above and shop your favourites in our must-buy edit below.

Never mind the naysayers- they’re just jealous you’ve got a (expensive?) holiday ahead where you’ll be toning up and getting a tan by default. Ski season lasts up until April approximately and zipping down a mountain is so exhilarating you’ll feel like you’re flying. Once you get over your fear of falling and figure out how to keep your balance on skis or a snowboard of course. Expect a bruised backside if you’re a beginner- padded ski trousers will help cushion the blows.

Standing out of the slopes is essential not only for sartorial reasons but to ensure you can be easily spotted should danger arise. Put on a hat, googles, base layers, a ski coat, ski pants, ski socks, and gloves plus your ski/board boots and you’re set. Go wild with colour and prints should you wish or stick to block colours and chic monochrome. Apres ski style simply calls your normal winter go-tos with added thermal base layers, even warmer knits and snow ready boots.

They say true style lies in the details - and it's usually accessories. It might be a cute oversized scarf, a vintage watch, a pair of leather ankle boots or a faux fur hat that makes all the difference. But this time we're talking about earrings and more specifically: hoop earrings. An accessory celebrated from women completely independent of their personal style and aesthetic, a hoop earring can truly make an outfit.

Go for oversized sleek hoop earrings for an evening look and put your hair in a high bun to show them off! Finish your look with the perfect party dress and high heels!

Opt for small chunkier pieces that look amazing for a smart casual outfIt or business attire. Again if you want to flaunt them, go for a low bun and finish the look with a white button-down that you can wear under an oversized knit, a great pair of suit trousers, kitten heels and a fab briefcase that exudes pure confidence.

My fifth and final trend to watch for 2018 is the beret. Of course, I had to feature a hat. Hats can complete and transform an outfit and I have always thought berets are one of the chicest. They are thought to become one of the biggest accessories trends in 2018. There's a colour and shade for every outfit and now high street stores are embellishing them with pom poms and the like. An ever evolving hat that will never go out of style. Image credit: bit.co

When I think of straw anything I immediately recall summer and beaches. Yet in 2018 straw accessories have no place or time to be worn. Wear a straw bag with your turtleneck outfit. Wear a straw hat with your tea dress in spring. Opt for a straw clutch in your evening wear look. Yep! You guessed it right! Straw is everywhere this season, scratch that… Straw is everywhere this YEAR! We will be carrying around the beach vibes although it is not summer yet! #straw #bags #clutch #summer #beach #trend #streetstyle #fashion

Wearing a warming hat, scarf and gloves come winter is a no brainer so why do we still deliberate over it? Maybe it’s remembering to put them with your coat or in your bag when you leave, or the effort of taking them off and putting them back on again on the tube (no-one wants to be sweaty). And it’s so annoying when you find you’ve lost a glove as that pair is done- you can’t really wear a single hand.

Despite this, the saying ’It’s better to be safe than sorry’ is particularly true when it comes to these winter accessories. With the weather all over the place, although it’s been freezing this week, you’re likely to end up shivering and cursing the cold later on without them. A hat will heat your head and there’s one to suit every size and face shape; while a scarf can double as a comfort blanket if big and wide enough. And you don’t have to take your gloves off to use your touchscreen phone anymore as gloves have been developed to allow that. Choosing a colour the complements your most worn coat is a good tip and, as they tend to be unisex too, you can swap and share yours with your loved ones.

This week Shopcade profiles Giorgina Clavarino, the influencer with the very poignant blog name entitled “Giorgina With an Eye”. The former Business school student talks to us about her dream closet, her collab with the playful Mira Mikati brand as she takes us through her morning routine and the elements that define her eclectic sense of personal style.

What compelled you to start a blog? I’m a hyperactive person, so unless I have 100 things to do I am not satisfied with what I have accomplished at the end of the day. The search for new challenges is what made me start my Fashion blog. In 2014, I was finishing my studies at Cass Business School in London and had lots of spare time, so I decided I would actively fill it up with something I was passionate about. I knew my studies at Cass were important because I’ve always dreamed of starting a business of my own one day. I also missed being more creative and having an outlet where I could just share what I loved, which is what my blog became. I had been following The Sartorialist for quite some time, and I loved how he shared photographs of street style in NY and loved how inspirational it was. I think this is what gave me the inspiration and the courage to test myself by starting a blog of my own, to share what I loved too!
#222222">
#222222">What's your relationship with fashion? How did it start and what motivates you to keep at it? I grew up in Milan, so fashion flows in everyone’s blood there. When you grow up in a city which is one of the world’s fashion capitals, you are indoctrinated with fashion from a young age. This probably explains why I was so into fashion since I was about 5. There is always the expectation to be flawless and up to speed with trends all the time. #222222">I think that the person that influenced my style the most however, has been my mother. She has always been a bit of a hippie, which is why since I was 10 I’ve loved wearing Minnetonka, boot cut jeans and have messy beachy hair. #222222">I remember my mother always used to buy stacks of magazines we would flick through together and rip off everything we loved and then make huge collages that I still have hanging in my bedroom in Milan. This then led to me creating my own scrap books, which I considered to be my own bespoke ‘Vogue’ editions, that my friends loved flicking through. The blog was then the evolution #222222">of the scrap book – a virtual version that I could share with more people. What keeps me going is my love for fashion. I know it sounds cheesy but it’s the truth. The creativity, the work, the influences that go behind the fashion industry, the way that you brand your products, the packaging, how you photograph it, the visions of the designers, the styling of the stylists, all the processes from beginning to end inspire me daily and are what motivates me to turn on my blog for a couple of hours a day and write something personal that made me think, laugh, smile, inspired that I want to share with other people.
#222222">
#222222">How would you define your personal style? Do you have any icons people accounts that you follow? When I moved to London my style changed a lot. I love Italian style, but it’s often too timeless and never too daring. Exactly the opposite of what I am, I always love wearing flamboyant clothes, whether it’s wearing a funky hat, a colourful pair of trousers, glittery shoes, or socks. In London you are more liberal, you can experiment with styles and are constantly influenced by different street styles, which in fact are my major influence. I love what people are wearing in the streets, I look at photographs and often attempt to recreate with my twist on what they are wearing. I love doing lots of stuff myself too, whether #222222">its dissembling an old pair of Levi’s, or sewing things onto jackets, designing my own jewellery. My other influences are Frida Kahlo, because I loved how colourful and exuberant her style was. She wasn’t afraid of being different, or better, of being herself. Jane Birkin, as she taught me how to look effortlessly cool with a simple pair of jeans and blouse. Kate Moss, because she always risked and wore the sickest clothes, from leather pants to colourful coats. And finally, to be more contemporary, #222222">I love ‘The Man Repeller’ and Leandra Medine. It’s an account I closely follow on Instagram, as I love how she combines clothes and never takes herself too seriously.
#222222">
#222222">What do you enjoy most about mixing and matching high street with high-end clothing?Proving that style goes beyond the brands you are wearing.
#222222">
#222222">How did the collab with Mira Mikati come about in Winter Wonderland? What are your favourite items from the latest collection and how would you style them? When I saw the collection I immediately imagined them to be captured in Winter Wonderland. Her clothes are so colourful that I wanted to put them in a fun and #222222">cool environment, that I could camouflage myself in. Every piece of Mira Mikati is very exuberant and colourful, so I would style them as I did on Instagram, with a simple pair of jeans to make the coats and jumpers stand out. I love colours in winter, but you must find a balance, so that the focus goes on the hero piece you are wearing e.g. the faux rainbow coat, or a yellow coat.
#222222">
#222222">Can you give us 3 styling rules that you abide by?
#222222">
#222222">1. Mom jeans

2. A pair of ‘70s converse that will go with almost everything

3. A lipstick that lifts every outfit
#222222">
#222222">Whose closet would you raid if you had the chance? Probably Leandra Medine.
#222222">
#222222">What's the biggest misconception about having your own blog? That it’s easy!
#222222">
#222222">What's your morning routine? I never wear lots of make-up, as I am too lazy and always too late to spend too much time on it. When I wake up though I always wash my face with Clinique Anti-Blemish Solution face wash, then clean my face with Kiehl’s Cucumber Herbal Toner and apply Clinique Anti-Blemish hydrant visage. I then add a very thin layer of Light Wonder by Charlotte Tilbury to give that fresh glow for the day and a bit of waterproof mascara by Eyeko. To finish I spray a bit of Twilly d’Hermes to be perfumed all day. I usually then have breakfast at work, which is either salmon on toast and a cappuccino or bread and Nutella. Life is too short to eat healthy all the time, especially in the mornings!
#222222">
#222222">What projects are you working on now? Big projects are still TBC! So stay tuned to discover more in 2018!
