Self care is cropping up in conversation a lot recently, and while there may be much more to it than pampering yourself, sometimes it’s important to take some much-needed time out to do whatever makes you feel good.

We have it on good authority that the ninties never went out of style. In fact, everyone from Bella Hadid to our favourite fashion bloggers has rocked a classic pair of adidas trainers or an oversized sporty tee with mini frames of late.

My absolute favourite brand of sporty clothes is Nike. I have a lot of running shoes, tops, shorts, leggings. I have collected some Nike tops and I recommend these tops to you, because they are timeless, comfortable and fashionable as well. If you are a sporty woman, or you like a stylish gym wear, don't hesitate to check my list now! You can choose one of them, there is a wide variety of products on the market. In my opinion, you will love your Nike top. Yes, I'm sure of it. ;)

These gym bags are so girly and very useful. If you go to the gym, just take your gym bag with your gym clothes and enjoy your workout. It matters what your bag is. You need some space for your shoes, leggings, tops, a bottle of water, and you know, you are a women, so you love accessories. Don't you? I have some gym bags, because I always change them. With summer vacations approaching we’re hitting the gym more often than usual. If that's the case for you too, you're also probably suffering from some post-workout aches. No pain, no gain, right? Wrong what you do after a workout can be just as important as what you do during so we’ve rounded up our favourite relaxing rituals to  help restore your muscles after exercise... 


Eat a tasty protein treat 

After a workout replenish your energy with a protein bar or a smoothie with some added protein powder. Add a handful of your favorite fruits like blueberries and bananas to make it more appetizing, an avocado for healthy fat and some granola or oats for fiber.
