Kim Kardashian

Kim has been killing the game with her post pregnancy bod, but what diet does she follow to achieve this? Surprisingly, nothing too radical. She's a fan of the Atkins diet, and her favourite meal is: sliced turkey breast, tomatoes, mozzarella, sprouts and sunflower seeds. YUM.

Kourtney Kardashian

Much like her sister Kim she loves salad, and opts for the same one but with no cheese and adds avocado! Khloe Kardashian Khloe loves an asian chicken salad which includes: shredded chicken breast, noodles, ginger, carrots, lettuce and avocado.

Miranda Kerr

The Victoria's Secret model goes for a finely chopped salad with grilled salmon, spinach, olives, fennel, tomato and carrots. These ingredients all contain lots of natural oil which is no doubt what gives her such glowing skin!

Selena Gomez

Selena favours a "power salad" of turkey, avocado and beans, all finished off with a dressing of red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, olive oil and lemon juice. Very protein packed which she needs for all her touring!

Chrissy Teigen

Chrissy is a favourite of ours, if you haven't seen her Twitter, you need to. She has her own cookbook called 'Cravings' which features a salad of cayenne-candied walnuts, lettuce, apple, red onion and blue cheese. YAS. This sounds too good.

Jennifer Aniston

Anything Jen is having we want, because let's be real, she looks about 20 still. She goes for bulgur wheat, cucumber, red onion, garbanzo beans, feta, pistachios and herbs. This salad is a very typical Lebanese dish and is jam full of vitamins!

Lily Aldridge

Another VS model who loves a salad. She goes for a spicy tofu base with quinoa, broccoli and beetroot!

Jessica Alba

Jessica loves a shredded carrot, avocado, tomato and grape salad, all finished with an olive oil and lemon dressing. We're going to be trying this one for lunch tomorrow! Yum!

Kate Hudson

She is infamous for her love of health and fitness, so it's no surprise that the Fabletics founder goes for an arugula, watermelon, shallot and feta salad.

Beyonce

Queen B is sometimes someone to be wary of with her diets- we all remember the super ill-advised maple syrup one. But during her 22 Day Vegan challenge she opted for a super healthy kale, nori sheets, basil, almond, carrot and cucumber dish.

With programmes like BBC's Clean Eating's Dirty Secrets (presented by vlogger Grace Victory) zeroing in on the costly and potentially obsessive side of the clean eating trend that's taken social media by storm, it's clear that what we put into our bodies has been under more scrutiny than ever before.

With hoards of men and women singing clean eating's praises and some individuals labelling it a "fad diet", the truth is that there are many households who've been practising clean eating via healthy, homemade dishes free from refined sugar and processed ingredients for years.

For anyone interested in making tasty and nutritious meals at home - #sorrynotsorry but picky eaters and practitioners of the Beige Food Diet need not read onwards - check out our tips below for how to save money on your weekly food shop...

- Head to the International Foods aisle at your local supermarket and you're likely to find 1-2kg bags of unsalted nuts, pulses (lentils, beans, peas etc.), and rice that's considerably cheaper than if you were to buy Waitrose LOVE Life Organic Almonds, Merchant Gourmet Puy Lentils, or Uncle Bens Wholegrain Rice. Imported items such as tofu can also be found much cheaper at a Chinese or Asian supermarket.

- A huge part of clean eating is incorporating a healthy dose of fruits and vegetables into one's daily diet. Jokingly labelling salads "rabbit food" gets one nowhere and is counterproductive to all Beige Food Dieters looking to wean themselves off of eating nothing but bread and meat. Given that you'll need to eat more in order to feel full, buying fruit and veg from market stalls can lower your costs.

Eg. Often you'll be able to take home a giant bowl of courgettes or bananas for £1. If you live out in the 'burbs and market stalls are scarce, opt for shopping at Iceland, Aldi, or even Lidl and stock up on frozen items (they DON'T lose nutritional value if frozen) which can be roasted or defrosted to add into salads along with jarred Olives, salmon trimmings (Tesco has sold this for years) or croutons to bulk up your meal.

3) Stop spending money on smoothies from Joe & The Juice, Crussh, or even the supermarket where one can easily pick up litre cartons of Innocent smoothies. As delicious as they are, if you're big on smoothies and juices the wise thing to do is save up and invest in a Nutribullet or other juicer/smoothie maker.

Which weird and wonderful celebrity diet shall I try for ONE WEEK? Check out the three below and let us know!

Atkins 40: Kim Kardashian West put herself on the Atkins 40 to lose the baby weight she gained prior to having Saint West in December. The Atkins 40 diet allows you to begin with 40 grams of Net Carbs per day. You're recommended to eat three 4-6 ounce servings of protein a day and 2-4 servings of fat each day. (Don't forget, Kim also worked with a personal trainer and exercised regularly).

The Baby Food Diet: Reese Witherspoon is reportedly a fan of what is known as the Baby Food Diet. What does this entail, we wonder? Instead of having an adult breakfast and lunch - she has a jar of baby food instead.

The Hard Boiled Egg Diet: Nicole Kidman famously ate one boiled egg for breakfast and two or three for dinner in preparation for her role in Cold Mountain.
