If you haven’t already added a handful of vitamin-rich products to your beauty line-up it’s high time you considered it. Whether you opt for a cream, mask, gel or capsule, these are the health-giving heroes you should be looking for…

Vitamin C is loved by beauty buffs for its collage-boosting properties. Fighting free radical damage – caused by UV rays, pollution, smoking and other environmental factors – Vitamin C is your go-to for reversing UV damage and hyperpigmentation. Use your products before applying sunscreen and make up in the morning.

Vitamin E is ideal for preventing dryness as it reduces water loss in your skin cells. It’s also pretty good at defending you from free radicals and calming inflammation. Vitamin E reduces water loss in skin cells, which keeps dryness at bay. Use Vitamin E all day, every day – especially in sunny weather or after a trip to the beach.

Vitamin A is lauded for its ability to strengthen skin cells, reducing wrinkles and helping with skin problems like psoriasis and acne. Encouraging collagen production and shedding old skin cells, save your Vitamin A for your before-bed routine.

Our bodies make Vitamin D naturally when our skin is exposed to the sun but too much sun can lead to skin damage. Maintain the perfect balance and your overall skin health will be impeccable. An anti-inflammatory, Vitamin D stimulates cell turnover and boosts skin elasticity and radiance helping you to get your glow on.

When it comes to Paris Fashion Week, the runway shows are no doubt tremendously exciting and enthralling to watch. But the street style flaunted by the fashionistas on the Parisian streets outside the venues is just as captivating!

This year, the street style at PFW was truly eye-grabbing. We spotted a few major trends, of which we compiled our favourites for you.

Midi skirts
Midi skirts have been in since last season, and looks like they're here to stay! What we love about them is their versatility—you can wear a midi skirt as a formal piece with a crisp shirt, or go in the complete opposite direction with a grungy denim jacket.

Denim skirts
Remember how we've been talking about how the 90s are steadily creeping back into the fashion world? Here's definitive proof!

Tones of red
In our opinion, a beautiful, indulgent cool-toned red is the perfect marriage between summer and fall. We spotted loads of this gorgeous colour family on the streets of Paris this PFW.

Slouchy pants
Forget skinny cigarette pants—it's all about slouchy pants this season. We, as fans of any comfy trend, are majorly into this!

Checks
Multicoloured checks (and even the odd houndstooth pattern) are another trend we spottd on multiple Parisian fashionistas this season.

It may not be #ManCrushMonday, but we're crushing on Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, John Abraham, Gerard Butler, Hugh Jackman, and Drake!

Ranveer Singh's fabulous physique is no secret in B-town, but the star is getting more ripped than ever for his movie Befikre—and we're more than happy to be kept in the loop of his progress via IG. His latest post shows off seriously delectable abs which we cannot stop staring at!

As for Varun and John, they're giving us major #FriendshipGoals in this adorable collage of them chilling together. We can't wait to see them together in their upcoming movie, Dishoom!

Gerard Butler, Instagrammed a video of him at the controls of a plane, which he flew while vacationing. Can we join you on the plane ride so we can stare at you the whole time, Gerard?!

Hugh Jackman graced us with a #TBT, where he looked hot as ever in a vest and sunglasses.

As for Drake, he simply posted a candid of himself—and we don't need much more than that to swoon over him!

Alia truly made our 'Shaam Shandaar' looking like a doll in her white flouncy dress. All set promoting her film with Shahid at Mithibai College yesterday followed by a Radio visit at Fm93.5, she looked her bubbly self in pointy suede red pumps.

We love this yummy color against the 'collage print' on her gown. She is really re-inventing her style!!

Printed whites are in this season, adorn with a pop of color in your heels and slick back hair. Chic and peppy.

Love or loath? Whats your take? Sound off in comments and Choose from our selects till they last.

Happy shopping :)

London Fashion Week is HAPPENING! And with it the bi-annual wardobe panic - what do you wear to LFW?!?? To save you the time and energy when you should really be planning which show’s you’ll be attending, we’ve pulled together a special edit to help you keep your cool!

Slip on a pair of House of Holland electric blue cigarette trousers for a pop of colour, some Raven peeptoe models by Topshop, Jack Wills’ Crossley top, an ASOS Biker Jacket with fring detail in black leather and perhaps the Asteroid Headpiece from Only Child (hair pieces are HOT right now).

In the mood to get through LFW without a fuss? Keep it clean with Topshop’s MOTO Black Joni Jeans, Ted Baker Keziah slip on trainers, a silk pussybow blouse in ivory by Biba and throw on an embroidered trim fitted blazer from Ann Demeulemeester for a slick but comfortable monochrome look.
