No-one's perfect, but that's no excuse to be unreasonably jealous. Us girls are out here tryna shake the 'psycho girlfriend' tag, so help the team and reign in your jealous behaviour a little. If you do these 6 things, then you are a jealous girlfriend. And no, not the kind of jealous where it's justified or shows you care, the kind where 'stalker' pops to mind.

1. You FB Stalk Every Girl He's Dated

...and you stalk them on a regular basis. If you know she went to Paris this weekend, then you've gone way too far. A inquisitive look on your significant other's ex girlfriend's page is normal, not healthy, but normal- to check it daily, and find out even detail about her isn't. There's a reason she's in the past, and that they're not together anymore, so give yourself more credit.

2. You Check When He's Online

WhatsApp and FB messenger are your BFFs because they tell you when he was last active, and therefore if he's ignoring you. Ok, he shouldn't be avoiding your convos but maybe it's for innocent reasons. Or maybe it's because you're an OTT jealous GF who won't let him live.

3. You Lie To Make Him Jealous

So in reality the only guy who hit on you today was the homeless dude who hangs around your neighbourhood, but the version you tell him, it may as well have been Brad Pitt's younger, better looking, brother. Or you lie and say your ex has hit you up. He should already know how lucky he is, jealousy isn't the right way to bring that out of him. Would it make you feel lucky if his ex wanted him back? Or would it make you feel insecure and angry? Yeah, thought so.

4. You Read Into Everything He Does

A friend of mine legitimately uses the 'Find Your Friends' app to stalk her boyfriend's whereabouts. She plans how long his journey home takes to make sure he isn't lying about where he's been. Seriously, not normal or ok. Your other half has a life, and you need to let them live. Imagine how annoying and controlling it would be if someone asked you 100 questions every time you went to the shops.

5. You've Created Fake Profiles

Please, please, please don't do this. If you don't trust them to this extent then the relationship is never going to work, and you need to call it quits. And work on yourself. Seriously.

6. You Snoop

Looked through his phone multiple times? Even rummaged through his trash? Get excited when you get the opportunity to do these things? Then take a long hard look at yourself, because you need a reality check. This is invasion of privacy. This is you ruining the trust, not him.

The green-eyed monster is not a cute look, yes we're all guilty of occasionally getting carried away but if these 6 points are familiar to you, and frequent, then you're an out of control jealous girlfriend. Check yo'self before you wreck yo'self babe.

Galentine's Day aka the holiday coined by Leslie Knope on Parks and Recreation's 22nd episode, back in 2010. She claimed "It's only the best day of the year", and we thoroughly agree.

It's all about celebrating the love you and your girl gang have for each other. Because the most important relationships in your life aren't just romantic, they're platonic to. As SINTC famously quotes "maybe our girlfriends are our soulmates and guys are just people we have fun with".

So, what do you need to have a bad ass Galentine's Day?

1. Your Girl Gang
2. A Female Empowerment Playlist
3. Wine & Junk Food
4. Thoughtful But Funny Presents
5. No Mention Of SOs Or Exes

Whether you have a high-school-vibes nostalgic slumber party, or go out and get pissed, make sure you spend Galentine's Day with the loves of your life (BFFs).

Oh my, this is some serious celeb gossip. Selena Gomez and The Weeknd are dating, after being spotted all over each other outside Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica. Looks like she can't keep her hands to herself...

Selena is BFFs with Gigi Hadid....Bella Hadid's sister, who, if you didn't know, is the Weeknd's ex. AWKWARD.

The couple got very steamy and handsy. Is this hollywood's new power couple?

Selena Gomez has reportedly ended her friendship with Taylor Swift, following her time in rehab. The pair have been long-time BFFs, with Selena being a key part of her infamous Squad. But it seems that Selena is now "shutting out" Tay.

radaronline.com has reported that Selena is following advice from her counsellors to stay away from her "since Selena got out of rehab, she has been cutting out all of the bad influences in her life- and that definitely includes Taylor".

Adding "Taylor is always trying to one-up Selena, and make it look like Selena is just lucky to be her friend" and according to the source, Selena is now just "completely over this".

Swift is apparently too "wild" and their friendship is "toxic", with her choosing to surround herself with "positive influences" and "Taylor, unfortunately does not make the cut anymore".

Danm. It seems like the ex-BFFs truly do have 'bad blood' now. Taylor has another ex-Bff-arch-enemy to add to her list, following in the footsteps of Katy Perry...

You and your BFF are joined at the hip. You exchange approx 1000 messages on WhatsApp every day and may as well share a brain because you're that in sync. To quote SINTC "maybe our girlfriends are our soulmates and guys are just people to have fun with". Let's be honest, your BFF is your platonic soulmate...

1. You Get Separation Anxiety

When they leave you miss them instantly. Even though you know you'll see them in two days, you're filled with dread and internally scream "but I don't wanna socialise with anyone else".

2. You Can Go Out Out & Chill

You're as comfortable doing 10 tequila shots and coming home at 6am from a heavy night as you are eating takeaway and watching a movie. True love people.

3. You Have Each Other's Backs

It doesn't matter if your friend is wrong or not, in public you will defend her till the end. But you're good enough friends to call her on her bullshit when in private.

4. Tough Love

Your BFF is the only person you'll take tough love from and vice versa, because your soulmate will always tell you the truth, no matter what.

5. They're Your Cuddle Buddy

You spoon and give each other arm tickles- this level of affection means you're more than just BFFs- you're platonic soulmates.

6. You're In Sync

Nah not like that, although actually, you guys probably are. No, I mean you often find yourself saying the same thing and then squealing in excitement.

7. You Wish They Were A Dude

You wish they were the sex you're attracted to, life would be so much simpler.

8. You Plan Getting A Pet

You've had extremely in-depth discussions about what pet you would get and what its name would be. Also, which cute outfits you'd dress it in.

9. Your SOs Are Third Wheels

You get jealous when they enter a new relationship, but it all pans out because you're their number one priority. However, the boyfriend is never quite as happy about this set up and you guys enter a weird three-way-relationship.

10. You Guys Are A Nightmare Together

Everyone finds you *peak* annoying because you act like total idiots when together, but could you give a shit? Nope. Absolutely not.

Ok, first things first, this dance is incredible. Like dang gal, you can shake it. That outfit it SO Beyonce. Plus, Melissa Molinaro is the split of Kim K. So, this video had the words 'viral' written all over it.

However, on first glance it's an amazing, fun dance routine that a Bride and her Bridesmaids created, but it's not as relatable as it sounds. I mean, she's a professional dancer. By the looks of it so are her Bridesmaids- who just happens to be BFFs with a girl quad of beautiful dancers? Oh, people who live in LA? Fair.

Secondly, this dance would not be my family's cuppa tea. Go her for giving no sh*ts, but if my Grandad saw me perform something of this nature he'd probably have a heart attack. And my Gran would be shouting "What is this noise"- Beyonce is lost on the older generations.

Anyway, Melissa slayed and her hubby certainly enjoyed the show. Get her look below, if you're feeling brave (or just to dance around in your room)...

Not sure if your close-knit group of gal pals are doing you more harm than good? Read on for 5 signs that you may need to get out there and make new friends!

1) Is there a clear leader in your circle of friends? Or to put it differently, is there someone particularly outspoken and oftentimes overbearing who you're either too exhausted or too nervous to contradict? Within a group of friends, there'll always be someone with a stronger personality than that of everyone else - but that doesn't mean they should encroach upon others' thought processes or comfort zones!

2) Do your BFFs take telling white lies to an extreme? Do you suspect they're taking the piss without meaning to just to spare your feelings? While you don't necessarily need them to agree in unison when you proclaim you look "horrendous", they're hardly being helpful if you've got a breakout not dissimilar to an angry rash or wearing harem trousers two sizes too big for you.

3) Is there an element of distrust or a divide within your group of BFFs that has led to numerous two-faced exchanges? There's no easy way to extricate yourself from a situation in which politics and full-on bitching have dominated the everyday happenings within a social circle. However, the good news is you can always begin distancing yourself from the instigators slowly enough for them to get used to you not being around!

4) Are your girlfriends all super chill when you're hanging out one-on-one but become ultra judgemental when assembled? Ain't nobody got time for that.

5) Even if you get along well with one another and have had some good times, do you find yourself forgoing your better judgement to keep up with the group? If you've been overspending on clothes, booze, eating out, ubers and whatnot and no-one else seems to show any desire to slow down whatsoever, you may need some friends to Netflix and chill with [platonically...or not].

Deepika is known to be super private when it comes to discussing her life with the media, so it's always refreshing and super interesting to hear when she talks about herself and her past. And she opened up about a couple of pretty interesting things recently!

What we're talking about is Deepika's appearance on the new Colors Infinity show Vogue BFFs, where she featured with her celeb stylist best friend, Anaita Shroff Adajania. For starters, Deepika opened up about her biggest celebrity crush—turns out it's Bradley Cooper!

Another question Deepika was asked was about her first kiss, but she cleverly dodged this one. "Who? My parents, of course!" Smart answer, eh?

Oh, and it goes without saying that we adored the outfit she sported on the show! She rocked a feathery black top from the Michael Kors Collection, slim trousers from Victoria Beckham, and finished the look with a pair of classic strappy black Jimmy Choo stilettos. She was, of course, styled by Anaita Shroff Adajania.

18-year-olds fear their 21st, 21-year-olds are hesitant to enter their mid-twenties, and everyone else has either undergone a quarter-life-crisis or has given up caring.

In a time when millennials are being dubbed the Peter Pan Generation yet are having less sex, growing up faster yet are earning much less, and are accused of being spoilt but party less than previous generations, just how old is “old”?

Amid challenges to becoming financially independent (med and law students excluded)*, finding the right job, and rising above social/family pressure to find a “suitable" partner, it’s entirely plausible that young Western women aren’t living up to their wild child image nearly as much as everyone believes.

For example, the findings of a nationwide annual survey by the University of California showed that time spent partying by high school seniors has drastically decreased over the decades.

Life after high school and college graduation doesn’t appear to get much more carefree or exciting given it’s harder than ever to make rent. Radpad, an apartment search and rent payment services provider, found that a large number of millennials are paying over 30% of income for housing. Some are even paying twice that amount.

While the constant lamentations of young women fearing they’re “too old” can be grinding for "grown ups" everywhere, it’s important to consider their youths are spent overcoming career, housing, and relationship uncertainty in ways previous generations haven’t experienced.

Understandably, this forcibly propels young women to concern themselves with important yet mundane issues - #firstworldproblems - that prevent them from fully taking advantage of a time in which they technically have the “least” amount of responsibility.

The complaint of being or becoming “old” serves more as a figure of speech for holding back in life than anything else.

Ultimately, isn’t partying more fun when searching for a paid job and making rent an isn’t at the back of your mind? Joel Kotkin’s piece for Newsweek, Are Millennials the Screwed Generation? states "the wealth gap today between younger and older Americans now stands as the widest on record."

Here are some signs you’re definitely not living up to the perception millennials are “lazy, entitled, delusional, narcissistic, and unreliable”:

- It’s your BFFs birthday and you’re eager to forget the nightmare job interview you had for a hotel receptionist role in which you were asked if you knew HTML5, have at least one Michelin star, and outdoor survival skills. You’re broke AF but prefer to stay sober than allow a predatory barfly to buy you drinks.

- Your first-generation immigrant parents have been giving you sh*t about your lack of savings but your only leisure related outgoing is a $8.99 monthly Netflix subscription. *Just kidding, they aren't exempt from student debt either ;)
