1D's Louis Tomlinson and former frontman Zayn Malik are embroiled in a stand-off Twitter fight!

Louis threw the first punch (metaphorical, obviously) and unfortunately, it looks like Zayn and Naughty Boy have taken the bait! Haven't they ever heard the phrase "silence is golden"?!??

Making a dig at a heavily edited image of Zayn and Naughty boy chillaxin' in the studio, Louis simply couldn't keep his anger to himself. In a fit of rage - we imagine him to have been in a fit of rage - the 1D star Tweeted:

"Remember when you were 12 and you used to think those Mac filters for your pictures were cool haha ! Some people still do HA!"

Scroll RIGHT to see the juiciest of the Twitter insults exchanged thus far and shop below for how YOU can look like stars on the rise (or drop...or whatever).

Meet Charlotte Moss. She's the younger half-sister of supermodel Kate Moss and at just 17, she's already begun making a name for herself!

- Earlier this year she walked for Sonia Rykiel AW15 at PFW and in February, Lottie was featured in a spread for Dazed and Confused dubbed 'From Lottie With Love'.

- After signing with the same agency as big sis Kate, Storm, 2015 is set to be her year. She's already appeared in I-D and Teen Vogue, done a Red Valentino campaign and modelled Beats by Dr. Dre - jealous yet?

- She may be in the middle of her GCSE exams - which her parents want her to concentrate on - but that hasn't prevented her from doing a recent shoot for for L'Official, Brazil.

- Her Instagram is packed with pictures of her modelling for Brazilian clothing brand Rose Cha earlier alongside Gigi Hadid.

- She's got the perfect "Girl Next Door" look about her.

- Her hobbies? Think typical teenager; Gym, horse riding, being a history buff, indulging in a bit of literature and of course, modelling!

In a twist of events mind-boggling even to us, a source has told Us Weekly that Selena Gomez and 1D's Niall Horan have been "seen kissing in the middle of the club, in front of everyone," on Friday night at Bootsy Bellows for Jenna Dewan-Tatum's 35th birthday bash!

Another source adds: "Niall and Selena definitely seemed very close and like they were together. Niall got there first with his bodyguard, then the next thing I know, I looked over and Selena was there. They were very close together, talking and whispering.

"Selena and Niall left together. She grabbed his arm on the way out and held on to it."

Selena had been been pictured dining at Nobu with Niall only weeks before, sparking rumours that she's moved on from Justin completely and has set her sights on a new baby-faced pop idol.

In a series of interviews with Access Hollywood, Justin has confirmed his unconditional love for Selena: "I'm never going to stop loving her, I'm never going to stop checking in on her. I don't think if you end a relationship, you should end that..."

If you’ve started picturing yourself lugging a suitcase full of stuff to LFW this year, it’s time to take a step back and think about what you really need to take!

Once you’ve found the perfect bag to put everything in (we recommend a fairly large one with space for freebies), you’ll only need to pop in these LFW essentials:

- Your ID, Oyster, business cards, hotel card and your passes and invitations to the events.

- A notebook and pen for easy note taking and sketching designs, and a diary or organiser to keep track of where you need to go, and to add new events and contacts along the way.

- Subtle perfume to top up during the day, dry shampoo to give lift to your hair if it needs it and concealer and mascara to top up your make-up throughout the day.

- Bold lipstick, along with lip gloss to make your lips shine, tinted lip balm to combat dryness and hand cream to keep your hands soft as you meet-and-greet.

- Smartphone with a case to show off your style, and a power bank, particularly if you’ll be using your phone for pictures and note taking.

- Sunglasses just in case London’s actually sunny in February, a pretty watch in case your phone dies and statement accessories that you can add to your outfit to switch from day to night.

- Flat shoes for when you’re running between shows, or a pair of statement heels to slip in and out of depending on the event.

You’ll also need a small but high-quality camera to get the best pictures, along with snacks such as cereal bars, dried fruit, chocolate and water to keep you going.

If this your first time at London Fashion Week, then here's how you blag it like a seasoned pro!

1. Prep Is Key: One month before LFW, download the PR contacts and start requesting tickets. If you don’t hear from them, try sending an email a couple of days or even the day before the show - you’d be surprised how many last minute cancellations come up!

2. Request Backstage Access: Not only do you get some great behind-the-scenes shots, it also helps you sneak into the show if you didn’t manage to score a ticket.

3. Dress Like You're Meant To Be There: On trend, but not OTT (being ostentatious is now frowned upon). Think relaxed tailoring, trainers and oversized specs - plus your Macbook, iPhone and iPad!

4. Be Cheeky: Invites addressed to someone else? No problem - they rarely ask for ID so just pretend it’s yours and go enjoy the show!

5. Befriend The Interns: Make them your BFFs for the duration of LFW. They have access to pretty much everywhere, and will probably turn a blind eye to you casually strolling past them and into a show if you're Mrs Friendly.

Cheryl turns 33 today! Yep, that's right, the Geordie beauty first hit our screens 13 years ago! How time flies...

Cheryl and boyfriend Liam Payne have been dating for less than a year, having first met on the X-factor back in 2008 when he was just 14. According to reports it seems that Liam has splashed out on a diamond ring for his beau's birthday!

Now that would be a birthday to remember. However, there is just one small detail, Cheryl is still technically married to Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini...

Cheryl does have the Payne fams approval though, with his sister Ruth calling her 'one of the most beautiful women in the world'. Let's hope it's true, a 1D and Girls Aloud wedding would be one for the books.

+ Watch Chezza and Liam make their red carpet debut above and scroll right in our gallery to see more of the loved up couple...

On a besoin d’exterioriser notre frustration.

The Quarter Life Crisis, a term coined a few years ago to describe the low point that millennials feel in the time period between their mid twenties and thirties. The years that cause us to scream "Where am I going and WTF is the point?". It's a turbulent, transitioning and generally pretty crap time.

According to science, like the studies conducted by Dr Oliver Robinson at the University of Greenwich, there are 4 main phases of the QLC. Firstly you feel "locked" to a job or relationship, or both. Secondly, you begin feeling a growing sense that change is possible. Thirdly, you embark on a period of rebuilding your life. Finally, you begin to cement those new commitments.

Science is all well and good, but personally those 4 stages sound far too clean-cut and objective. So we've come up with our own tell-tale signs. If these apply to you, then you probably are having a QLC:

1. You've moved 7 times in the last 4 year, and have had just as many boyfriends. Permanence is a myth in your life right now, and the thought of committing to anything for longer than 3 months fills you with dread but is also the main thing you pine over.

2. You're not sure whether to class yourself as an adult or a twenty-something. Or if being a twenty-something means you are, in fact, an adult. Britney's "I'm not a girl, not yet a woman" lyric has never been more applicable.

3. You have a constant internal monologue that weighs up the pros and cons of your life choices. Do you travel and 'find yourself' or start climbing the career ladder? Also, how can you do either of those things when you're broke and under qualified? Sh*t.

4. You get unfathomably upset when you don't get asked for ID. Gone are the days when you'd be pissed off that the bouncer questioned you (and your fake ID), now you practically beg.

5. You have a lot of short-lived spurts of inspiration. You'll decide one week that you're going to write a novel, get up at 5am every morning for 7 days and write before work. The next week you spiral and decide that none of it is worth it and you may as well spend your free time sleeping.

6. You are extremely jealous of everyone who isn't the same age as you. You don't look at babies with fondness anymore, nay, you look at they with distain. Why? Because they don't realise how easy they've got it. Also, you wish, every morning before work, that you were your cat.

7. You don't know how taxes work, but you do them anyway. You also realise that most of your income goes on food and alcohol. Which, btw, you can no longer metabolise at the same rate nor handle. Hangovers are now a 3 day affair.

Do these sound familiar? If they do, don't worry you're not alone. A large majority of the Y generation are in the same boat. We're the generation who seemingly have success and fortune at our fingertips (thanks, Mark Zuckerberg) yet have been given zero guidance or instruction about how to obtain it. The old format of success that our parents followed no longer applies, because the most successful people in our generation are YouTube beauty gurus and tech geniuses who create dating apps. Life for millennials who are reaching for success is like a chipmunk trying to become President of the USA. Although, to be fair, if Trump can be in the running a chipmunk sounds like the more sane option.

Thus far this all looks bleak. But there are positives. Firstly, we're all in it together. Secondly, the definition of 'success' has changed. Our parents saw 'getting on the property ladder' as an important milestone, but for us, that isn't feasible. So rather than feeling like failures because we can't afford a house and don't have a pension, we should realise that it's bloody tough out there and we're doing our best. We're creating new formats to find success through- because the old ones don't work anymore.

Keep going, a Quarter Life Crisis is somewhat inevitable but you'll come out the other side a better person. Why? Because although the QLC isn't a fun experience it does mean that you're seriously reconsidering certain life choices and reevaluating what's important to you. It's good to be selfish occasionally, especially when it comes to what we want from life/relationships/work.

If all else fails, there is always wine.
