I am in love with this eyeshadow colour! The pinkish red tone really complements the model’s skin tone so well. I would wear this shade on a daily basis. #motd #abhcosmetics #AnastaciaBeverlyHills #makeupinspo Photo Credit: @ABHcosmetics on Twitter

This look is just so cool! The Barbie theme has been given a much needed uplift courtesy of Missguided. The new collaboration with the toy brand has just gone live on the website - not gonna lie, I am so tempted to pick up this denim jacket from the range! This picture shows how menswear is slowly changing and evolving. I love how a standard Winter coat can be manipulated to create a unique, asymmetric themed look. Of course they all have a pair of Dr Marten boots to match - very cool! #drmartens #menswear #outfitinspo #fashion Photo Credit: @drmartens on Twitter

Gone are the days when dungarees were only for the playground! This season has heralded an influx of corduroy dungarees across the major high street retailers (ASOS and Topshop included) seeking to emulate the lasting cool of this vintage style. Yes, they were practical in your early days toddling around with teddy in hand but, as usual, bigger means better, and now you can wear them over a chunky vintage jumper with worn trainers for a late-night library session or Sunday trip to the farmers' market. Finish off the look with a beret, as shown here, for that extra touch of class. [Photo cred: Instagram, @liberty.mai]

New year, new jeans? Definitely when you have London’s premium denim specialist Trilogy at your disposal. The boutique’s wardrobe-saving mission since opening in 2006 has been to find every woman their perfect pair of jeans with a handpicked brand edit of luxury essentials and expert knowledge. What used to be a hideous shopping experience is now a happy one because the hottest denim styles and complementary pieces to style them with can be found at a uniquely dedicated place. Vogue voted Trilogy as one of the ‘Best Boutiques in Britain’ four years running, so you’ll be able to transition into the new season effortlessly with easy wardrobe updates that both nod to and transcend the trends.

Whether you’re a wide leg jeans kind of women, all about high rise jeans that streamline curves, or you prefer cropped jeans to show your shoes off as well, Trilogy’s got you covered. It’s worth noting, though, that straight jeans are currently in the spotlight as Spring 18’s key silhouette and you’ll discover unbeatable pairs in new blue denim washes and bright white from J Brand Jeans, AG Jeans and fashion editor favourite Paige. Team them with ankle boots, mules and sneakers depending on the weather.

Perfect jeans need spring coats of the same standard to match, say a trench coat or a blazer and you can really cement your style status with Harris Wharf London’s boxy coat. Now don’t let the ‘boxy’ description put you off, vibrant fresh shades like flamingo and mint give the cut, and therefore any outfit you wear it with, the wow factor. And with Spring’s soft tailoring trend in mind, Trilogy have partnered with Helene Berman to create exclusive versions of the best-selling Alice and Ava styles and a swing mac in versatile navy and stone that are unavailable elsewhere.

Directly underneath to complete your winning looks, there’s are plenty of cosy cashmere knits and button-down blouses to play with. Go classic with Vince and Duffy or make a statement with Jumper 1234, Madeleine Thompson and more. Whatever suits your mood and the occasion.

Click through this season’s highlights in the gallery above and shop your favourite pieces from our edit below.

I think one of the best ways to wear a red lip, is with a little cat eye. it's just such a classic and chic makeup look, even for daytime. it would look as if you belong to some kind of old 50's glamour even if you are just taking the bus on your way to work. 'Lemme see the ring!' was our first thought when we heard about Princess Eugenie's engagement on Monday. And the big reveal didn’t disappoint: it was an unusual pink sapphire ring rather than classic diamond. Neither did Paris Hilton’s jaw-dropping, finger covering engagement bling on instagram and Gwyneth Paltrow debuted her massive blue rock on the red carpet this week. With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, we’d bet there’ll be some engagements in order and these famous ladies have definitely proved that a diamond, as lovely as it is it, isn’t necessarily the chicest or most meaningful option.

Why limit yourself when there’s a rainbow of stones and so many distinctive and unique settings just waiting to be discovered. No pressure but this is probably the single most important piece of jewellery someone will receive and may even be passed down through the generations. So, whether you’re helping your friend’s other half find the perfect ring, proposing yourself or you want to drop a few hints of your own, use the aforementioned ladies as inspiration to try something different.

Shop similar styles to Princess Eugenie’s, Paris Hilton’s and Gwyneth Paltrow’s rings in our edits below.

You have probably heard of the bullet journaling craze! It's the analog version of your digital calendars and apps combined which gives a very hands on feel and more individual aesthetic to your organisers. There's a large community of people out there absolutely obsessed with this method, probably because you can customise it to fit your exact needs.

Designer Ryder Caroll came up with this innovative system to give a true purpose to any notebook out there. You can find a comprehensive how-to-video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fm15cmYU0IM All you need is to categorise your notebook by:

- The Index:

Your first few pages of your notebook should be dedicated to the topics of your Collections. Add their page numbers so you can quickly find them.

- The Future Log:

This is the Collection(section) of your notebook that you need in order to store all your goals schedules months in advance.

- The Daily Log:

As the name implies this is your everyday calendar. At the top of the page log the date as your topic, and through the day write down the tasks events and important notes as they happen.

Are you ready for some serious goal setting? Shop the best notebooks from our expert edit below and make 2018 the most exciting year yet!

One of the most classic resolutions for the New Year is always fitness related. A few of us want to shed a few pounds, others want to get toned then there are those that simply want to feel more healthy and happy. (Exercise releases all of those serotonins - the happy hormones after all!) But like a lot of things in life thankfully no one size fits all.

The Runner

You may be a die-hard running fan. You like exercising outdoors exploring new sceneries and meeting new people whilst enjoying the exercise.

Bouncing Bunny

You prioritise any aerobic activity over anything else. You enjoy running too but you want the element of fun into it. You indulge in Zumba, typical aerobics classes, hula hoops, trampoline classes even a hip-hop class.

The Static

You enjoy working each muscle group at your own pace and you want a sense of slight rhythm to it without sweating your entire fluid intake on your mat. Exercise for you is also a time to reflect on your day meditate and relax. You will mostly benefit from yoga, pilates, barre and meditation.

The Combat Heroine

You want to seriously improve your overall fitness levels, get rippes and meet friends while doing it. Which is why you've signed up for boxing classes but HIIT and a innovative capoeira could also be your thing.

Did you find your tribe? Time to shop all of your fitness essentials from our expert edit below and hit your next class!

Call us catty but we’ve always thought of ‘Uggs’ as shorthand for ‘ugly’ not matter the height or colour. And Y/Project’s Creative Director Glenn Martens has taken up the ‘ugly shoe’ trend baton and pushed it to new and extreme heights quite literally by lengthening and widening the boot for his AW18 menswear collection, shown last week in in Paris. It’s worth pointing out that there are three styles in this Y/Project x Ugg collaboration which all reflect the exaggerated proportions that the Parisian upstart brand is making it’s name with. The big question wasn’t whether they’d be comfortable- of course they’ll be. Martens himself described wearing Uggs as "putting your foot in a warm pot of butter" to Vogue.com and wanted to extend that admittedly wonderful feeling when faced with a super cold winter up the leg towards the crotch. And having worn these glorified slippers when they were hot during the mid Noughties, (thank you Sienna Miller) we can’t disagree. But would you wear the thigh-high ones?

If the answer’s yes, how? They were styled with oversized tops and jacket sans trousers (you wouldn't want to sweat in them?) on the runway allowing cheeky flashes of thigh that would usually be hidden. Exactly how we’d imagine Rihanna rocking them with the IDGAF attitude that’s essential for these. In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a pair already winging its way to the stylish superstar as she’s a big fan of Y/Project who did her Anti Tour outfits. The swathes of suede and shearling that would be sheathing your legs are definitely cool but clearly casual, making this look fine at home or for an off-duty, weekend outing. But nowhere else as the boots can’t really be teamed with dresses, skirts and trousers because they're too bulky. But maybe that’s the point and people with the budget can save them exclusively for certain occasions. Uggs are notoriously not waterproof, even if you cover them with suede shoe protector, so the upkeep and frustratingly inevitable wet patches if you wear them out may not be worth it.

Shop our UGG edit below because whatever you think of the thigh-highs, the lower styles are much easier to wear and apparently a revival is underway.
