Revitalise your wardrobe for the new season with these work wear staples we think every woman should have in their spring wardrobe:

Blazer - A must-have in any work wardrobe, buying a blazer that fits well, looks good and is comfortable can be quite tricky. While a black blazer might be your go-to option, don’t be afraid to go for colours as well.

Pencil Skirt - A black (or more colourful) pencil skirt is one of the most versatile items in your work wear wardrobe. Paired with plain, patterned, white or colourful blouses, there’s no limit to the different styles you can achieve with a great-fitting pencil skirt.

Smart Dress - A feminine, sophisticated tailored dress is the ultimate in power dressing, and typically needs minimal accessories. Whether you opt for one with a three-quarter length sleeve or go for short sleeved paired with a blazer, it’s important to get the right fit.

White Shirt - A crisp, white shirt that fits you well is invaluable when it comes to workwear. It can be tricky to find the perfect button-down shirt, particularly when it comes to your bust. Once you’ve found the perfect one, consider buying multiples so you can wear it more often.

Pussybow Blouse - Pussybow blouses add a feminine touch to an otherwise plain outfit, and look just as great in a baggy style as they do in a more fitted look. Opt for silk or cotton blouses which are comfortable to wear and look professional.

Other work wear staples include v-neck sweaters, dark skinny jeans, coloured knits, striped tops, court shoes, smart flats and the iconic trench coat!

Ah the joys of sleeping in, eating two lunches a day, watching festive, childhood movies in your PJs - all disappear when you realise tomorrow you start work again!

As you begrudgingly set your alarm to way too early, you feel a familiar sense of dread sweeping through your body.

No matter how much how much you love your job, the prospect of going back to work after the Christmas and New Year break can leave you feeling deflated and secretly wishing you could fake a sudden illness for just one more day of doing nothing at home.

But, go to work we must, so we’ve come up with five tips to help you get through your first week of work back from the holidays:

1. Bring the holiday spirit into work: Try to keep the festive feeling going by engaging with your colleagues about the fun things you got up to during the holiday season. Bring in some gingerbread biscuits or a fun Christmas present you can share to help lift everyone’s mood.

2. Spring clean your desk: Give yourself a fresh start by doing a quick spring clean of your desk or workspace. In the hurry to leave before the Christmas break, you’ve probably left behind quite a messy desk. Get rid of the clutter, any irrelevant post-its and put away your Christmas cards and decorations.

3. Have lunch with a colleague: Break up your day by getting out of the office during the brightest time of the day with someone you enjoy spending time with. Spending one-on-one time with your closest colleague and making sure you get plenty to eat can help ensure you’re reenergised for the second half of your day.

4. Don’t worry about productivity: Unless you have urgent deadlines on your first day back, it’s completely acceptable if you spend Monday morning clearing out your inbox, creating new To-Do lists and taking a few extra minutes to catch up with a colleague. The first day back is always slow-going, and the rest of your colleagues are probably going to be in the same boat, so don’t worry too much if you aren’t being ultra-productive.

5. Plan something for the weekend: Give yourself something to look forward to on Friday night or over the weekend. Whether your plans include your colleagues or the friends you didn’t get a chance to see over the holiday period, planning a fun night out - or just a trip to the cinema - can help you get through the week.

Rob Kardashian has been diagnosed with diabetes after being rushed to hospital according to TMZ. The former KUWTK reality star has been struggling with weight management over the past few years and is rarely seen in public.

He has however been active on social media and seen here in a flashback looking fit and well wearing a black two tone zip cardigan over a utility shirt with black dress pants and lo top sneakers.

Get better soon Rob!

CV stands for ‘curriculum vitae’, a Latin phrase that means ‘course of life’. It is known as a résumé in the US and Canada. It usually contains a summary of your work history, education, skills and extracurricular activities. The following are our tips on how to write a basic CV:

1. Keep the length of your CV to no more than two sides of A4.

2. Choose a simple font such as Garamond, Arial, Verdana, Helvetica or Calibri in 10 point or 11 point.

3. Use bullet points wherever relevant to break up the text, and use bold for emphasis.

4. Write in the first person.

5. Include your full name and contact details (such as mobile phone number, email address and home address) somewhere at the top of your CV. You will not need to include personal details such as age or a photo unless you’re applying for an acting or modelling job. Do not include your date of birth.

6. List and date all previous education in reverse chronological order. Include your grades and any professional qualifications you’ve achieved. Start with your most impressive qualifications for each educational institute.

7. List and date all previous employment, including internships and voluntary roles, in reverse chronological order. Make sure to include detailed examples of your tasks, skills and responsibilities in bullet points. Use clear job titles.

8. Dedicate a separate section for your relevant key skills, knowledge of software, achievements, awards and any extracurricular activities or hobbies relevant to the role.

9. Remember that you’ll need to explain any gaps in your CV to your employer at interview.

10. Seek permission from referees before adding them to your CV. You’ll need to include their full name, their relation to you, their job title and where they work, and contact details including phone number and email address.

11. Optional: Write a personal profile which is a brief summary (about five sentences) of your background and ambitions. Focus on the most relevant and impressive facts about you that match the role being advertised.

12. Spell-check and proof-read! Get a trusted friend to proof-read your CV for spelling, grammar and formatting mistakes, as well as suggestions for improving content.

Bleached jeans are a big summer 15' trend. Tying in with the whole festival boho vibe they add a fun, cool and relaxed element to your style.

Team with a simple white shirt and boat shoes for a smart/casual look, or opt for breton jumper if you feel like playing sailor for the day.

This time, he appears a lot less scantily clad in a tidy smart casual outfit, looking super suave as usual.

Dressed in a cool dressed down suit, Aaron Paul attends Burberry's latest event, 'London in Los Angeles' at the Griffith Observatory.

The event, held across the pond offered a look at some of the luxury powerhouse label's latest luxe garments along with several live performances.

Seems Aaron has well and truly left behind his Breaking Bad alter ego, Jesse Pinkman considering this smart attire- we approve!

With rampant rumours of Idris Elba to be the next 007, Idris took the opportunity at a recent photo shoot for his new doco 'Mandela, My Dad and Me' to set the story straight...

Unfortunately he confirmed it is just a rumour but that didn't stop the actor looking from looking super slick...just like Bond. Idris paired some stone coloured chinos with a red polo jumper and some Stan Smiths for a smart casual look.
