The Get Down On Netflix

The first six episodes of the Baz Luhrmann produced Netflix Original series The Get Down are available to stream.

Set in '70s New York, The Get Down is about the birth of hip-hop in the South Bronx and will feature plenty of Luhrmann's signature dance/musical scenes.

The main cast consists of Shameik Moore, Justice Smith, Herizen Guardiola, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Jaden Smith, and Skylan Brooks as Shaolin Fantastic, Ezekiel "Books" Figuero, Mylene Cruz, Cadillac, Marcus "Dizzee" Kipling, and Ra-Ra Kipling (respectively).
