Frou Frou by Archana Rao
This show was a gorgeous, girly affair, with loads of ruffles, peplum, brocade, pink, and gossamer
fabrics.
GenNext
GenNext was a segment of the program that featured 5 upcoming designers’ eco-friendly
creations.
Aqdus Saleem’s and Sohaya Misra’s creations were heaven for neutral lovers with their light,
muted palettes, leaving the focus on the silhouettes of the designs.
Naveem Naaz Shaik’s collection was a cool hybrid of western and Indian with kurtas and
unstructured coats.
The origami appliques on Agrima Batra’s super chic gowns definitely caught our eye as the models
sashayed down the runway, and Chirag Nainani’s indigenous indigo-and-white dyed pieces had a
beautiful uniformity.
Aneeth Arora
When Aneeth Arora says “summer”, she means business. Her collection was a summer dream
with lace maxi dresses, cotton pants, and cute sundresses in summery fabrics and colours.
Doodlage
Doodlage’s designs were a love affair with patterns - stripes and polka dots galore, and even a
dash of patchwork! We love how the collection came together by focusing on the primary colours
red and blue.
Quirkbox
Quirkbox’s designs were every cutesy pattern lover’s sartorial dream with their adorable floral
motifs and French slogans!
