HIT: Ben Stiller & Owen Wilson reprise their Zoolander roles at Valentino
These two really, really, ridiculously good-looking stars took to the Valentino catwalk to show us how Blue Steel is REALLY done. So if you've been practicing based on the original 2001 hit film, despair no more as Zoolander 2 is happening next year!
MISS: Innovation gone wrong at Comme des Garcons
Ok, so the story on Comme des Garcons' AW15 collection is that Rei Kawakubo has put on an "overwhelmingly poignant show " called Ceremony of Separation on the "formalities of grief". Still, my teeny tiny layperson's brain implodes at the very sight of each look. That is all.
HIT: Cara & Kendall for Chanel AW15
Obviously, these two cool cats were in the Chanel AW15 show. Pictured here chillaxing in their catwalk getup. Chanel didn't do too much to rock the boat for its collection but the brand's blatant love for sucking up to fashion's It Girls has always added an entertaining element to its shows.
MISS: Somebody Get Kim a Xanax!
Has someone lost their grease blot papers? Looks like Kim Kardashian’s got more to worry about than a split vote on her new bleach blonde locks - like getting a new makeup minion. Putting in an appearance to several high profile events at PFW over the past week, her big hair debut was unveiled at the Balmain show in which she sported a Draco Malfoy-like slicked back do.
HIT: Balmain AW15
Putting aside the unveiling of Kim's new hair, the Balmain AW15 show went down a treat in terms of design. Overall, our excitement for next winter has increased exponentially thanks to what this Paris fashion house has got in store. Powerful shoulders with itty bitty waists in vibrant orange, fuchsia, forest green and magenta take centre stage for an '80s revival unlike any other.
MISS: Givenchy goes "Victorian Gangsta"
We get that Riccardo Tisci's tried to incorporate elements of Chola (Latin American street gangs with a penchant for larger than life facial piercings and bold, aggressive eyebrows) with the Victoriana obsession but do we see this translating into an everyday look that'll take to the streets? Maybe, maybe not - it's hard to say. Anyway, Kudos for giving it a go Riccardo - we know it's a mashup you've been fascinated with since childhood.
