It actually stands for 'High Intensity Interval Training'. In layman terms that means working out in short bursts (normally 30 seconds) giving literally everything you have, followed by a 45 second rest. You then repeat this between 12-15 times.
The bonus of doing your exercise this way is that you aren't spending hours at the gym, the treadmill actually becomes bearable and drum roll please... you will burn fat hours after finishing training.
Yes, really. 20 mins is all you need and you will smash it, as The Body Coach spends many hours telling his followers.
