Keep your footwear comfy
Since you're gonna be on your feet for many hours at a stretch, it's best to wear flat, comfortable shoes that won't bite or hurt you through the hours. The best option is boots, since they're comfortable and will allow your feet to stay clean even in the dusty, mucky concert arena.
Wear a sleeveless or short-sleeved top, and either carry a jacket or tie a plaid shirt around your waist. That way, you won't feel hot, and have something to cover up with if required.
Carry a sling bag
While you can't not carry a bag, since you need someplace to put your tickets, phone, money etc., you shouldn't carry a big, bulky bag, as that can be a pain in the you-know-where when you're mashed in the middle of a crowd. Carry a small sling bag which can accommodate all your basics, and leave your hands free to rock out to the music.
Wear small earrings
Wearing long, dangly earrings to a concert isn't exactly advisable, as you could injure yourself if one of them gets pulled off in the tussle of the excited crowd. Keep your earrings small.
Don't wear too much fiddly jewellery
When you're in a huge place, in the middle of a crowd, head-banging your heart out, it's easy to lose stuff like pendants, rings etc. So keep your accessories minimal, and stick to just a watch, bracelet, and/or a choker.
