1) Drink to restore balance - No, we do not mean more alcohol. Booze naturally tends to dry out the skin and make it look dehydrated and dead. Not to mention it does take a toll on your digestion too, since your body has to work overtime to process the excess. This means that when you are done drinking, you need to flush out your system and replenish it with things that your body actually requires. We know you've read this a million times, but we can't stress it enough - Water is key! Sip on it throughout the day, and help your body come back on track.
2) Get some air - It's pretty tempting to just roll around in bed with a bucket by your side, but trust us, that will only worsen things. Instead, pick yourself up from that bed and go outside for a short walk, or even a jog if you can manage it. The fresh air and movement will increase blood flow to the body, causing your system to cleanse itself out quicker!
3) Look cute AF - Feeling like sh*t? Well, you don't have to look it! Wash your face (and the remnants of last night's makeup), put on some tinted moisturiser and a cute little dress, and don't forget your best oversized sunnies as an added security blanket from the outside world. This may sound like a lot of unnecessary work, but it's a surefire way to amp up your mood, as well as your body!
