Forehead: Place your fingers on your eyelids to keep them in place, then raise your eyebrows. Do ten sets of this.
Eyes: Pull your under-eye muscles as far as they can go, at the start it will make you want to squint, but resist and keep your eyes wide- this is great for getting rid of bags as the blood flows better, alleviating dark circles.
Jaw Line: No saggy skin here! Keep your mouth slightly parted, and pull the lower half of your face into a grimace- use the jaw not your cheek bones when doing this. This exercise is amazing for tightening skin that is starting to sag.
Double Chin: Pesky double chins are hard to shift, even if you don't have fat stored elsewhere on your body. Close your mouth and look up at the celling, now make an O shape with your mouth and then to an E. Start with 10 reps, and then increase once you get more comfortable with this movement!
