1) Go running. Anyone who hates running will be sick and tired of hearing about the benefits of running and jogging but if you hope to slim down this particular area (or any other body part for that matter) there's no better way than to put those legs to good use and get your sweat on. Plus, it makes sense to go running when you're after toned legs right?
2) Do squats. Not only will your butt be rock solid if you do these every day, you'll be toning your inner thighs and building lean muscle. There's no need to go nuts and strive for a "thigh gap" but it never hurts to give plie and side step squats a try. If you have trouble motivating yourself to do these, give the 30 Day Squat Challenge a go. We did and though it may be tough, it's like, super good for you.
3) Do lunges. They're not a bad exercise if you've got a bad back and can help tone your entire lower body. Lunges also help bring balance to the force - even out muscular and strength imbalances in your legs!
